I have account in my country web. I also open account in Gmail. I have two questions
1-Now all my mails are coming to gmail account and i have to reply from gmail account. i did it by mistake to import all mails. All my replies are also coming in Gmail. Can it be reversed? Can I stop it?
2- Can i import contacts from my www.emirates.net.ae account ?
Please reply URGENTLY. I AM IN A BIG PROBLEMS. AS I AM USING THIS AS COMPANY ACCOUNT EMAILS.

You have to export your contacts in CSV format, then import them into Gmail. For your other question, see the Gmail support page.

Use AIM for Mac and use the Export and Import features.
Other than that it is a question on making sure every Single Buddy has more than just their Screen name in the IChat Address Card so it is added to the Address Book and dragging them back from there

One way would be to e-mail them from yourself to yourself. That would totally avoid the different ID issue.

The only way I know of to import cells from a csv file is by creating a new file. But then you can select the desired cells and copy them to the other file. I just did it to be sure it works.
1. Create the new spreadsheet file via the upload command.
2. Select the cells (table) that you want to move to the other file and press command+C (copy).
3. Close the new file and open the existing file.
4. Select the top/right cell of the area to receive the copied "table" and press commant+V (paste).

PS sorrry, previous question was a mistake

At http://icloud.com go to the Contacts page. Select all your contacts, click the cogwheel icon at bottom left and select 'Export vCard'.
Now open Address Book on your Mac. From the File menu choose 'Import' and select your exported file. Of course if it contains entries which are also on the Mac you will get duplicates.

Select Contacts
Click on the first contact
Hold down shift and click on the last contact
Click the gear box at the bottom of the screen
Choose "Export vcard..."

I can't import contacts from Outlook to Address Book

I've tried to do the research before asking this question, but I can't get this to work. How do you import contacts from Microsoft Outlook to Address book? When I try to export from Outlook, the only option I have is .csv file, it doesn't give me an option to export as a vcard. I've exported to a .csv file and tried importing this into Address Book as a text file, and it opens up a window called Text File Import. When I click OK nothing happens. I'm new to the Mac world so I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what I'm missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

One way if you are still accessing an email account with Outlook is the following:
In Contacts, click the contact you want to send as a vCard or select all to send all, and then on the Actions menu, click Forward as vCard.
All contacts will be added to a new message created as separate vCard attachments. Send the message to an email account you are accessing with the Mail.app on the Mac.
Create a folder on the Mac desktop or in your location of choice and save all vCard attachments received via email to this folder.
Launch Address Book and at the menu bar, go to File > Import and select vCards navigating to the folder that contains the vCard files sent from Outlook.

I have tried some ways but they don't work.
I have installed a 'contacts backup and restore' app called 'GCloud' on my android app. I generated a .csv file from this backup app. But I cannot import contacts from the csv file to my iphone.
I also tried Google contacts; the easiest way. But somehow Google simply refuses to sync my latest contacts list. It contains a very old and outdated list of contacts.

Yes. If the contacts are in iCloud, you can download them from iCloud.com as a vCard (.vcf file) as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/PH3606, and then import this into the other iCloud account as explained here: iCloud: Import a vCard.
If you need to do this on your phone rather than iCloud.com, you would need to use an app like My Contacts Backup on your 4s to back up the contacts as a vCard. You can then email this to yourself, then open the email on your iPhone 5 and tap the attachment to import the contacts.

Your wife should also be able to take both phones to a direct retail store for her carrier. Carriers have machines that can transfer contacts directly from one phone to another.
If your carrier happens to be Verizon (I know they sold the Extravert), there is an option on the Extravert called Back Up Assistant. As long as the phone is still active, she can sync her contacts to that. When she activates the iPhone, she can download the Verizon Cloud app and sync the contacts to the phone.
