Can I change company name in Apple Developer account?

Hi,
My company is planning to split and change its name before we submit our app to the app store. Will it be possible to register the new name to our existing Apple Developer account? We don't want the old name to show in the app store.
Thanks!

Sure. You will just have to submit all of the necessary paperwork and wait.

  • How can i change de name of my icloud account?

    Here's the problem.  I've been using the same itunes account for years.  It's on my girlfriends name.
    Since I've been using my macbook pro for my company, everythime I send an ical invitation to someone they see her name instead of my name.
    So my question is:
    How can I change the name of the icloud account?  or How can I change the config of ical so it will only invite people from my email adress and not the icloud adress?
    thanks

    You could set up a new account in "Settings > iCloud" and use that for email and calendar (http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/).

  • How do I change my name in Apple Developer?

    I signed up with an Apple Id many years ago before they used email addresses as usernames. I had specified my Gmail address as my email address. When Apple then converted to email addresses as logins, some idiot thought that my address was his address, and somehow managed to sign up with my email address. Last year when trying to connect my new iPhone to my Apple Id, I realized that my password didn't match, so I had to reset my account by email. When I logged in, I was greeted with someone else's details! I had their name, billing address, phone number and one or two songs they'd downloaded. Oh well, that was my email address, so I promptly changed the details and password to my own, and locked the clueless imposter out of his account.
    The problem I have now is that even though I've updated my Apple Id to my correct name, this update hasn't reflected in my Apple Developer account. The name field is read-only.
    How can this be changed?

    I want to be able to change my name too. I don't wanna use my old name anymore. people will see my old name under Developer in App Store What if somebody just made a stupid typo? this should be an easy task to accomplish, not hard and time consuming paperwork.
    We are not the only people that has this problem. look at this post in this forum: http://www.iphonedevsdk.com/forum/business-legal-app-store/66837-changing-name-y our-apple-developer-account.html

    No. Apps are associated with Apple ID with which they were purchased.

  • Business names, incorporating, and apple development account; etc.

    Hello All,
    The apple development account I have is the "as an individual" type but I am planning to start a corporation in the near future (still distributing in the same way on the app store). When that happens is there anyway to change my existing account from "as an individual" to "as a corporation" and change my relevant information instead of paying for another dev account? Also, if I am currently registered to sell as a business (but not a corporation yet) how do I have my name appear as the business name on the apps that I sell? Thank you very much in advance.

    Having just been through this recently, converting from an individual account to an LLC, I can say that it's an easy process to change though it may take some time. Call the ADC and explain what is happening. They will begin migrating your account from an individual to a business account. You will need to fill out your information again and accept the license agreements again. It took a couple of weeks to get everything done.

  • How can I change the name of item in TableViewController iOS

    How can I change the name of item in TableViewController? I want to be able to change the title of an item if I added one. Code:
    //  ViewController.m
    //  Movie List
    //  Created by Damian on 20/02/15.
    //  Copyright (c) 2015 Tika Software. All rights reserved.
    #import "ViewController.h"
    @interface ViewController ()
    These outlets to the buttons use a `strong` reference instead of `weak` because we want
    to keep the buttons around even if they're not inside a view.
    @property (nonatomic, strong) IBOutlet UIBarButtonItem *editButton;
    @property (nonatomic, strong) IBOutlet UIBarButtonItem *cancelButton;
    @property (nonatomic, strong) IBOutlet UIBarButtonItem *deleteButton;

    Hey JB001,
    Sounds like you have more going on than just a simple issue with Home Sharing and more dealing with Wi-Fi syncing. Start with the article below and see if that may resolve it.

  • Can't change group names.

    Anyone know why I can't change the names of my calendar groups? I right click > get info on the group and change the name from "group" to my desired name, and it just changes back to "group".

    Greetings,
    Anyone know why I can't change the names of my calendar groups?
    A bad cache or bad calendar database would be my first guess.
    Here are the steps I would try:
    Remove the following to the trash and restart your computer:
    Home > Library > Caches
    Home > Library > Calendars > Calendar Cache, Cache, Cache 1, 2, 3, etc. (Do not remove Sync Cache or Theme Cache)
    Home > Library > Preferences > com.apple.ical (There may be more than one of these. Remove them all.)
    __NOTE: Removing these files will remove any shared (CalDAV) calendars you may have access to. You will have to re-add those calendars to iCal > Preferences > Accounts.
    Once the computer is back up and running open iCal and test.
    Hope that helps.

  • Can I change my name on iCloud email?

    I have iCloud email address that is my name before getting married. How can I change my name to show my new name or can I create another email address to use that name?

    Answer: You cannot change an iCloud.com email once it's created (there is a little warning that tells you this when you set it up initially).
    What other options do you have?
    1) Create a new Apple ID account (least recommended option).  This will make a whole new account and any purchases or money you spent of have on your current account will not be on the new account. Therefore, you would have to continue to use two Apple IDs or give up the old account as they cannot be merged.
    2) Create an email alias.  (most recommended).  Although you will still log into your iCloud with the same Apple ID you currently use, an alias will allow you to send and receive emails using the alias but will still come through your normal icloud email since you can't change it.
    Create or change email aliases: http://support.apple.com/kb/ph2622
    Good Luck!

  • Can I Change the Name of my Computer?

    Hi, I'm a new mac user. I was actually given a Powerbook G4 by a teacher of mine because it was outdated for his uses (and he is pretty loaded). I'm using the machine for school mostly. Basically what I wanted to know is can I change the name of the computer? It's not entirely a life or death situation, but I'd like my name to be on my computer.

    An easy way is to follow Macworld magazine's advice:
    [http://www.macworld.com/article/41481/2004/12/changeshortname.html]
    There are other ways, but try that out first.
    Then here's Apple's official way to do it:
