Just a thought - have you charged the battery? You could try putting on the wall charger for about an hour and see if it will turn on. If that's not the issue, You may need to restore the iPad now if nothing else will work for you. Look through the troubleshooting steps in this article and at the end are the instructions for restoring the iPad.

Can not turn on the wifi

My itouch lost its wifi program, an itouch should have a small slider that use to turn on the wifi in general. But my itouch lost it now, it says that "no wifi". On this seletion, there is no slider and the color is gray. How can i solve this program?

Well if its the grey bar in settings under general that says "Wi-Fi" then a switch thats does on and off thats greyed out then, my guess im not fully sure but either your wifi chip inside is broken, disconnected, or you broke your antena, but basicaly that normaly means that the built in wifi is damaged and cant be used. If you are still in warenty you can send it in and have it replaced. Still wait for more replies on this because i am not really sure.

Can not turn on the eq on my 80 gig 5th gen iPod?

When I go into the eq menu on the iPod it says off at the top of the list and I want to turn on bass booster so I try to turn the bass booster on by selecting it but it doesn't seem to come on. I have read the article on the eq and understand if I set the song in iTunes it will use that eq setting. Maybe there is nothing to show that eq is "on" and off is simply there to cancel the eq but that doesn't make any sense because there is a flat selection avail.
If I select boost and it is in fact working (i can not hear a diff with very good earphones on) does it in fact stay on for all of the songs that are in the random playlist? Or do I have to select it each time? Again there is nothing on the display or anywhere that I can find that idicates it is working or on.
Thanks for any thoughts on this or help with it.

By cursor do you mean that the selection is highlighted? There isn't a cursor showing when I go into the eq and display the list. The highlighed item (Bass Boost) does show up. Maybe there isn't a lot of Boost because I sure don't detect a difference.

Can not turn on the wifi card in this notebook. The f12 key has worked in the past. Not now

Just ran into this today while updating my virus protection. The g72-250 note book lost connectivity to the wifi network and when i started to reconnect it I noticed that the NIC/wifi led was amber. Toggling the f12 key only disables or turns off the nic and stays amber. It appears that the nic will not turn which is supposed to turn the led blue. How do i troubleshoot this further? or should i order the Realtek RTL8191SE wifi adapter?

Try a Hard Reset as follows.
Shut down the notebook, unplug the AC Adapter and then remove the battery. Hold down the Power button for a full minute. Re-insert the battery, plug in the AC Adapter, start the notebook and see if the f12 key will now enable the wireless card.

First, Mavericks is an OS X version, not an iOS version. iOS is for mobile devices, OS X is for Macs.
Second, what is the specific input/output device your Mac is using for A/V Output to access?
Have you gone into the Preferences, into the Playback section, and in the "A/V Ouput" menu, what device A/V Output is suppoed to use? Then, go to the Window menu and turn on A/V Output.
If none of that works, you have a compatability issue. Verify with the manufacturer you have the latest drivers, and that it is compatible with OS X Mavericks 10.2.9 and FCPX 10.1.1.

Resetting the device should knock it back into order.
Device Reset (won't affect settings/data/music/apps/etc)
1. Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
2. Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
3. Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

How can I turn off the 3g in iOS8 ?

I loaded iOS 8 on my iphone 5S today but I can not turn off the 3G. My phone is located in Turkey. Turning off the 3G is very important for me because in our country 3g does not work so clearly. I know if there are any problem in 3g, it's change to Edge automaticly by the iOS8 but also 3G affect my battery life negatively. I agree. It's either lack of intelligence or over confidence that Apple has totally messed up a beautiful product like iPhone. iOS 7 worked amazing; no glitches, no problems, everything seemed fine - and one fine day, we were made to switch to the "worst iOS ever"! iOS 8 comes with a whole lot of glitches, and I am seriously fed up of my iPhone now. I don't feel like using it most of the times.

Can not turn on wireless after Windows vista install driver issue?

Not sure if this is the right place for the post, if not I apologies in advance.
I have a Compaq Presario C700 (C730EM) on which the hard drive died on me, I brought a new one and installed Windows vista premium from disk (not a backup / recovery disk).
All seems fine however I can not turn on the wireless, the C700 has a wireless button on the top left hard side (which has a red LED when not on). Normally you push this and it turns on (turns LED Blue) but nothing!
I have commented wired and updated windows etc. and have tired to find wireless driver which I guess I’m missing? Not sure if it’s wireless driver missing or a keyboard driver?
After installing a few drivers which I thought where right no joy!
Can anyone help?

Have you tried resetting your iPhone?

You cannot use it. You would have had to set it up on your ipod itself before you lost it. Since you did not "turn on the icloud", then you have not set up find my ipod.
