Can't increase monthly payments online

I've just tried to up my monthly payments online but I got an error message and was advised to drop the payment amount instead of increasing it.
I guess it's because I have a good credit balance at the moment, but the thing is, I know I have used a lot of BBtalk calls and extra broadband usage recently and expect to for the foreseeable future so I want to increase the monthly payments now rather than be faced with a large bill later on.
Has anyone else encountered this problem?

It's not really how direct debits work on the Monthly Payment Plan system, on this system you don't really get a bill its more of a statement as because your on Direct Debit you don't receive things like reminder bills.
If you really want to increase the amount I can try to do this for you but the system does tend to decrease again if there is a high credit balance on the account.
Either way if you email me at [email protected] with your account details and the amount you would like me to increase it to.

  • Increased monthly payments

    Hi,
    I have problem.
    The BT increased my monthly landline payments from £12.something to £21.50, based on my bill from October.They are saying it was 46.50, but I`have never used my landline.they even chargin me £1.5, that I didn`t make 2 calls a month. Only for internet conection. I sent them email, it must have been a bill or payment for 3 months together. Now I`m demanding my money back, but only thing they can do, is to lower my monthly payments to £14.
    They ignoring my quetions where did they get that £46.50, and if they will pay me money back.
    Where can I complaint?
    Is there anywere else,where I can complaint?

    The monthly payment amount is consistently being monitored by the system. Every time your quarterly bill goes higher or lower than 2 time your monthly payment the system automatically changes the payment amount by 30-35%. In your case the the November bill was £46.34 in debit which is more than twice your monthly payment of £12.79. This is why the monthly payment was changed by approximately 35% which confirmed on the first page of your bill(03/11/2010).
    Of course my quaterly bill will be 2x higher than monthly paument!!! It`s for 3 months!

  • Is there a know cause why I can't make a payment online

    For more than a couple months I keep getting unable to complete your request card number must be numeric with no spaces. I've had Verizon for years, always made my payments online, now it's not letting me. I chatted with someone about the issue, all they would say is sorry for an inconvenience it may cause. That doesn't help me find out why it's not working, I know I've entered the number correctly and no spaces.

    You will either need to get a credit card or take out a loan from a bank if your carrier does not offer credit for phone purchases.
    On a non-technical note, if you can't afford it and don't have sufficient credit to purchase it, maybe you should devote your energies to things more important than getting the latest smartphone.

    As I understand it, you can use multiple payment types on a purchase at BestBuy.com, but you are limited to only one credit card per transaction.
    I have an Amex gift card, that I believe Best Buy would consider as a credit card, that I would like to use on a purchase, but it is not enough to cover the whole cost. Can you make a payment online using a credit card and Paypal (that way the purchase is using only 1 credit card), or are you limited to just one or the other?

    This is a fantastic question! You are correct that a gift card branded with a major credit card logo, such as American Express, would be considered a credit card by our system. Sadly, you wouldn't be able to combine a credit card payment with a payment from PayPal as well. I apologize for any disappointment that this news may bring you. With that said, you may combine PayPal or a credit card payment method with Best Buy gift cards or My Best Buy rewards certificates.     There is the Edge payment option to spread the full retail price of the phone over the course of two years. It is a payment contract and not a service contract.

     I moved back to BT for calls a couple of years ago and set up a monthly payment plan to help with the cost as I'm on  a low income. In March I also signed up for BT Broadband. My payments up until then had been £45 a month, BT anytime plan ( I use about £12 a month on non-inclusive calls to mobiles)  I thought this was high  just for calls but was told this was as low as they would allow.  On checking my online account recently I discovered that the monthly payment has now increased to £81!?   I knew that adding the Broadband would increase the payment but almost double it??
    This was apparently due to the way BT now bill. Fair enough but surely it's unfair to pass on such a huge increase in payments for something BT have chosen to do - and with little notice.
     Anyway, long story short - I decided to allow a couple of these £81 payments to come out of my account so as to clear what was a £36 CREDIT and is now a £124 Debit, due to the changes,  and then call and ask if the payments could be reduced.
     Imagine my anger when checking my bank account the other day to discover that BT had tried to debit £82 from my account for the WHOLE BILL AMOUNT! Unfortunately I did not have the money in the account and the direct debit was returned - leaving me with a £30 bank charge for a returned debit that should not have been taken in the first place. I phoned CS an was told  'sorry, our mistake'.
     Where do I stand with regard to having this charge reimbursed to me? I cannot afford to lose £30 due to BT's incompetence. 
    Could a mod please look into this for me and let me know how I can reclaim the bank charge? And is there any chance my monthly payments could be reduced?

    Start by signing out and back in to see if it will see the subscription: 
    How to sign in and sign out of creative cloud (activate/deactivate)
    If the apps are installed fine and close after launch see this link:

    Are you talking about buying a new iPhone in Brazil?  You will have to go to the Apple store and see if they offer buy-back or trade-ins in Brazil.  They have offered that in the US Apple stores, but the value of the trade-in is pretty restricted.  It is often better to sell on eBay or similar and use the money for the new iPhone.
    Check with your Apple store and see what they are offering.

    There is no serial number require for Creative Cloud products, you may activate the products using your email address and password which is associated with Adobe. If your Dreamweaver asking for serial number, then make sure you are signing in with correct email address.

    We would like to inform you that, if you have three different subscriptions then, they would be billed individually.
    However, if you switch to Creative Cloud Complete subscription ,then you can have just one monthly bill and can use all the Creative Cloud software.
