Can not upgrade to desktop manager 5.0 in Vista

Frustrated- trying to delete 4.7 (not working) and do fresh install of 5.0 - get registry error when uninstall tries to delete certain obscure entries
with 1405 error code - do not have permission to delete key etc. - I am running as administrator - I have tried regedit to check permissions and change etc. but there are too many entries - I searched for solutions and have tried everything including Microsofts enhanced remove program (Windows Install Clean Up)

By using the Windows Install Cleanup Utility, you are removing all the registry keys.
Can you install 5.0 on top of 4.7? You should be able to do this.

Make sure that Firefox is closed and check in the Task manager that there are no hanging plugin-container processes left.

Can not upgrade from CC LR 5.7 to CC LR6

CC Lightroom 5.7 says upgrade available. I installed the desktop installer (many times, signed in signed out, restarted Window 8 as a test). After running the installer it says all apps are up to date. No proposition for LR 6. At one moment a message came saying Adobe has to upgrade my catalog to version 6. It was done. Then starting LR again it was still 5.7. Synchronization had been disabled and LR said that this was a security catalog copy.

I have LR CC and only 5.7 installed "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Lightroom\lightroom.exe" .
Adobe support asked me to uninstall and remove Lightroom CC (2015) "with app preferences" ...than re-install.
I did this procedure but it is still LR 5.7 and still can not upgrade to LR 6 ... even so LT updater tells me that there is an update but Creative Cloud Setup still tells me that Lightroom CC(2015) in Up to date. No progress from before.
The story with the catalog update to LR6 seem odd, but it seems that my catalog has really been updated, it is hardly possible that LR6 has installed without me noticing as it takes one hour on me connection to download.

I keep on encoutering an error saying me that i can not upgrade online or change my services. it keeps me asking to call verizon to make changes.
Why the error ? I recently made some chanegs to my account and the error happened after that . something looks broken.

3 problems: 1) I can't buy anything online. Quite honestly, I think you need to go back to Flash 10.3.183.90, a version that was kept alive specifically for WinXP users. The Flash 11 and later versions have a separate plugin container that isn't available for anything below Win Vista with feature you can't even use. I see no advantage to anything newer and on the down side the newer versions are a lot more likely to crash frequently.
First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here:

Then download Flash 10.3.183.90 from here - about halfway down the page:

IMO, the best version of Flash for WinXP. Adobe kept up with security updates for 10.3 for WinXP users long after Flash 11.0 came out in 2011 for Vista and newer versions of Windows.
Run the uninstaller, then reboot your operating system.
Then you can run the Flash installer, with Firefox closed, of course.

Don't delete your old account yet. Just setup a new one in Mail>Preferences>Accounts, little plus icon. Choose IMAP as account type, not ,mac or MobileMe.

That is a free update (not an upgrade) what happens when you try? How are you trying to update? did your Mac come with restore disks or did you download software form teh App Store? Have you logged onto the App store and checked purchased software for updates?

And for this I guess that it is the backing up of my Podcasts - which are free downloads that causes the hang up. These are items that I have played and synced before without issues. I am thinking this way because these are Podcasts that I used to play but sundenly would not play on my iPhone. Each time I try to play anyone of them it generates the message - this movie could not be played.
I am scared of atempting a system restore because I guess I may lose my SMS for the past two months. Please approach the solution from this point of view.

Go to Settings>General>Date and Time>Set Automatically>Off. Set the date one year ahead. Try to update the apps again. If you get an error message, go back to the settings. Correct the date and time (set automatically) then go back and try to update the apps again.

SSM-20 Can not upgrade software on the sensor

Hi,
I am trying to upgrade a sensor on IPS-SSM-20 and have "errInUse-An Upgrade is already in progroess" error.
Can I do anything to fix that or my only way out is to reboot a module ?
P.S. Two modules are instaled on ASA-5520 - HA pair with multiple context.

I don't have option "debug module". Only debug option is to " debug module-boot"
This is SSM-20 on ASA 5520.
I forgot to mention that whole problem started when I acidentaly tried to upgrade sensor on a diferent module with a sign. version that already exist on the sensor. Erros was like"can not upgrade because version already exist on the sensor"
After that I was not able to "kill" that process.
