Can I transfer photo's from an i phone to a new i phone over iphoto without having to sync?

How can I transfer photo's from one of my husband's older I Phone4's to his new I4? I have downloaded the pictures to our Iphoto but now where to export to when plug up new phone.
Is there any way that we can do this? The phone is no longer in service so we can't message them to the other.

I think this program will work with your phone. I bought the Universal Kit because of all of the connectors and the Mac version of the Software.

you should starting with copying the iTunes folder from your old laptop to the new one.
the iTunes folder is in your user profile Music folder.
it should go to the same location on the new laptop.
Provided that you have your media, music and movies in the default location, and you sign in to your apple ID and authorize your new computer (all in iTunes)
you should have all intact.

A playlist is, of course, just a listing of music tracks, or did you want to copy the music too? You do not transfer that from iPod to iPod, you synch the iPod to the same library used with the first one.

It sounds like there's something amiss with either your ID or the new system you're using. I've been using iTM on a Win7 and OSX SL system and have been able to upload and download to the Cloud on both. I've been using them interchangeably for the last week or so.

AAll of your iTunes purchases can be re-downloaded again. Log into iTunes Store, select the Purchases tab for Apps, Music, etc.
if you've been syncing your old iPod with iTunes, you can restore everything to your new iPod from the old backup.
