Can I use apple tv- connected to 3x airports, using iCloud match to access my music?

I am trying to find a way to store all my music in one place, and then be able to access that music wirelessly around the house, and have the same music played at several loudspeakers round the house. Is this possible?! I spoke to someone from apple and they were unsure. They suggested-
All music on iCloud
Apple TV- to use as an access point to the music
Airports, 1 at each set of speakers
Does anyone have a similar set ups or can anyone recommend a way to make this work if this will not work?

Welcome to the Apple community.
Unfortunately this is not possible with the Apple TV. It is not capable of streaming audio to the airport express or any other Wi-Fi audio hardware.
May I suggest you use something like the Mac mini for this setup, the Mac mini will stream to multiple AirPort Expresses in exactly the way that you want. All your music can be stored on the Mac mini or on external drives attached to it, or indeed if you wish using iTunes match.

iTunes match is a true streaming service when it comes to playback from your PC. That means, you can load everything into the cloud and stream from the cloud to your PC.
To an iPhone or iPad, it's stream-and-save, meaning it will download and play immediately, but it will be saved to the device.

After 3 visits and 3 complete wipeouts and resets - the last time using no restore because they told me the backups were corrupted - it still is very unstable. I cannot use the phone is this condition. This beautiful phone was in perfect condition before it was damaged by the unstable upgrade process. Even my battery is still excellent. I have to get a new phone now and of course I can't buy an iphone since Apple refuses to compensate me in any way for rendering my present phone unstable. Can I use icloud, which I have on my Windows PC, after I no longer have my iphone? Verizon will allow me to trade it in for a gift card but it must be turned off cellular service and then surrendered. How can I make the transfer without loosing data?

Your data will remain in iCloud, and can still be accessed from your PC, even if you no longer have your iPhone. Just be sure not to delete the data from your phone while it is still signed into your account, or it will also be deleted from iCloud. Instead, if you are turning in the phone, follow the instructions here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5661. Before doing so, if you want to save your photos, save any photo stream photos to your camera roll, then import them to your computer as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083.
Also, Apple will delete any iCloud backups after 180 days of inactivity. If you're planning on replacing it with another iPhone, you'll want to do so before your backup is deleted.

We would like to have all our music, photos, etc. on the iPad - is it best to create a new combined Apple ID for the iPad and simply upload our music, photos, etc. via our laptop instead? Does this not then render the iCloud useless to us?

And just in case you were wondering, installing one purchased copy on all the Macs you own is specifically called out as allowed in the Mac OS X Lion license.
If you do not want to download multiple times, just copy the Applications -> Install Lion app to a safe place BEFORE you do the first install. Then copy that copy to any Mac you own where you want to install Lion.

If have separate iCloud accounts and want to keep your all your iCloud data separate, you can create separate user accounts for each of you, then sign into your individual iCloud account within your user account.
If you want to just add both iCloud calendars on your Mac, you can sign into one iCloud account in System Preferences>iCloud, then add the second account in System Preferences>Internet Accounts>iCloud and only check Calendars with this second account.

the iTunes app on the iPad is updated when the iOS is updated. What version of iOS is on your iPad?
The message you are getting is about updating iTunes is for your computer, not the iPad. The current version of iTunes is version 11.

For all Users...I just fixed mine and am now able to log on.
Yesterday there was a Quick Time update to 7.3.1 that fixed a security issue that was allowing access to your computers. I thought that my auto update would install this and it didn't. I had to manually download from apple and install the update.

Yes, I was using iTunes to sync over cable without problems since orinigal purchase in 2011 and using 10.6 w/o problem. There was an "update" in Nov 2012 that crashed the sync service. I went to the Apple Store and reviewed the problem with the Geniuses there. It was discovered at that time that the update included mandated use of iCloud but enough of the un-updated code remained that he was able to patch functions to allow Microsoft Office to still sync over iTunes.
This March (+/-) there was another "update" to 10.6 that totally destroyed the patch that was in place so there was no sync service available between Microsoft and iTunes what-so-ever. Then recently, because of some unknown process, all my notes, contacts, and calendars were erased in both my Apple utilities and Microsoft utilities.
After many hours of frustration I was able to recover most of the information to the Apple utilities only, but those were unstable. At my visit to the Apple store it was suggested that an upgrade to 10.8 might solve the stability problem. That it did but being connected to the iCloud all the time keeps using up all my Internet time and I have nothing left to check emails or do research.
This, to me, is not my problem but one created by Apple. I have searched the Internet and support groups and there doesn't seem to be a solution.
The "aircraft mode" turns off all other communication functions and is not acceptable. Neither is disconnecting/turning off Airport on my MBP.

You will need to setup a new Apple ID for your sister. You have to have an Apple ID and iDevice connected and using that account to get an iCloud account.

Step 1. Open iTunes on the computer.
Step 2. Click Store and choose Authorize This Computer… from its drop-down menu.

Step 5. Go to DEVICES and right click your iPad air. In the drop-down menu, click Transfer Purchases.

If you purchased music with multiple Apple IDs, you have to authorize the computer for all of them. However, you're allowed to authorize up to 5 computers with one Apple ID. That means you have to look for other methods when you have already authorized 5 computers.
