Can?t find OS 2000.4.3, only 2000.4.3sr1.

New servers started shipping 1 june with that new software.
2000.4.3 will be in CCO soon, no ETA afaik.

Trying to load software for AT-FBUS for Windows 2000. The only drivers that I can find are PCMCIA-FBUS and PCMCIA-FBUS/2. Are these the drivers for my at machine??

AT-FBUS can work under Windows 2000 in NI-FBUS 2.3.5 or later version. You don't need to install the driver, the AT-FBUS driver "nifb.sys" will be installed to your system driver directory automatically.
AT-FBUS doens't support PnP feature of Windows 2000, so you need to start the driver from "non-Plug & Play" list instead of importing the "INF" file as PCMCIA-FBUS does.
You can refer to the attached "FF HW and NI-FBUS SW for Win2000/XP" Installation Guide document for details.

HP dv3-2000 audio service not start after i run uniblue powersuite. event log says can't find path.

after i run uniblue powersuite to clean up my registry, speedup my pc and update my drivers, I cannot start my dv3-2000 laptop. After I updated the BIOS, following the suggestion on the forum, I can get the vista start but no sound. I then checked the event log which says the audio service cannot start because it can't find the path specified. How can I solve this problem?

If the printer is connected USB to the Windows 7 machine, what you can do is share it to the network (assuming the XP computer is also connected to the same network). This way the XP machine can see the printer on the Windows 7 computer and install it. The only drawback is that the Windows 7 computer will need to be powered on for the XP computer to be able to see and print to it. NI-488.2 v. 1.70 aborts installation on a Windows 2000 PC with the error message "Error 1311 - can't find m4.CAB." The installation was attempted from a NI CD part number 500739E-00 (July 2000).
There was no GPIB card present in the PC at the time of the installation. I am running Windows 2000 Professional SP2, build 2195, on a Dell Precision 340 workstation.

Would like to import whole folders of photos, set each to 1 second, have each display completely without distorting to fill. and "play" the timeline as I build it so that I can see if its working before putting in 2000 pics?

I am trying to implrement SSO to another server running in IBM Websphere 5.1
In my java code System.LoadLibrary fails for SAPSSOEXT and error message is "Can't find Dependant Libraries"
concerned java code is

I have used SAPSECULIB54_3-10002911.SAR
and SAPSSOEXT_4-10002921.SAR for those files
OS where IBM websphere is run is Windows 2000
c:\windows\system32 is very much in the path and undoutably it finds sapssoext.dll. Probably it requires some other dependant dll.
How can I trace to find which library is missing

I can't find "javac"

I am having a hard time fixing this problem. I downloaded JDK 1.6.0_22 and I am using Windows Vista Home Premium edition and when I try to run the "javac HelloWorlApp.java" I get the error: 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
I went back and read the directions and also the troubleshooting page with a similar example and created this path:
To set the PATH permanently, add the full path of the jdk1.6.0_<version>\bin directory to the PATH variable. Typically this full path looks something like C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_<version>\bin. Set the PATH as follows on Microsoft Windows:
1.Click Start > Control Panel > System on Windows XP or Start > Settings > Control Panel > System on Windows 2000.
2.Click Advanced > Environment Variables.
3.Add the location of bin folder of JDK installation for PATH in User Variables and System Variables. A typical value for PATH is:
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_<version>\bin
I still can't find/run the "javac" command but the computer cannot find it.

Hi guys, thanks for the information. I removed the files I added to the bin folder and put them back in my documents. I followed the instructions here:

and I can't run "javac" from the java directory. It gives me the same error. I copied what I get from the command screen here:

After this I went to the troubleshooting section and tried to update the PATH in the Variable Environment.
Kate, you asked what I put in step three, here it is:
In the variable environment I found two boxes: the user variables and the system variables. I clicked "NEW" in the user section and a box came up with two fields:
1- variable name: javac
2- variable value: C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_22\bin then I repeated the same steps in the System variable.
Any ideas or recommendations?

Just for fun (and in case this wasn't done to death in the other thread), the rule posted here states:
Most years have 365 days, but a leap year has 366 days. That adds up to 52 weeks (where each week is exactly 7 days) PLUS 1 or 2 additional days. Can't find flex2gateway

Good morning Flexers...
I am unable to connect to my CFC's on one machine. I think
the problem is that I can not find my flex2gateway with a web
browser. This machine is hosting multiple domains and is running
WIndows 2000 Pro, IIS version 5.0, CF Server 7.02, and Java Server
1.4.2_09. The machines IP Address is 164.165.207.13 and the domain
I am trying to connect to is called idaweb.state.id.us. The HTTP
port is set to 80. So far these are the URL's I have tried to use
in a browser to find my flex2gateway:

Each one of these returns the 404 file not found error. Any

You or Apple can do nothing to prevent use of the devices.
For the iPod touch if you turned on the FindMyiPod feature and wifi is on and connected yu may be ablt ot locate it and wipe it by going to iCloud, signing in and going to FindMyiPhone. However, if the iPOd is rectored that feature is deleted.
Report to police and change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod.

  2 If I use GSM/GPRS modem via FP 2000 rs 232 port (I under stand how to send AT command) and leave it stand alone
     Can I dial modem and browse file in FP 2000 same as use Ethernetport?

Hi!
    First, I can say that your project involves many things, I cannot describe all features in the forum, and I'm not used with GPRS modems (my modems are base band serial modems...).
    Anyway, I would say that in your project you should proceed like this:
      1) Configure your FP 2000 module via MAX and ethernet connection;
      2) Download an embedded application to your module (build in LabView Real-Time)
      3) In your application, you should build a kind of serial port manager, and by the means of serial port you send/receive commands from PC.
    The commands from PC can include "Tell me the about the FP 2000 file system ", or "switch on line X", or anything you need.
   I think it would be difficult to use Internet exp, because you use IE with TCP/IP, and TCP/IP is over ethernet.
   I know that for Windows you can find some wrappers that make you "see" the serial port as an ethernet, but these wrapper do not exist under filed Point, and you shoul build one yourself!!!(and that's not easy).
    For example, to browse your files, you should build a VI that searches through your file system, and reports, via serial, the files present in a directory (it's an example....).
    About communication between GPRS modems and FP2000, I know nothing. I suppose that these modems accept serial inputs, so you'll have to configure your serial port on FP 2000 with the correct baud rate, parity, and so on..... and you send your data to the modem. The modem will transfer data in its way, no matter on how it does.
    To send data to your modem you shoud take a look to some Serial communication examples. What I suggest you, first, is to connect the serial port of FP2000 to a PC, and test communication between PC and FP2000, without modems. Just direct cable connection! If you're able to do this, insertion of modems is the next step, and should be quite easy. If you're not able to make the PC receive strings of data from FP2000, over RS232, adding modems is a further complication, and you won't come out of this mess!
   So, what I say, is just build, for now, a simple embedded application for FP2000, that, using RS232, sends data to a PC (you should see data sent with use of Hyper terminal).
    To build this application, use Instrument I/O --> VISA commands (VISA open, VISA write, and Property node should be enough, for now).
