Can Siri bring back more previouly asked questions and the answers?

Can SIRI recall previously asked questions and the answers provided? Or can you only see and read the last request to SIRI?

No. If you swiped down from the initial Siri input screen, and only saw the one conversation, then that is all there is to see. Again, not sure how long it stays there for. I just checked my iPhone again, and I can still see the info from the last conversation, which included several questions and answers. Looks like it saves all of the Q&A from the previous conversation.
So, if you have made multiple requests and gotten multiple results, you can see all of those. But it appears to need to be all in one conversation with Siri.

Attaching the survey questions and the answers to the Lead

Hi Experts,
I am making Lead from the survey based on the rating of the questions. I am successful in doing so but I even need to make an attachment of this survey questions with the answer seleted, to the generated lead.
I am trying to find a FM which can do this.
If anybody here can guide me to this will be really helpful.

Maintain the setting for Questionnaire determination through following path
SAP Implementation Guide Customer Relationship Management Transactions Settings for Leads Questionnaires for Leads  Define Determination for Questionnaires
Here you will have to maintian only your lead tarnsaction type with Determaination and valid dates (if reqd). Please note do not maintain any Survey against this entry. This should help you to show the responded Survey in Assessment block in Lead.

I tried asking before, and the answer I got took me to place, but nothing was there. Basically, clicking my bookmark tab or the star as NO affect, and I cannot bookmark.

The first thing you should do is have your friend log out of your account and change your password.
Do you have a back up from when you had the contacts on your phone.

Try using Siri and ask "Who's phone is this?" It should give you the name, number, and email address of the owner. Also, you can try swiping to unlock, select Emergency, then see if they have a Medical ID set up. If they do, they may have the name of a contact with a phone number listed.

It sounds like you are unable to see your contacts in the phone, but have confirmed they are still at http://www.icloud.com. I would next try these troubleshooting steps from the article named:

If you're using iOS 7, quit and restart the Contacts app on your iOS device:
Press the Home button twice to see preview screens of the apps you have open.

Turn iCloud Contacts off and back on:

In the editor? Quit the editor , then restart it while holding down Ctrl+Alt+Shift. Keep holding the keys till you see a window asking if you want to delete the settings file. You do.
