Can't change my country on my apple id

My apple id was set up in Ireland where I used to live. After moving back to Italy I tried to change the country from Ireland to Italy but I was told to spend 0,15euro left on my account first, but I cannot do so because I cannot buy any apps with that money and I'm not allowed to add my italian credit card to the account.
I wrote to apple support but no answer so far and I really need to buy few apps on my new macbook.
Who can help me???

All you can do is contact Apple and ask them to remove the amount left on the account.

I can't change the country of my Apple ID

My Apple ID was registered in Hong Kong, and I moved to Russia. I tried several times to change the region and the country of my Apple ID with my credit card in Russia, however, it does not work, there is a window that says that the Apple ID can only work in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong store opens. Never any cards not use itunes. How to change the country in the Apple ID?

Before you can change countries in iTunes, you will need to have a valid payment information addressed in Ireland. When you have one, you can go ahead and change the country on your account.
- sign in to iTunes
- go to Account Information page
- enter your Apple Id and password
- click on Change country or Region
- enter your new information then save

You cannot use an iTunes Gift Card from the US iTunes/Mac AppStores in Columbia. You should only change the country of your Apple ID if it is true that you have moved to that country and now have the qualifications to use your account in that country; you must have a valid bank card in that country with a vaild billing address for the bank card in that country. There is no way around this requirement.

Do you currently have a credit balance in your Store account, ayman? If so, you'll need to spend that in order to change your country.

I tried to change my the country on my Apple ID. I put all my information and it says that my payment method information doesn't match my bank's record. It also says that try to change into a new payment method. I did change and I still have the same problem. All my informations are true. The bankcard must be issued in the Country you are trying to change to, and your mailing address must also be in that country.

when i open my apple ID by App store on iPhone by clicking on view apple ID.
then, I've tried to change my country/ region to USA. it asked me to agree about Terms and privacy policy. also then it asked me to refresh my payment information.
at the end, when i clicked on next to inform that, it said " please contact iTunes support to complete this transaction.

Did you actually watch the movie? You get 30 days in which to view it and if you didn't watch it, that could be why you are getting that message. If you have watched the movie and you're sure that is has expired by now, contact iTunes Store Support and seek their help.

Hi, I move from Brazil to Qatar and keep using my account at Brazil since I have a credit card there and the old address.
Today Ireceived a message when I was updating my app at my iPad that I should change my payment method that was rejected (???), I try to update and keep the same message... So now maybe better to use address and card from Qatar.
I could not understand how can I change the country and shop since everything at the address is linked to Brazil.
Also I'm afraid to lose the installed app...

You won't lose apps that are installed.   You will lose the ability to update them
Business with the App stores is restricted to those stores in your formal country of residence (your billing address) and a bank supported credit card from that same country.   You can buy and update apps with those details only in that country.
If you have established residences and bank supported accounts in other countries you can also use those.   You can buy and update apps in those countries using those details.
You cannot interchange them.   You cannot merge IDs or purchase details.

i have an account on the american store (which was originally in the canadian store) and i switched it because I bought my mac in america and i'm a student there and i got 100$ gift card to the american itunes store.
i now have 0.34 cents left on the account and that is pretty much useless to me. I now want to switch my account back to the canadian store because my credit card card is canadian and i can't do anything with the account until i switch it back to a canadian one..ad when i try to switch it- i'm told that i can't change the country on the account bc i have a $0.34 credit...and i don't know how to get rid of the credit. any help?
