Can't download digital copy of the Lorax, keeps asking for password
I am logged into iTunes store. When I enter in my redemption code for iTunes digital copy (which is valid) a popup asking for my iTunes password appears. I enter in my correct password. It says "Accessing iTunes Store" and then the same "password" popup appears. Rinse and repeat.
I have even logged out of the iTunes store, logged back in and repeated with same results.

i bought a new ipad and i recovered the old data from my old ipad 2. but i found I can't check my acount info when I want buy new software. (I can buy from mac then transfer to new ipad. also, I found my other 2 iphone 4 s and 2 ipad 2 have the same problem. the system keep tell me to input the password, but I input the correct password many many times. It''s just repete tell me the same. Please help me! thank you.

Try and force iPad into Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off the device: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, then slide the slider. Wait for the device to turn off.
If you cannot turn off the device using the slider, press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. When the device turns off, release the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons.
2. Connect USB cable to computer, leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad -
Got a new email address, changed my account on itunes to new email address. which changed my apple id and password. Works fine on computer but My phone is still asking me to sign in with old apple id. I can not figure out how to change apple id on my phone. I have sync'd my phone twice and still hasnt changed account info on phone. Any Ideas on what I need to do?
Start with the Settings app
Settings > iTunes and App Store > tap on your Apple ID and then tap on Sign Out
Then sign in with your correct Apple ID and password. -
I forgot my icloud id and password. i want to delete the id. i forgot the password. if i try to delete the account its asking for password. i cannot find how to delete the account. Please anyone can help me out???
You aren't going to be able to delete it without the correct password. If it's your ID, you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. If it isn't your ID, you will have to get the password for the person who owns the ID. There's no way around this and no one else can help.

Are you signed into this old ID ("email") in System Preferences>iCloud, System Preferences>Internet Accounts (Mail,Contacts,Calendars), or in Mail>Accounts, Calendar>Accounts or Contacts>Accounts?

There are a couple things that you can try to resolve this issue. First, I would recommend processing any updates needed to the computer and iTunes. You can check for updates in iTunes by selecting the help menu and check for updates. If iTunes is on the current version, see the article below.

Iphone won't download from itunes (purchases or updates) and keeps asking for password
My new Iphone 6 won't download from itunes, whether it is a new purchase, previous purchase or update. Itunes keeps asking for password. Icloud seems to be working, find my phone works, so what do I do? I've signed out and back in to the app store. Restarted my phone. Ugh!!

When trying to download Apps, ipad keeps asking for password. Correct password given but has no effect and box requesting password input appears again.
Try downloading something in the iTunes app on the iPad and see if that gets you out of the password loop that you are stuck in.

Unable to download Digital Copy of The Little Mermaid.
I have been trying since yesterday to download my digital copy using the redemption code. Keeps giving me "Code redemption is temporarily unavailable. Try again later." Havent heard back from iTunes support either. If I try on my iPhone or iPad I get "Error. iTunes store is unavailable" Tried both on 4G and Wi-Fi both at home and even at work. Anyone else having issues with iTunes or downloading this digital copy? Any suggestions?
Issue ended up being with the iTunes store. I waiting until the next day and tried it again and was able o finally download the digital copy. I actually contacted Disney digital support who was able to inform me of the issue. Apple unfortunatly did not tell me this.

I have set up my ipod touch too use the internet which is sky its been working fine but now when i try it say unable to join network and there is a padlock beside the sky wi fi thing when i tap that it asks for password and i cant remember the password is there anything else i can try
You can guess the passwoard. That is all you can do.
You can enter the router etup and change the password. You may have to rese the whole router. Look at/download the manual for the router to find out how to do that. -
ITune store keeps asking for password and will not download
Updated the iTune to the newest edition, 11.0.3.42. Now, when I try to purchase new videos or music, the itune store will repeatedly ask for password, even though I put the password in correctly, the box will pop up again asking for password as if I have not input the password at all. It will not finish the transaction or download. The only way I can purchanse anything is to sign out of iTune store, sign back it and make the purchase. Anyone else experience this problem?

Time Machine keeps asking for password to connect to the Time Capsule server
I just got my MPB back from having the logic board replaced.
Nothing was changed on my Mac OS 10.6.8, except that when my MPB went kaput I used a Windows OS PC and loaded the Air port Utility and did do a firmware upgrade to 7.6.1 for the Time Capsule(TC)
Now that I am trying to do a backup of my MPB I keep getting a message asking me to enter the password for the (TC) server so that Time Machine(TM) can connect to it. I typed in the disk password and the weird thing is that the disk icon flashed quickly showing the TM clock icon and the immediately went to the 3 people holding hands icon. When I waited or forced the backup it would come up with an error stating that my user name and password are incorrect. The other weird thing is when I put in a wrong password it starts "connecting..." but then hangs causing Sys Prefs to stop responding. I either have to cancel the connection or force quit Sys Prefs.
Steps already taken:
- Deleted all the Keychain passwords for the TC
- Reset the TC both by using the menu option and push button power cycle
- I have tried using the "Time Capsule password" option for file sharing
It does the same thing with other external drives connected via the USB on the TC. However, that same external drive connected directly to the computer USB port works just fine and the icon stayed as the TM clock icon.
It just does not want to the connect to the TC drives!
I have read about the firmware being the problem, but how do I revert to the previous FW version for the TC?
This is going to be stupid not being able to use the TC drive to do the backups, but for the meantime I am using the external drive connected via USB 2.slow!

As I mentioned before I tried the "disk password" and the "Time capsule Password" options to see if I can start the back up again or start a new backup. Neither worked. So I tried the firmware down grade, but like you said that did not work. I then decided to try the "Account password" option and I have never used this option before becasue it states that if there is data on the drive it would not be acessable after creating an account. Since I wiped out the disk that was nno problem. When I created the new account and choose the drive it asked for the user name and password. I entered the info for the new account I just created(FYI this has nothing to do with your login username and password), bingo! It worked!
Now I have two partitions on the TC disk. The old one and now the new account. I am guessing this is to be used if I have multiple computers, which I don't.
I any case, I am going to wipe out everything again and try again to do a backup the way I had it before.
