Can't download BB Link !

Hallo,
I'm just trying to transfer all my datas from my previous BB and the new Z10, but I'm not able to install Blackberry Link in my PC. When I try to start the download process I receive this error message:
Downloads of this software are not yet available in your country due to regulatory reasons. Please check back for future availability.
I'm in Italy and I think this software is already available here...
Anyone who can help me, please?

got a new laptop. unsure of firefox verson on old as the computer quit taking a charge.

Hello cherokeeguy, go to [http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config about:config] find [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server] right-click on it, select modify and put a greater value, try 10 or 16, click ok to save it, exit firefox and restart it.
BUT this normally should not happen !

Can't download blackberry link Error: 1723

I hope someone here can help me, because blackberry make it impossible to speak to a human being.
I've just spent the past 3 hours trying to download bllackberry link onto my netbook so I can move my contacts over from my Bold to my new Blackberry 10. Have tried to reload software twice and both times it's nearly successful until an error message pops up:

Someone at an O2 shop told me that Blackberry were meant to be updating the software this past weekend and changes would be made to eradicate the bugs. I was told to try downloading again some time this week. I haven't tried yet.
Could someone from Blackberry please help us out with this!? As of the moment, I have a Blackberry 10 which I'm entirely unable to use and have no way of exchanging it, since the trial period has now passed. I feel I've been sold faulty merchandise, and they at least owe me some assistance.

I am on the download screen, click Download button and browser keeps spinning. I tried with both IE and Firefox, in case it was broswer specific issue.

Official support is through your carrier. If they can't resolve the issue they are supposed to escalate the issue to BlackBerry. If they don't you should press them to do so.

The "right click" is a function of the OS and those keyboard commands do not work on the iPad at all with the built in virtual keyboard. I don't use an external keyboard - so I cannot attest to the possibility of that working - but there are no keyboard shortcuts with the iPad keyboard.

That depends on your operating system and browser. On Windows, e.g. using Firefox, you right-click on the link, then select 'Save link as...'.

Can't download linked file anymore?

I just recently bought a new PowerBook G4 and gave my mom my old one. Anyway, I was on Safari tonight and I discovered that I can no longer download a linked file and that whenever I want to hear a clip of a song in Safari, it doesn't play. I'm confused about this considering I don't think it should be any different from my previous Mac. Any ideas? Thanks!

Apparently, the iPhone starts downloading the movie with Edge, downloads 4 seconds, then switches to WiFi and stops downloading. If I turn WiFi off, YouTube videos download fine with Edge.
WiFi works fine for maps, emails, safari.....
Not sure why it won't work for youtube movies.
UPDATE: even with WiFi on, and the iPhone using WiFi to start downloading the movie, it stops after 3 seconds.

Can't download, save, or print pdf links on some webpages.

On a couple, but not all, of my financial institutions webpages, I can't download the statements and save them as pdf.
When I click the pdf link, a page opens showing the statement, but to see it all, one has to scroll the screen. When I try to print it, by clicking File on the toolbar, the pulldown menu gives me only the option of Print Largest Frame which prints only what is visible on the screen in the window. When I try to save by going to File, then Save As, a window opens for print options giving me two format choices: Page Source (html) or Web Archive, but no pdf. The statements never download, nor open as pdf.
What is odd, is that this issue is not common to all financial institutions. On some, the statements read, load, save, and print as pdf just fine.
I have updated the Adobe Reader, and all software on my Mac.
Anybody, please help!
