Can I somehow check to see if someone has transferred my photos onto their cpu? And if they have backed up my phone without me knowing?

I plugged my iphone4 into my friends iMac to charge. I just want to know if I can somehow check on the iPhone to see when the last backup was or if my friend transferred my photos onto his cpu. His iMac shouldn't have recognized my phone but I'm just worried.
Thanks for any help! Some things on my phone weren't meant for there eyes ...
And also, if they backed it up could he see my text and Imessage history?? Thank u

In addition to the content.... I would also be concerned about the DATA CHARGES!
I've read somewhere that one can go to the router and disable access to adult sites.  I don't how to do this.
If he's using your home wifi, you can block or blacklist URLs and IP addresses on the router.
He can then disable the Wifi and use the mobile network only.
Trust me, the solution does not lie in blocking sites, blacklisting URLs etc. You can do that for the next five years and he will find another place or method to view the sites.
