Can't get my projector folder paths straight.

I have a project in which I have a menu screen calling out
swf's in a sub folder. These swfs also have progressive flvs
associated with them. I will building projector files to deliver
the project. I am having problems getting back to my menu screen
after playing the video when I build my projectors and exe
versions.
My structure is:
ProjectFolder
menu.swf -in which I have a button that is:
on (release) {
loadMovieNum ("./videofolder/Movie.swf", 0);
videofolder
Movie.swf - in which I have a return button to the menu.swf
(which is up a level)
on (release) {
loadMovieNum("../ProjectFolder/menu.swf", 0);
movie.flv
The above is working on my Mac; but when I try to build
projectors, I can get down to the Movie.swf level, but cant get
back up to my "menu.swf" file. I have tried a number of ways,
including using colons for the Mac projector, but can't get it to
work.

with mine I was putting on cd I had to put a ../ for every
folder it had to go back to. If it was in the same folder then I
didn't have to put the ../ in front of it.

In the new version of Numbers this option is not available. You will have to type the file name into the header yourself. You can post feedback to Apple using the menu item "Numbers > Provide Numbers Feedback"
or use Numbers2.3 which should be in the folder "/Applications/iWork '09" if you previously had it installed

OPen your Users folder, Highlight the Desktop Folder, do a Get Info or CMD+i on it, see if it's locked or if you have Rights & Privileges at the bottom.

You should highlight the text that is on the path, copy it using Ctrl+C / Command+C and then
place a new text tool cursor elsewhere on the page and paste the text into that cursor. Then delete
the old occurrence of the text on path.

As Ray described, the FindFile expression function and TS API method will seach all TS search directories and return to you the path of your file, assuming the file is located in the search directories.
If you just want the path of a TS file that you have a reference to then there is a faster, easier method. You can use the Path property of the PropertyObjectFile class. In the attached example I use an AcitiveX Automation adapter step to call Path on the property RunState.SequenceFile. This returns the path to the current executing sequence file. Note that if you have not yet saved the sequence file then the path will be empty. In a subsequence step I strip off the file name leaving the root path of the file.

How can I get rid of directory path in front of my folder names in Folder listing in Library mode???

Im using the most recent version of Lightroom 5.3 (updated through CC - even though this has shown up on previous version) on Windows 7 and all the folders in my library are showing up with the directory path in front of my folder names. How can I get rid of this? I do not see any options in preferences to turn this off. I have also turned off preferences in Windows > Folder Options Control Panel "Display full Path in Title bar" option.
I have Lightroom on several computers and have set up preferences the same on each workstation, and this only shows up on one workstation.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am having trouble updating Itunes saying that it can't find the Itunes.msi folder how can I get it make a path for it.

I am having problems updating Itunes and it is saying that it cannot find this itunes.msi folder when I even redownloaded the installing package from the internet cause it could not find it after trying to update it from the program itself. What do I do in order for it to update or download the updated version of Itunes??

Thank you for the question. To resolve this I would recommend to uninstall iTunes and all of it's components. As you are receiving the iTunes.msi error, see the steps in the first article below.

You will only need to process the above mentioned steps when uninstalling or updating a program and receive the .msi error.

Once you have completely uninstalled all components, download iTunes and reinstall.

Hi: Bought a MacBook Pro age circa 2011,works great, except I understand I need to have a Home Folder. I am listed as administrator in the User accounts pref, in fact I'm the only user there. Still in the sidebar when starting up the Mac, there is the former owners Home Folder and not one for me. I want to delete her Home Folder and get one in the sidebar for me. I've tried all the things I could think of the delete her folder, but can't seem to do it as there isn't a button or prompt that I can click on to delete her folder and create one for me as the adminstrator. I'd really appreciate any help with this problem that someone might give me. Carol

If I have understood you properly, to do that, you have to create a new administrator user with your name and for your uses. Follow these steps:
1. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups, and press the + button to create a new administrator account.
2. When you have finished creating that user, open  > Log Out, and log in your new user.
3. Open System Preferences > Users & Groups, select the old user and press the - button to remove the user. If you want, you can select the option to remove the Home folder of this user, so you will only have the Home folder for your account

( kaspak is a machine local to server i-e client nd server r at same machine )
I m uploading a file nd saving it at server.
PROBLEM:
server save my uploaded file at
C:\Program Files\Allaire\JRun\servers\default
[ a path where server is installed ]
while I want to save it at directory
c:\testing\uploadfiles
How can I achieve this???

nd this can only be done if we know reall/absolute path of our application at server,
i-e we need an API which can tells the absolute path of our application.
e.g
our application url is http://kaspak/testcode
we need its absolute mapping to directory on server
e.g it it is at c:\testcode
if we get the absolute path then we can pass it in above function or in File class constructor.
