Can not open any adobe products even pre installed ones on new samsung 15in Ativ9 i5 2014
I have been trying to install AI CC onto my new laptop with no success. I try to run as admin it won't work. I try and delete using Adobe Cleaner software and then re install and it still won't work. Then I tried to open the Adobe photoshop elements 11 that is pre installed on this lap top and that still won't work! I am thinking there is some wrong with my settings on windows 8. Any help would be much appreciated!

if that doesn't help:
Un-install all cc including the desktop app
run the cleaner, Use the CC Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems | CC, CS3-CS6
Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe and find SLCache and delete it.
Go to: C:\ProgramData\Adobe and find SLStore and delete it.
Restart.
Install Adobe CC.

I updated my applications and now I can not open any of them.
I updated the required updates due to being given no other option to go around the update and now I can not open any of the applications I installed prior, it just shows the words up to date italisized and grayed out giving me no options to oppen the applications now that I have updated my applications.

How are you trying to open them? From your description it sounds like you are opening the Application Manager. -
I can not open any programs now that I have upgraded to Reader X. It has made Adobe the default progam to open all programs.

can open any adobe product on windows 8. its always says cannot use this product under a guest account... this is the licence version of adobe cc master collection. also i did use the product past few months without any issue...

I can move curser across screen on track board but cannot open anything ,even if I push the enter key..also the bottom corner of battery pack where it locks in is slightly lifted. Within the past week I have been getting messages when trying to open pdf files " that its in protected mode and can not open"
I deleted adobe and reinstalled directly from Adobe.com and now I can not open any file with a message it has encountered an error

As a student enrolled and used the Cloud. already had CS5.5 Creative suite installed on computer. Now that I'm no longer a student and No Longer have Cloud I can not open any of my folders with work in them. It wants me to up dated my subscription. I cant afford it right now.
I want to use the programs I have already paid for. . Creative Suite CS 5.5.

Hello, I have transferred my Acrobat XI Pro from old MAC to the new one. After the transfer can not open any PDF file. Any idea how to solve this?

Could you please specify how exactly did you transfer Acrobat from one MAC to other.
You might need to deactivate the software from your old machine and then activate it on the new one with the same serial number (for Acrobat license) or Adobe credentials (for Acrobat subscription).
If you have done the same way, then let me know if you are able to open Acrobat itself.
Do you get any specific error message while opening a PDF?

I think it might be a firewall (don't know that for a fact) but it was happening before I installed the Fix-It Utilities11 and now it happens all the time. Can anyone help me? It is probably just me - I am not particularly trusting - I hate "trial period" software. I don't know recognise Fix-It Utilities 11; I did call it up and look at the webpage for it and read the cover page...

In My Opinion:
Whatever Fix-It might be doing, it doesn't seem to have fixed anything. It is possible your system is so badly infected that you are in the "badlands" of virus-ville; on the other hand, the sort of "horror message" seems a bit over the top for a tool that is supposed to fix your computer. The page I read compared this software to Registry Mechanic and that makes me cringe.
IMO, remove this Fix-It software from your computer.
Control Panel > icon view > Programs and Features > find and remove it
Reboot
Install some decent Anti-Virus software and run a deep scan on your computer. I will recommend two free ones. You can try one or both - not at the same time; remove one if you want to try the next. I will provide a web page so you can check on other products.
I have used the Avast Free version in the past; I now use the licensed version. We also have the free AVG on at least one system. There are other good products. The point is to use something to thoroughly sweep your system for issues and make sure it is healthy.
NOTE: To run either (any) of the Anti-Virus products that I mention, you MUST remove Norton (if you have it on your system). Norton Security does not mix with other security software. It will complain when you try to remove it. Just tell it to go away and it will do so if you insist. Restart (Reboot) you computer after removing Norton and before installing other Anti-Virus Security Software... Norton is removed from Programs and Features (above).

my Mac mini (mid 2011. OS X 10.9.1). Was running very slow so I ran repair permissions...after re-booting my computer I can not open any apple applications. I keep getting a pop up window that says " finder quit unexpectedly". When trying to open safari " safari quit unexpectedly". I can open skype, google chrome. The computer indicates that wifi is on and connected - however I can't seem to log into Skype or access any web pages. What to do next?
One more thing, I keep getting pop up windows asking for passwords for different items if or keychain...I have tried to put in my password, but that doesn't work. Not sure what password it is looking for but the window won't go away even when I hit cancelBoot into your recovery partition (restart, hold down ⌘R until you see the Apple logo), and use Disk Utility to repair your hard drive. can not open any web page in Safari on the IPad. All other wireless features work fine.
If this does not work then try a reset ,
Reset your iPad by pressing the 'Sleep' and 'Home' button at the same time for about 15 seconds or so. Your iPad will then go through a reset / reboot procedure and will be ready for use within about a minute.
Don't worry about doing this as you will not lose data or settings.
