Either you did or did not.  Do you not remember?

But it never let me burn them to anything other than my Ipod.
Media is not burned to iDevices.  Burning an iDevice would destroy it.
Why will iTunes not allow you to sync media to the iDevice?  What happens when trying to sync media to an iDevice?

I changed my password so now when I pull up my account there is no music.
    Changed password to what?
    Pull up what account?
What does this have to do with iTunes?
One does not pull up an account to access their media, they simply launch iTunes.
Changing a password has nothing to do with accessing the media on the computer when one launches iTunes.
What is the actual issue that is occurring?

Can anyone tell me how to find my old account and then copy that music to my HTC One.?
iTunes has nothing to do with putting media on a non-Apple device.

  • Have had ELPH100HS for 2 years. I can't transfer pictures because "support devise not found." Also c

I've had ELPH100HS for 2 years. Up until now, everytime I transferred pictures to my computer, a camera icon would appear when I connected the camera via USB to the PCU.  But, recently, the icon is missing, but I hear the bleep (connecting sound) I always have.  However, I am unable to transfer pictures to the computer. The message that keeps popping up is "support device not found." I can't find my discs or my manufacturer's book that came with the camera. What should I do? Thanks. RAY

  • Can't sync iPod because file was not found?

Ok, me and my sister both have iPod mini's from June of '05. Well we got my mom a nano for Christmas. Her iPod wouldn't work with our version, so we downloaded the 7.0.2 version or whatever. It worked for a while, but now there are 2 songs with that "!" next to them, and when we try to sync the iPod, it won't do it because "the file could not be found" What file

When iTunes shows a song it getting the actual file from a folder on your computer. If you move that file, iTunes won't know what to play, as the file it used to play is "gone."
Try searching your computer for that song and see if you find the file.
Also, did you move any files in the My Music folder (or the iTunes folder in that)?

  • IPod can't be synced because there's not enough free space?

One day I connected my iPod to iTunes and when I disconnected it when it said 'Ok to disconnect', when I turned on my iPod, all my songs and playlists disappeared.
In iTunes, it says that it can't be synced because there's not enough free space.
*My iPod mini has 4 GB space, and currently the songs in my iPod only take up 174.32 GB.*
Then it says in the message that 2.88 GB required and that there's only 52 MB left.
What is wrong with my iPod/iTunes? It's frustrating me so much already, you have no idea. Please, please help me, I'm already so desperate.

When you say restore it, do you mean restore the one in iTunes or restore my iPod itself? The press the circle button then press menu for a long time in my iPod? I already did that.
It says 174.32. I only have about 700 something songs because I tried deleting some to see if deleting some songs would help fix the problem but no. It's strange because before all my songs and playlists disappeared in my iPod, I even had more songs in my iPod than what I have in iTunes now.
About 15-30 minutes ago, I was able to put only about 9-10 songs in my iPod because it says it doesn't have enough free space. It's so strange, it really frustrates me.

  • TS1372 I am trying to restore my ipod, and get a message: "could not restore ipod because it could not be unmounted."  What does this mean? And what do I do about it?

It sounds like your PC or Mac's internal HD is full. You need to delete some data or move it to an external hard drive or storage device of some sort before you'll be able to successfully complete the restore.

If you go to Settings do you see an entry for the Nike app? There is no way to delete or hide that app?
Have you tired using the Spotlight search? Maybe you just can't find it.
Next would be to restore a gain. First from backup then next to factory settings/new iPod.
The Nike app you can download/install
Nike+ Running for iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPod touch (3rd generation), iPod touch (4th generation), iPod touch (5th generation) and iPad on the iTunes App Store
Does work on the iPOd. You just do not get all the information that GPS/cellular connection can get. You will still be able to get distance/footstrikes like the installed app an you do not need the shoe sensor.. It uses the built-in sensors on the iPod

  • "no photos were copied to the ipod because there is not enough free space"

i've been trying to download photos on my nano for weeks and i always receive this message :
"no photos were copied to the ipod because there is not enough free space on the ipod to hold your photos and albums."
the weird thing is that there IS free space; i actually made some (there are 18 available MB right now on my nano). and the folder containing the photos i am trying to download is far from 18 MB. but i still get the same message.
anyone knows what i could do?? thanks!!

R U sure you have enough space? Double check to make sure you are only trying to upload the pictures you want on your ipod not all the pictures on your computer (more than 18 MB).
