Can't able to buy itunes store with several problems
As I mentioned before,
, it appears that of your devices was linked to possible unauthorized activity on the iTunes Store.

I explained them, i just bought iphone 5 second hand and started my own account and filled 200USD with itunes gift cards and i went local repair shop for my iphone 5 Home sleep mode bottom is not working. and after that, i clicked purchased a game and apple wouldn't let me, it said ( contact support ). I contacted them and explained and wait almost about 3 days their reply as i showed about that message.But i can purchase all free apps without problems but i changed my password to be secure and then i must need to verify my payment and i clicked none (because i have money in my credit store). however it said contact support. Now i am doomed , my account and my phone is useless now. Apple senior adviser strongly recommended i am better change devices to use.
What a nice recommend! I am not rich , that's why i bought second hand iphone and get doomed. if i am able to buy other devices to use , how i contact apple for wasting my time. and the next is if i sell this phone again to others, the buyers will get troubles like me. I don't also know my device was linked to possible unauthorized activity on the iTunes Store. and the next thing is my account is not compliance with itunes store terms and conditions. I set my valid US address ,but i used it from over sea. Millions of US people used to buy itunes store from oversea , why i am the only one person that getting trouble.
Please suggest me and advice me ,. I hope apple staffs saw my message

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
If you were using the US store when you weren't in the US then you are violating the store's terms of use (which you agreed to) :
The iTunes Service is available to you only in the United States, its territories, and possessions. You agree not to use or attempt to use the iTunes Service from outside these locations. Apple may use technologies to verify your compliance.
If you were using your phone to purchase content from the US store when not in the US then that might be the unauthorised activity that they are referring to. If you contact iTunes Support and ask them to remove the balance from your account so that you can put your correct address on your account (you can't change countries whilst you have a balance) then you might be able to use the account.

I have the same problem with my 3rd gen Apple TV. I can preview iTunes movies, stream from my Mac, Airplay from my other devices but I cannot rent a movie on iTunes. Every time I try I get "Can't connect to ITunes" and "Unable to sign in". Had technical support review the problem over the phone and they agreed to send me a new one. Same problem. Can you still connect to iTunes Store with v.7?
Like numerous others who have posted here (most without receiving responses, it would appear), I'm getting the "iTunes Store is temporarily unavailable" message and have been for a long time. I've begun to suspect that the store may no longer allow access using iTunes v.7 (I'm using 7.4) and below. Can anyone confirm this?
The latest version of iTunes will run on my computer but only with OSX 10.5 and above. I'm running OSX 10.4.11 on a G4 and need to continue to do so because of several pieces of software that I'm running, so upgrading the OS is not an option for me.iTunes 7.x will not work with the current incarnation of the iTunes Store. I don't believe even iTunes 8 will work correctly. iTunes 9.2.1 will work, I believe, and it will run on your system:

9.2.1 won't support all the current features of the iTunes Store, but should at least allow you to connect and purchase. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before even iTunes 9 won't work with the Store, though.

It sounds as though your iPhone is having some difficulty accessing the App Store servers when attempting to sign in. I would suggest that you troubleshoot using the steps in this article -

Hey everyone
With my iPhone 4S I purchased the NAVIGON Europe App, downloaded needed files and maps within the App and all worked fine. But when I try to buy certain add-ons via In-App purchase I get a window telling me that it can'T connect to the iTunes store and that I have to contact iTunes store support.
This is what I have already tried to make it work:
Reset my iphone via iTunes (set it up as new iPhone)
Changed itunes store payment option from Click&Buy to credit card
restarted iPhone several times
scratched my head
checked restrictions under settings in iPhone: all is correct; in-App purchases allowed
chewed my lip
finally sent a message to the itunes store support.. waiting for their answer
no changes so far. I still get the same error message.
Any ideas?

I doenloaded the Mavericks yesterday and since then, I couldn't get on to itunes store or app store or browse the web by safari since then.

I've looked at several other posts but nothing working. Able to get to iTunes Store with my account and the PC that I'm trying to dump for the new MacBook. Anyone have thoughts? I can connect to all other web sites.
Thanks for helping.There seems to be a problem accessing the iTunes Store through a proxy server. I found support documentation that says to redownload itunes and install 8.0.1 (12) the previous version was 8.0.1 (11) but I still can't connect to the store.

I can't connect to the iTunes store from my iMac and have problems loading a number of other websites, however some websites load perfectly well. I have had the iTunes store issue on my iPad and resolved it by changing the DNS but surely I should use the DNS for my router. I don't really want to change it for the iMac as I access secure sites with it to internet shop.
Any ideas, I was going to try loading Chrome but can't get it without going through the iTunes store.
