First tip, you can't downgrade you iOS.
Now, to address your issues. Connect the iPhone to your computer and tell iTunes to "Restore" it. When asked, tell iTunes to setup as a new device. Select your applications, music, etc. and sync those onto the phone.
Now, it it possible that you have just done something sly like disconnecting it from iTunes before the snc was complete, so you might just havea few corrupted files on the device. For the problem with your apps crashing, try to open the app store application (on your iPhone) and select to downlad & install a simple free app. That might resolve your issue with apps crashing.

I am not going to pay $$$$$to get a computer tech to come to my home and install Thunderbird. I had no trouble installing Firefox, but Thunderbird is an absolute drongo. Hi, so I pushed autofill because I thought that it would put music on my phone from a different iTunes library but it didn't work, and now the songs show up grey in my music on my phone and they won't play, but they are still there. What can I do to fix this and get rid of the grey songs?
Go back to iTunes, select the Music tab, uncheck the 'sync music; button, then hit apply.

Last Spring I received a couple of emails to an alias I set up a long time ago under mac mail with mac.com - not my main ID - at mac.com. The mail had the Icloud extension. I just deleted it.
I then received a couple of e-mails forwarded to the same alias that came from a non-apple account that led me to search to see if the company was legit - it was. Using a non-apple hidden account I sent that non-apple account an email informing them apparently when they registered the ID or alias as an ICLOUD extension - apple did not check for duplication in accounts or aliases that were not in the Icloud.
I also sent feedback to Apple telling them to fix it and apparently they did - along with the person who replicated my alias.
On this site there were a number of postings from people who also had problems with mac mail and Icloud who resolved it by contacting Apple and getting the accounts cleared up. -

I have recently upgraded from my iphone 5 to a new phone. My iphone 5 's touch screen does not work anymore. I need to backup my phone, but I can't do it on itunes without my password. Everything besides the screen is completely fine-the screen will not recognize my finger anymore. I am not trying to fix the phone, but I need to have my contacts. The pictures have already synced, but I need my password to do a full backup. Unfortunately, I can't type in my password. Is there any way around it? If I take my phone to the apple store, will they be able to help me? I am not willing to replace the screen just to do this, however, so that is out of the question.
Someone else may have a workaround, but, as far as I know, if you cannot interact with the screen on the iPhone, there is no way to unlock it so you can get to your contacts.
Were you saving them to iCloud by chance? If so, you can restore them to your new phone.

How can i stop my phone from vibrating in my ear when i am on the call? I usually keeps my phone on vibration mode so i get notified when there is a new mail or message? However, when i am on the call, then also, it vibrates in my ear everytime a mail comes. Very irritating. I use my business phone and mails keep coming every 2-5 mins.
Please help.very impractical . specially when you call A LOT and receive notifications constantly!

Take it to an authorized service center or Apple Store in the country where the phone originated. Apple does not sell iPhones in Pakistan, nor will they ship them to Pakistan.

There are no officially unlocked iPhone 5's available, in the US, at the present time. No announcement, as to availability has been made. The only unlocked iPhone, available now, is the iPhone 4 or 4S. Either of these versions will work, but will have no warranty or support in India. They can only be purchased directly from Apple, no where else.
