Can not connect printer HP photosmart all in one 6510 with my windows 7 home edition PC

Stuck! Please help. I'vre uninstalled and reinstalled several times: restore PC to previous working time; checked all passwords and IP addresses. Do wireless connection (home group) network - says it can't connect up by wireless, evenb though it says printer is connected up to internet as is PC. USB connection it jams on the drawing of the ethernet connection. PC does not accept updates-they all fail. Last week I had no such problems. Rolfus

I understand that your HP Photosmart 6510 will not print with your Windows 7 PC.
I would suggest going through this guide. Printer Does Not Maintain Wireless Connection.

TS1368 Can not connect to iTunes to purchase apps or update with iPad

This is also the case with my iphone4s. I can not connect to iTunes at all! There's no specific error number just can not connect to iTunes. Then contact iTunes support. I have tried a few different things: clearing paused downloads in purchased area of app store (ipad2) and resetting wifi settings (ipad2) i also reset my wifi and that did no good either. I tried that, i tried every setting i could think of and tried all the ideas posted on this site. i got it working eventually though i had to wait for ios 6 to be released then after i downloaded and installed it, it started working.

I downloaded Lion OSX and at the end I received a notice that Safari can not connect to Server. All internet connections work including Safari on other user on same computer. I downloaded 13items and installed only 12. What do I do now ?

Installed a new harddrive in my macbook pro. cannot connect to hp photosmart all in one printer!!

I, recently, installed a new hard drive on my MacBook Pro Laptop Computer (2007 model).
Now, I cannot print out anything on my HP Photosmart C7180 All-In-One Printer! They don't
seem to be connected, as the printer icon shows up on my computer, and then, immediately, evaporates
into thin air.
How do I connect my HP Printer to my laptop, now that I have a new harddrive installed?

When you received your printer you should have received two insulation disks one is for Windows computers and the other one is for Mac ( Apple Computer) If you have the disks please install Mac disk. Apple computers do search and down load the parcel software so you can do basic printing commands. You need to find the program that is some where in your computer that allows you to hook up Pinters and Devices. Ounce you find this open it up then connect the printer cable to the lap top. The computer program will list HP's printers yuo need to select your printers model number. Then it will down load the drivers for it to run basic commands. Ounce they are download run a test to make sure it is working right. Contact HP's store and asked them to send you a new set of insulation disk. Your old disk may have fine dust film on them. Clean them off pior to inserting them If you use glass cleaner and fine cloth make sure they are dry off before you insert them. If you used them before maybe a speck of dirt blocked out parcel program that caused it not to install correctly . frrw

Can't setup wireless printing : HP4385 Photosmart All-In-One Printer / Linksys Router/Mac OS 10.5

I am attempting to set up my printer to operate wirelessly. I have the computer and printer connected via USB for the setup.
I have :
PRINTER : HP All In One Photosmart C4385
ROUTER : Linksys wireless B (WPA security)
COMPUTER : Macbook Mac OS 10.5.8 notebook.
I've downloaded the correct HP software.
On the printer, the wireless radio is set to "on"
PROBLEM : Using the HP Setup Assistant, I select my Wi-Fi network, and get an error message " the selected Wi-Fi network is not within reach of the device"
The printer and router are in the same room with nothing blocking them.

Print a WIreless Network Test from the front of the printer. It will self-test the printer's radio.
Can you give me the exact model number of your router? If it is a 802.11b router, it may be time for a new one. If it is, are you sure you are using WPA and not WEP?

Can not connect printer to iMac running osx 10.6.8

Hi, I am a complete novice and need help please
I had an iMac and it ran great albeit a few little glitches with our HP Mulitfunction printer but I thought the printer was a dud. At christmas I got hubby a new ipod and things went downhill from there
In order to run our new ipod I had to install a new operating system as we got Mac OSX Snow Leopard and were sent by apple version 10.6.3
I imediately had to update it to work with our ipod and now iphone 5's to 10.6.8 which is where we are now
From updating I could no longer use our HP printer, sometimes it printed and sometimes it didnt, it alternated with being able to scan or not scan. I uninstalled and reinstalled all the software and drivers and googled til my fingers bled possible fixes for the issue. Nothing worked, we decided we needed a new printer as it was too old (albeit 3 yrs) and no longer was compatible.
Cue today and we purchase a new Samsung Laser Colour Multifunction CLX-3305FN. I followed the instructions on the booklet to install it and it hasn't worked. Uninstalled it, googled it, reinstalled it, tried to USB connect it, uninstalled it, reinstalled in, downloaded new drivers, checked for software updates etc etc until I find myself here hoping someone can help.
I think it's a network issue with the computer? I really don't know but in lamen terms;
All printers I can eventually get to come up but they are always "orange"/off line once I send a print job to them
When the computer tries to send the print job, it comes up with an error message;
Unable to connect to printer; will retry in 30 seconds...

If I go in through the printer utility I can scan from the device to the computer meaning they are connected?
I've got the USB from the HP printer connected which is why I think scan is working but I don't know
Ive run network diagnostics and it always comes back fine (green lights down the network status list)

I have also looked at getting the software from the Apple site after seeing that with Snow Leopard you should let the operating system lead the install not the manufacteurers software as it is most likely out of date. I too found it wasn't there so I uninstalled the software got up the CLX_3300 series stuff then went from there with the USB cable. It apparently hasn't worked either
Unfortunately now after using the print utility to scan for a while that has now gone again on the last restart of the Mac. I am so completely clueless
The box says the printer is compatible, the place of purchase said it was compatible, the Samsung site says it is compatible.
I think it's the set up of my Mac? Our maybe a glitch in the network settings?

Can I connect my HP PSC1510 All-In-One to my BT H...

I've got a HP PSC1510 All-In-One printer, scanner, copier connected via ethernet (RJ45) cable directly to my desktop PC.
My PC is cabled to my BT Home Hub V1 (white).
My daughter and son connect wirelessly to my Home Hub and thence to the Internet.
Does anyone know if (and how) I can connect my PSC1510 to my Home Hub and so allow it to be shared by my hardwired PC and the wirelessly connected laptops?
I've looked in HP PSC1510 help but can't find anything that does help........

With some printers you can use the USB port on the hub. On the HH V1 its not that good, could still be worth a try. Install the printer on the computers, then move it to the HH, go back to the computers an set up an IP/TCP printer port (plenty of info on net how to do..IP address 192.168.1.253). It worked with 1 of my 5 printers OK, did strange things with the others (ie print 1 page the lockup). Would suggest you try it wilth the computer the printer is already connected to and if it works then try the others. If you do succeed then you will loose the use of the scaner on the printer.
Since you already (sort of) use one computer as a server (e-mailing prints) it would make more sence to share the printer over the network.

First off, AppleTV doesn't give web access.
Second off, Apple's classic operating system compatibility with many websites is very limited. That's the operating system available in virtualization on Macs made prior to early 2006, and as a boot operating system on Macs on or before 2003.
So without knowing what you have that is compatible, we can't give you really good advice on what to make it work. Identify your Mac, if you have one:

And tell us what version of the Mac OS you have in Apple menu -> About This Mac. Mac OS 10.0.x does not run on AppleTV. Then we can tell you what operating system support you should be able to get, and what browser support you should be able to get.

IPhone 5s can't connect to HP C7280 All-in-One wireless printer

I'm trying to connect to my IPhone 5s to my wireless HP C7280 AiO printer. I just downloaded HP AiO Remote app. My printer is connected by ethernet to
the same wireless network as my phone. My phone can't locate the printer when selecting this wireless configuration. My printer is in the list of supported printers. Please help. Thanks!

The printer needs to be connected through the same WiFi network as the iPhone in order to use AirPrint. Connecting via Ethernet will not work.

Why can't I connect my iPad to the server when all other devices can?

You may not really be connected to your WiFi network.
Your router may not have given your iPad a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be as simple as restarting your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPad (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc.

Ios8 can not connect to wifi at all

Worked first 3 days (bad)
Tried to do a factory reset throug iTunes
Came to the point "You must shut down Find my iPhone"
How can You do that with no wifi

Try the following:
1. Turn router off for 30 seconds and on again
2. Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
3. Reset iPad; hold the Sleep and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo

I saw your post about how your Officejet 6830 will not print from a Macbook, and I want to try to help you!
Please check this link and ensure all of the steps have been completed to install the printer on the Mac, and afterwards try a test print from Text Edit, and also a scan from the HP scan software and let me know if that worked.
