Can't Add using more printers

Hi, since I'm upgraded, I'm experiencing a wierd phenomenon... maybe someone can suggest a work around. I'd like to add a canon image runner through Canon IP. I go to add printers... click more printers. Select the canon protocol... enter the IP address... there are two buttons, one is cancel, one is add... Add is blue. As many times as I hit the add button, nothing happens. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yes, if you choose the Erase and Sync option (or restore your iPod) you will be allowed to sync your iPod with the new computer.

Actually, there is a TRANSPOSE Function, but no Command or Tool for that. It's one of the more useful and popular omissions in Numbers. Perhaps because it falls into the "didn't plan ahead so now I need a tool" category of features, it didn't make the cut.
Use of the Transpose Function is described in the Function Browser, the Help feature and in the Functions of Formulas User Guide PDF. It involves using the INDEX function to read out the array created by the Transpose function. Another way to do this is to use the OFFSET function in an expression and by exchanging the row and column references.
Yvan Koenig has written an Applescript that will automate the transposition for data and for certain simple expressions. You can get it from his Box Account, on this page.

Can't add any more buddies, but i always could, even over the limit..

On my iChat buddy list (on an AIM account), I have a lot over the 200 maximum, and it has always worked fine. I had almost 300 buddies, and then tried to add a few more. The first one worked, but the second two adds didn't. Is there a way to fix this other than deleting some buddies?

I'm building a site for my husband which is built entirely
with AP Divs (in CS3). Messy, but quick and easy.
Never made a website before, so it's all a bit new to me!
I've got to the stage now though, where I can't add any more.
I can draw the shape using the Draw AP Div tool, but as soon as I
let go of the mouse button, the box disappears (it doesn't get as
far as becoming a blue box).
I've checked that it's not hidden beneath another layer.
One thing I have noticed is that if I use design view to
delete an AP element, it doesn't seem to get removed from the code.
Anyone got any ideas?

If I Imported IDOC to IR. But I Want to Add Some More Fields To IDOC.
Then Can I Go For this Process ??? Is This is Correct ???

1) Open the Imported IDOC in IR
2) Export it as XSD File in to your Local Machine
3) Add Necessary Fields & Save it
4) Come to IR And Import it into external definition
Is this is the Correct way of Doing ???

Hello Vamsi,
That is NOT the correct way to play around with IDOCs.
the correct way is to create an enhancement to an exiting IDOC (this is done on the SAP R/3 side) after you craeted an enhancment you reimport the IDOC in XI from the R/3 and then you have a new structure with the new fields you need.
worst case scenario you can define a new IDOC type just with the fields you need.

on how to do that.

Can't add any more to project--HELP!!!

I'm trying to make a slideshow-type movie in iMovie09 using mostly music, photos, and titles with a few videos. However, I'm 2 min. into the video, and it won't let me add any more photos or titles to my project. It will let me add video just fine, but nothing else. It won't let me expand the music after the pictures either. Is there a way to fix this, or is this just how iMovie works? I'm also having trouble selecting clips to edit that are already in my project. I will click on a clip, and it will come up with a window that says "no clip selected." I don't know if this is a related problem or not, but I need help--and FAST! project due tomorrow night. thanks.

This sounds like a corrupted database.
Option 1
Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the apple and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Choose to Rebuild iPhoto Library Database from automatic backup.
If that fails:
Option 2
Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords, faces and places back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

How can I add one more path in the classpath tag in xml

I have added the following line in the global-web-application.xml, and it works.

But whenever I add one more path into it, the oc4j can't start.
The Oracle manual Oracle9iAS Container for J2EE is beta. It doesn't tell the grammer to do that.
Hopefully you can share some ideas and let me know how to add some more path into it.

I have just done a quick search of the following URLs

And -- as is nearly always the case -- found a shamefully minute amount
of information, and what I did find was totally useless.
Oracle have not produced any real documentation for OC4J -- they
claim it's coming in the next release -- and, as I already said, I
couldn't find anything on the Internet about "global-web-app.xml" or
"classpath" element. Therefore (surprise, surprise) your only option
(as I see it) is just experiment and try to hack the code.
I wish someone would please tell me if there's another option, because,
like you, I find it very frustrating to have to continually play
"guessing games" when trying to work with OC4J. I imagine other people
seem to enjoy this -- since I don't see anyone else complaining.
In any case, have you tried multiple "path" attributes, for example:
<classpath path="/your/path/" path="/your/other/path/"/>

If my backup HD is not large enough, can Time Machine use more than one destination HD?

Hi, I have about 0,8 Tb on my Mac + 0,9 Tb in an external HD + 2,5 Tb in another external HD.
I have plenty of other HDs with 1-2 Tb that I could use as backup. Can I use them in Time Machine? Can Time Machine split all the data from my Mac and source HDs in more than one destination HD? I would love it if I could avoid buying large 6-10Tb HDs; they are still expensive... I'll appreciate your kind inputs!

Technically, you could store parts of your backup on different drives, but it would require you to be constantly changing the items excluded. It is designed to be a single backup, which you can do the entire backup to more than one drive.

Can't add any more photos to iPhoto 09

This is a strange one. I've been using iPhoto for years, have 19,164 photos contained within a 134GB iphoto database.
Yesterday I was adding about 350 new photos to iphoto, all Nikon RAW format from a D700. Everything was imported fine, I created an event, did some basic enhancements, crops, etc, and then created a shared gallery on MobileMe. So far so good.
Then I closed iPhoto. Went back in later and the entire event was missing. All the photos are gone, except the MobileMe Gallery is still there as a folder (with nothing in it). The Last Import folder is also empty. I checked the mobileme web gallery address through Safari and the pics are still online.
(btw, I can't simply copy them back from the web gallery because I'm looking for the original NEFs (raw) files and the ones online are JPGs.
I figured this was a job for TimeMachine to solve, so I had the TimeMachine backup from approximately the time I finished entering them and I re-installed my iPhoto database overnight. When I opened iPhoto this morning, there was still nothing there.
Even though I had done several hours of post processing, I resolved to the fact that I would simply have to reinstall the original RAW files from the CompactFlash cards and start from scratch. The problem is that now whenever I import photos into iPhoto, whenever I close it and reopen it again, whatever I added is missing. I can't seem to add anything into iPhoto that will last past me closing the application.
Any ideas?

HT1420 I have 5 computers already authorized with my Apple ID. How can I add one more. My home has 1 IMAC, 2 Macbook Pros, 1 Ipad and 2 Iphones. Why are you now limiting me to five computers on my Apple ID when I am clearly an Apple product supporter.

I have six products in my home. I can only authorize five using my Apple ID. All my products are Apple - 1 IMAC, 2 MacBook Pros, 2 Iphones and 1 IPAD. This doesn't seem right - We are so Mac'd out in our home and yet we are now being limited to the number of products we can have using the same Apple ID. Any advice as to how to find a workable soliution to this?

Authorise Only Applies to Computers... Not Devices...
You state you have 1 IMAC, 2 MacBook Pros, ... this = 3 Computers... you can Authorise up to 5 computers.
