Can I get a different color iPod touch, when I get my battery replacement (within warranty) for a refurbished iPod touch 5g?

So I know that If you get your battery replacement (within warranty) an apple store will give you a refurbished model of your old iPod, but what if I want to change the color from the one I have now (white) to a new color (black) is that allowed? Or do I have to get the same exact model as my previous one? Also does the same principle apply in China as it does in the US, or not?

Download them to the computer to which the iPod is synced, re-sync.

When getting the device replaced through insurance, the replacement calls for the same make and model, which includes color. Now if they are not in stock of the same color then they will offer a different color, but normally only in that situation. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Sync works the same way it always has, connect the device, select the content desired to sync and sync.
All the media should be in iTunes already, iDevices are not and have never been backup devices.
If this is a new computer, move the content from the old computer to the new computer.

They haven't shown up in the refurbished section for a bit so they may be sold out. You probably will need to use eBay, Amazon, etc

I was just wondering what do the different color circles mean when I've located my iphone. So far I've seen a green dot with a green bigger outlined circle around it , a gray circle , a gray circle with a gray bigger outline around it , a real big green circle like the whole circle is dark green. I'm mainly just wondering can you tell if they are texting or using the phone at the time or if its on off or on vibrate is that what those different colors mean?

Note the word 'new" before iPod. I would say no but I would call/go to an Apple store and ask.

I may not be clear on what you are asking here but I'll try an answer anyway since that's the type of guy I am.
If you have PDF files on your old computer, you will need to transfer them to your new computer. You can use a flash drive or CD if needed.
But again, I think I'm not getting what you are really wanting to know. If I'm not, can you give us some more details?
