Can't add any more songs

yesterday when i added some songs onto my ipod in
itunes, it said the songs were there. i ejected my
ipod and my songs werent there, i tried again and
again and it still didnt work! it said C:\something
itunes was unreadable or corrupted... i cant add any
songs to my ipod, yet itunes says its there and i
tried pressing update too......it keeps doin this
every day.....anyone want to help? or have any
information from previous experiences? please help!!

Yes, if you choose the Erase and Sync option (or restore your iPod) you will be allowed to sync your iPod with the new computer.

Can't copy any more songs to my ipod from itunes - says its full but i have deleted heaps off my ipod to make room!

I can not seem to add any more songs to my ipod. Normally i just click and drag songs i have highlighted in my itunes folders up to the Administrators' ipod and it puts a copy there in my ipod. however i keep getting a message saying there is not enough room . . . and so can't add another song. I have deleted heaps of songs off my ipod to ensure sufficient room for these new songs i want to load but i keep failing - why would that be? Is the space not freeing up when i delete exiting music off my ipod for some reason - or any other reason?

Try rebooting your iPod with it still connected to iTunes. To do this, press and hold both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear.
How exactly are you deleting this tracks from the iPod?

Just updated to iTunes 10.2.1 and now can't add any new songs.

My MACbook is running 10.5.8 and just last week I updated to iTunes 10.2.1 but now I can't add any new songs at all. I go through the motions but when I check the "recently added" checklist, it's blank. The song is never added to my iTunes library. Is there a fix for this?

RESOLVED.
I tried updating iTunes to 10.2.2 thinking this might somehow help me but same situation. Upon further investigation, the set of MP3s I was trying to add didn't have the typical MP3 logo on them. When I tried to delete them from my system, it said "in use by application". I forced a delete. I copied the MP3s again to my MACbook and this time was successful in adding them. Looks like it was a bad set of MP3s and not iTunes.

Actually, there is a TRANSPOSE Function, but no Command or Tool for that. It's one of the more useful and popular omissions in Numbers. Perhaps because it falls into the "didn't plan ahead so now I need a tool" category of features, it didn't make the cut.
Use of the Transpose Function is described in the Function Browser, the Help feature and in the Functions of Formulas User Guide PDF. It involves using the INDEX function to read out the array created by the Transpose function. Another way to do this is to use the OFFSET function in an expression and by exchanging the row and column references.
Yvan Koenig has written an Applescript that will automate the transposition for data and for certain simple expressions. You can get it from his Box Account, on this page.

Can't add any more buddies, but i always could, even over the limit..

On my iChat buddy list (on an AIM account), I have a lot over the 200 maximum, and it has always worked fine. I had almost 300 buddies, and then tried to add a few more. The first one worked, but the second two adds didn't. Is there a way to fix this other than deleting some buddies?

Hi,
I'm building a site for my husband which is built entirely
with AP Divs (in CS3). Messy, but quick and easy.
Never made a website before, so it's all a bit new to me!
I've got to the stage now though, where I can't add any more.
I can draw the shape using the Draw AP Div tool, but as soon as I
let go of the mouse button, the box disappears (it doesn't get as
far as becoming a blue box).
I've checked that it's not hidden beneath another layer.
One thing I have noticed is that if I use design view to
delete an AP element, it doesn't seem to get removed from the code.
Anyone got any ideas?

Can't add any more to project--HELP!!!

I'm trying to make a slideshow-type movie in iMovie09 using mostly music, photos, and titles with a few videos. However, I'm 2 min. into the video, and it won't let me add any more photos or titles to my project. It will let me add video just fine, but nothing else. It won't let me expand the music after the pictures either. Is there a way to fix this, or is this just how iMovie works? I'm also having trouble selecting clips to edit that are already in my project. I will click on a clip, and it will come up with a window that says "no clip selected." I don't know if this is a related problem or not, but I need help--and FAST! project due tomorrow night. thanks.

This sounds like a corrupted database.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the apple and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

- What is listed in Settings>General>About>Available?
- When you click on the iPod under Deices in iTunes what is the distribution of the storage in the iPod shown in the clored bargraph? Is the "oth" larger than 1 GB?

Help! I was going along great adding music to iTunes 11.0.0.163, then it just stopped. Tried adding files and folders (like I had been doing) and nothing more happened. Nothing new shows up in the Recently Added list. I have a Sony Vaio, Windows XP, SP3. Thanks for any tips!

Can't add any more photos to iPhoto 09

This is a strange one. I've been using iPhoto for years, have 19,164 photos contained within a 134GB iphoto database.
Yesterday I was adding about 350 new photos to iphoto, all Nikon RAW format from a D700. Everything was imported fine, I created an event, did some basic enhancements, crops, etc, and then created a shared gallery on MobileMe. So far so good.
Then I closed iPhoto. Went back in later and the entire event was missing. All the photos are gone, except the MobileMe Gallery is still there as a folder (with nothing in it). The Last Import folder is also empty. I checked the mobileme web gallery address through Safari and the pics are still online.
(btw, I can't simply copy them back from the web gallery because I'm looking for the original NEFs (raw) files and the ones online are JPGs.
I figured this was a job for TimeMachine to solve, so I had the TimeMachine backup from approximately the time I finished entering them and I re-installed my iPhoto database overnight. When I opened iPhoto this morning, there was still nothing there.
Even though I had done several hours of post processing, I resolved to the fact that I would simply have to reinstall the original RAW files from the CompactFlash cards and start from scratch. The problem is that now whenever I import photos into iPhoto, whenever I close it and reopen it again, whatever I added is missing. I can't seem to add anything into iPhoto that will last past me closing the application.
Any ideas?

So, I have had the Ipod 4th generation for about a year now, and I have never had any trouble adding music onto my ipod until this latest version of itunes came out. Now, I cannot add any more music onto my ipod! I Have grayed out songs that I can't play

So, I have had an Ipod touch (fourth generation) for a little less than a year now, and I have never had any problems with it until the latest version of itunes came out. Now, my ipod never can sync (I left it up for an hour before and it only got to step 2 out of 7), and I can't add any more music to my ipod! To make it worse, about 100 songs that I had deleted off my ipod, but could still be found in my itunes library, appeared again on my ipod! But, they are grayed out and I can't listen to them so they just take up space.
Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Try:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Unsync/delete all music and resync
To delete all music go to Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Music>Tap edit in upper right and then tap the minus sign by All Music
- Reset all settings
Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
- Restore from backup. See:

- Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.

Alyssa, let me make a suggestion for posting, then we will tackle your problem. If you forget somethig when you post, you may go back & edit the post withing 30 minutes after posting by clicking on the "edit" icon. That way, you don't have to do a huge number of separate post like you have done & the person who is helping you doesn't get hammered with a separate e-mail each time you re-post.
Your import settings are fine, they are the settings that Apple suggests. From your posts, it sounds like you may have already restored your Nano trying to fix this problem I would like for you to restore your Nano one more time, but follow the instructions on the link below when you do your restore. Once the Nano has been restored back to factory settings, let's see if you can get some more music on to it.

Can't Add using more printers

Hi, since I'm upgraded, I'm experiencing a wierd phenomenon... maybe someone can suggest a work around. I'd like to add a canon image runner through Canon IP. I go to add printers... click more printers. Select the canon protocol... enter the IP address... there are two buttons, one is cancel, one is add... Add is blue. As many times as I hit the add button, nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks!
