Can I leverage Skype Lync O365 integration for full phone system?

Have O365 enterprise and need new phone system for startup. Can I leverage Skype for voice account and leverage Lync/ exchange features together?
we are want no on premise environment.
can I do this without Lync server? if not, does Lync server exists as a subscription?
Layman's terms please.

The equipment needed is at minimum a Lync server (if you use a SIP trunk from an ITSP) otherwise you will also need a voice gateway. The license comes as part of an E4 subscription.

Without knowing the requirements and scoping it out properly, based on you saying that it's a home office environment I'd be more inclined to use the ITSP.

You might have a little "problem" if your payment were by Credit Card, everytime you try to buy something (I mean, try to download something on your iphone, not from your computer) , your going to need to verify your payment... but if u use iTunes Gift Card, you wont have any problem with that

If you want to keep your contacts and other data you sync with iCloud separate, you'll have to create separate iCloud accounts, which will require different IDs. If you share the same iCloud account/ID on multiple devices, the synced data will be merged and will appear on all devices syncing with the shared account.
You can still share the same ID for iTunes; it doesn't have to be the same as the one used for iCloud.

Why skype is not available for windows phone 7.8, earlier it was there in wp 7.8 market place... Please bring it back for WP 7.8

Yet more shoddy treatment of those who bought in to win phone 7. Makes me feel foolish for recommending windows phone to friends and colleagues. "We want everyone to experience the best Skype has to offer" and your way of doing this is to take it away!
My next phone is unlikely to be a win phone 8, and I'll look at alternatives to skype.

Can't install the correct plug-in for my phone!

Hello there,
I have downloaded the correct plug in for my phone (Nokia E65) from nokia website mac section.
During installation, the following error appears : ( Please update to the latest version of iSync using Software Updates )
i have iSync 2.4 and it is the latest version of iSync that i can get, besides iSync 2.4 is the requirement as Nokia website says! so what is the problem!
Edit: I have not changed the location of iSync, it is still in the Main Application and not in any sub folders.

Usually this error is caused by the Nokia installer not being able to locate the iSync application in its default location, in the main Applications folder.
However, as you have already checked this there may be some other error in the installer. Try running the installer from an account with Admin privileges on your Mac.
You could also try installing it manually using Pacifist. The plugin should be installed in:
{Your Mac HD}/Library/PhonePlugins/
(if that directory doesn't already exist, you can create it yourself.)

Can't install Skype on Android lollipop for Sony X...

I Just updated mi Android to lollipop and what was my surprise Skype wasn't working so I unistalled it and tried to install it again but it can't be even downloaded, had tried several times and always get error code 495. Any ideas??? I do need it for my work meetings and familiar issues.

I am developing a windows phone 8.1 silverlight application . For my application I integrated the facebook login. For this facebook integration I used the login with facebook app method.
My doubt is after getting the app id from the dev center , I updated the appid at developers.facebook.com , wmmanifest.xml (In extensions protocol (msft-appid without dashes)) . Or do I need to change the product id in the place holder also , I tried to
change the productid also but I am getting error like some signature is wrong try with different signature. I am confused how to do it .

Need a Data Integration for multiple ERP systems

We are doing some research into a data integration layer to our BW 7.3/BOBJ 4.0 from multiple ERPs. Of course we are looking at Data Services and Information Steward in the BOBJ suite but just looking for anybody's recommendations on the topic.
What technology platform do you use to do the extract, transform, load processes from multiple backend sources into BW? Any you would advise us to avoid?

The answer depends on multiple factors.
Some pointers:
Volume and growth of db in scope planning (Federation vs replication )
If data federation is where you want to move data services / BO tools will be ideal
If your data is coming from multiple ERP systems you can utilize there delta queue to load data via data services (in case of SAP)
Use native DB connect/UD connect functionalities in BW as with BW 7.3 its delta capable.
Moving to BW 7.4 you will have SDA to solve that problem of integration to Non - SAP data into your EDW landscape
These are pointers but I would say talk to enterprise architects and look into the foresight of wheyare you want to move your EDW platform.

Can I use the same itunes program for different phones?

I have two iphones I am upgrading to new iphones. I have one computer with itunes on it. With each of the old phones can I use the one itunes to backup one of tthe old phones then restore to one of the new phones. Then do the same sequence for the second old phone?

If you haven't been syncing the iPhones with iTunes then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.
Make sure each device has a different name so you can restore the right backup to its replacement.

How can I stop iPhone from prompting me for a phone password?

I used to use a password to protect my iPhone but I turned it off because it really slowed me down.
Under General I set Passcode Lock to OFF. I set the Auto-Lock to NEVER.
But every time I touch the phone icon I get this message: PASSWORD INCORRECT Enter voicemail Password. I can't make calls or do anything unless I type CANCEL. But now I can't use my visual voicemail any more. Because of this I have been missing a lot of calls.
I have the new iPhone and I upgraded to the new version of the iPhone software yesterday. I was hoping this problem might go away, but it hasn't.
What do you suggest I do?

Its actually asking for the password you set up when you created your voicemail on the iPhone. If you enter that voicemail password correctly, that prompt should go away and you should be able to access your voicemail as well. If you don't remember that password, dial 611 from your iPhone and choose option 3 ( I think ) and it will let you reset the password.
