Can I access my other email through iCloud

Is there any way to access my other email accounts through iCloud?
Example: My work email is through cox mail. (it is [email protected] I never really used my mobileme email (that is now in iCloud).
For iCloud to be useful for me, I would want to access my work email through it when I am on the road. Is it possible to add other email accounts?
Of course, I can access my cox mail through their own website - but it sure would be useful to access my calendar, mail, etc all in one place (the cloud). Isnt that the point?
I have heard of people setting up - for example - a gmail account but have it actually LOOK like their work email to the receiver. If I cannot just add my other accounts to iCloud, is this a possibility?

thats too bad. Oh well. So far I dont see a big use for iCloud. I much prefer the older MobileMe.
I could park my iWeb websites of my children - with iCloud that disappeared. Kinda defeats the user-friendliness of iWeb. One click publishing through mobileme account was a great idea.
One day there will be one spot where I can park all my stuff. I guess iCloud is not that place. Hopefully this is just the first step and it will get fine tuned and expanded in the future.

I am having the same problem. I was on the phone with Apple after waiting for about an hour, and the rep said that there is no way to solve this problem at the moment
, because the server is down. I am unable to sign onto iCloud at all now. I just get a white screen with the gear going around.

I can't access or send email through Thunderbird any longer (over a month) though I have checked settings and can access/send email via webmail and other device

My cable provider changed (buy out or something) about a year ago but left my email address alone.
Confirmed with the current carrier that my incoming/outgoing settings are correct and my email address doesn't need to be migrated.
When I click "Get Mail," nothing happens: no error message. It has been like this for a month.
I can check webmail, but it doesn't have my older emails or folders. I would love to get back on and spit everything out of Thunderbird. I did an internet search (including this forum) but haven't found anything useful.

Go to icloud.com on your computer and look at your mail. Chances are, if they aren't on your iPad you won't find them on icloud.com either, in which case they are no longer available.

Your question is not clear. If it is a Yahoo email account, then where does iCloud come into the picture? Or do you mean you are using the yahoo.com email address as your Apple ID? These are entirely different things. The Yahoo email account is not in any way related to the Apple ID that is using that email address as the Apple ID.

I'm trying to set up iCloud on my old 4s for my mother. I created a new account for her through my iPhone 5 iCloud account
I have verified her rescue email address but am told via the phone that I still need to verify the actual account that I created for her.
The problem is that I can't access the email through iCloud to be able to verify the account. I'm stuck in a perpetual catch 22.
No access until I verify. No verifying until I access. Help!!

Have you forgotten your password? - if so, you have a problem if the email address has gone dead.
If you know your password, go to the iTunes Store, click on Account. log in and you can change the associated email address.
If you don't know your password, and have no email address, you are going to have problems because it's difficult to see how Apple are going to identify you as the authorised owner of the account. Contact iTunes Support: go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to either 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options, or you may see a link to email them.

I have had to create a new Apple ID due to my old email being locked/out of use. I can not access my old email/Apple Id to change icloud and imessage to my new Apple ID. Any ideas?

I have had to create a new Apple ID after having my previous email locked and put out of use. I have managed to change my purchasing for music and apps to my new Apple ID but for iCloud and iMessage I can not access my old email/Apple ID to change this.
Any ideas guys. Sorry if this has been posted previous.

You need to delete them and then download them from the new Apple ID. This may require repurchasing paid applications.

Like so many others I have not been able to access or send emails with iCloud now loosing business. Not good enough and lack of info from Apple is also not good enough!

Like so many others I have not been able to access or send emails on iCloud. This is now loosing me business! Not Good enough Apple and your lack of information is poor customer service.

Unfortunately, Apple does not yet allow merging of Apple ID's. if you were once using [email protected] as your Apple ID then there is no way to link that ID with the new one to avoid losing the previous data under that old ID. You will have to either go back to using the old ID to save the old data or just keep both, which you arfe allowed to do.

So my options are:
Create a new Apple ID, use that and lose all the apps I've purhcased with it (a fairly substantial amount)
Somehow Migrate these purchases over to a new Apple ID
Apple let me change the primary ID for the account
Anyone else ran into this before?
I've tried accessing the mail through a mail application using the correct server information, and trying both the old 6 character password and the one I had to change it too after they updated the security guidelines - neither work.
Help would be greatly appreciated as I can see more services down the line not working without the address being verified!

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You should not need to verify the old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

How can I accessing my old IIgs through PB G4??

I want to access my old IIgs by connecting it with a firwire cable to my PB. I accomplished this once and the IIgs hard drive icon showed up on my PB desktop. I was able to run programs on the IIgs through my PB. Now I cannot remember how I did it although I believe it involved the C key...
I want to access an old program that ran on classic 9 - contained on the IIgs, and also use it as external storage.

I have saved all my datas of my old iphone on itunes and icloud. I got a new phone 4s that I connected to itunes in order to load it and sync with my old datas. but I don't konw how but when itunes sync my new iphone i did not take my old datas. at the end of the sync process, I got an iphone totally virgin, but none of my previous apps, neither contact neither calendar neither anything. what happened? did itunes erased all my previous datas?? i hope not but if it's the case, can I recuperate my old datas through icloud? please help because as a lot of us, all my life is in this iphone.. In my original post, not today's, I had said I was having the issues on the Mini, running OSX 10.6.8 and Safari v.5.1.5 for my bank's pill pay. I should have been more specific as to which machine and OSX Safari browser I'm having the T-Mobile problem with. My mistake.
It is on both the MacMini and now the Air too. A moment ago, I was able to log in to my.t-mobile.com on the Air, but after putting into my Bookmarks folder, I can't do it anymore. The Log in button comes up greyed out instead of green.
I'm also still having trouble with my bank's bill pay section on both computers too.
I wonder if it's related to the saving of the log in info or putting in the Bookmark Folder?

Do you have an iPhoto library in yoru pictures folder? If you depress and hold the option key and launch iPhoto - what do you see in the select library window? Select each library there and see what you have
