Can I download the Photoshop Elements 12 with the serial number? MacBook air doesn't have a disc

I recieved the Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 discs for Christmas, along with a MacBook Air.  Unfortunately the MacBook Air does not have a disc drive.  Is there a way that I can download it using the serial number that came with it? 

Thank you Barbara for your prompt response and help!  I am new to Mac and Adobe so feeling a little lost.  I downloaded the trial, but I didn't see an area to enter my serial number.  It still has about 20 minutes to go until it has completed its download though, so maybe that option pops up at the end?

    It depends on which region you are in?  I am also assuming you are trying to install the trial version using your serial number?  Finally I would also assume that your computer meets the minimum system requirements?

    You have two options:
    1. If you have another Mac or PC, use Remote Disc to install it on your Mac > http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5287
    2. Buy an external optical drive and use it to install Microsoft Office.
    Both options work correctly. If you are going to use the optical drive once, use Remote Disc, but it will be much slower than using an optical drive connected to the computer

    Install then enter your serial number.

    I have several Canon products, and installed Photoshop Element 5 to the PC that came with the products several years ago.  I updated the software on PC after installation.  I now use MacBook Pro, and I only could find the serial number for the Element 5, which I had registered in the Adobe.com.  And I could not find the Element 5 downloading.  Is there any way to download Element 5 on my Mac with the serial number or it is not worth it?

    It won't work. Those old Elements products were not cross-platform to begin with and given how old it is, it is doubtful it would even work on a current Mac. Simply buy a new package of PSE 12/ 13.

    Hi,  I bought a copy of LR3 a little over a year ago and it has only been uploaded to my desktop PC.  Yesterday I bought a new computer and found that my CD of LR3 is cracked and could not be uploaded to the new computer.  Can I download the free trail version and activate it with my serial number?  Or can I move the whole program off of my old computer onto a DVD and transfer it to my new computer?  I don't want to have to buy it again since I've only had it one year and only had it on one computer.  Please help!

    Download the trial version from http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-acrobat-x-10-pro-reader-suite-direct-download-links-ddl.ht ml
    Follow the Very Important Instructions on that page first otherwise the links will not work.
    When you launch the trial, enter your serial number to convert it to a full version.

    First check your spam filter to be sure it didn't go there. While you're waiting you can install PSE as a trial.

    Perpetual version have serial numbers and you can retrieve yours after you sign in to Adobe.com using this link https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html. The serial is use during activation.   Subscription application have serial numbers in the application system Information these are not used during activation.  Signing Into you account that has a subscription is how Subscription applications are activated.

    A single user license allows for having activated installations on two machines. An Elements license allows for either platform in many cases (recently not the case from what I've seen).  If you have the disc, see if it contains the Mac installation files... if it does then you should be able to install them via a download as well.  I cannot answer with certainty for the last question since it relies on the previous question.  Personally, I would not let an inexpensive piece of software dictate an expensive hardware purchase decision.

    Yes, you can download Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. The only thing that you need to do is go to this LINK http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-dir ect-download-links.html and download it. You need to follow the ADOBE download instructions.
    First, you need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Second, go to the LINK I gave you and find Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 (PSE 9) Direct Download Links, them give a click to File 2 and download it (it takes time), them when it is done (downloaded) another click to File 1. After you finished downloading File 1, it will ask you to enter your Serial Number of the product. After you put the Serial Number of the your product, Adobe Elements 9 will be in your computer.
    If for some reason you don't know or you don't remember the Serial Number of your product, go to your Account and Sign in with your Adobe ID, then go to "My products and Services" and it will tell you the Serial Number of the product.
    You will find "My products and Services" on the top right side of the screen, where it say "Welcome xxxxx". Remember, to see "My products and Services" first you need to Sign in with your Adobe ID.

    If you have a 64 bit machine then there shouldn't be any problem while installing any 32-bit software.

    You are allowed to have two machines with activated installations, so if you only had one installation, you still have the option to install on a second without doing anything further than that.  If you originally downloaded the purchase thru Adobe then you might find a download link available in your Adobe account online.  You can also download thru the following page if you can find your version:

    You can have the first installation deactivated to free up the activation and have it available for another machine again as well.  YOu need to contact Adobe Support thru chat for that.  For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat option...
