I understand that you are unable to sync your iPhone and receive an error. I was start with restarting iTunes and your computer. Once this is done, test the results by attempting a sync. If the issue persists, go through the troubleshooting steps in the article below.

I keep getting the error "zotero could not be installed because firefox cannot modify the needed file". Any suggestions on how to fix this?

After downloading Zotero (a plug in that is in theory custom-designed for firefox), I get an error message that says "zotero could not be installed because firefox could not modify the needed file". That's all the detail I have.

You get this error if you install an extension that needs to be unpacked in order to work properly, but this isn't happening. The default is to copy the file to the extensions folder and rename the file part to the ID of the extension.

You can try to set the extensions.alwaysUnpack pref(s) on the <b>about:config</b> page to true.
It is possible that there is a problem with the file(s) that store the extensions registry.
Delete the extensions.* files (e.g. extensions.sqlite, extensions.ini) and compatibility.ini in the Firefox profile folder to reset the extensions registry.

If you see disabled or not compatible extensions in "Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions" then click the Tools button at the left end side of the Search Bar to check if there is a compatibility update available.
If this hasn't helped then also delete the addons.sqlite file if present.

My headphones are new form apple as they came with the phone. They have been good for the few times i have used them but out of the blue after about a weeks use they have stopped allowing me to skip forwrd or backwards???????? I am still able to pause and use my mic for Siri so im a little bit confused as to what the problem can be.. Is there anyone out there who knows what the problem might be or how to fix it??

Go to the settings in your Jeep, "forget" the iPhone. And on the iPhone "forget" the jeep. Then put the Jeep in Pairing Mode and tap Settings/BlueTooth on the phone and pair them anew (which sounds less confusing than "repair them").

If Ralph's suggestion doesn't work, try a Restore. Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset. It could take well over an hour! Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow the on-screen directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore (or it doesn't help), go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. You WILL lose all of your data (game scores, etc,) but, for the most part, you can redownload apps and music without being charged again. Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

Tap Camera App > switch to video > see if the flash will turn ON. If still problem, Restore your iPhone with iTunes on computer. See if fixed. If still problem, your iPhone has full Warranty with Apple.

Same problem here! Moreover, for some reason, the pictures in my iPhone 3GS somehow have been divided into 2 folders, Photos and Medialibrary. And when I open iPhone as a folder through the explorer I can see only the Photos folder, but cannot see the Medialibrary folder which stores the photos taken before updating/upgrading the iPhone and getting separated folders!!! What the hack with all of this?!!! When I connect iPhone to PC it automatically opens iTunes and starts syncronizing it, but at the process of OPTIMIZING the photos (and according to the number of photos it shows, I see that it tries to syncronize that invisible Medialibrary folder) the process suddenly stops and error message pops out Tried the sync test, tried the button DEBUG in that pop out message, but NOTHING HELPS!!! Also, when I open the Medialibrary in my iPhone, the screen get sblack all through scrolling it down, only the video clips are shown there... >.<

Log in to the Store. Click on "Account" in your Quick Links. When you're in your Account information screen, go down to Purchase History and click "See all".
Find the item that is not playing properly. If you can't see "Report a Problem" next to the entry, click the "Report a problem" button. Now click the "Report a Problem" link next to the item.
(Not entirely sure what happens after you click that link, but fingers crossed it should be relatively straightforward.)

I had recently updated from Windows 7 to Windows 8.1 and thus had to re download Adobe Digital Editions. I downloaded Version 4.0 but the problem seemed to be with the authorization between the e-reader and the computer. While in ADE click the help button and click erase authorization then re do your user id and password. It worked for me.

I am currently having the same problem with music that is downloaded to my laptop and stored into itunes/itunes match which is not downloading to my ipad. I had this same problem a few months a go and it was fixed with a update to my ipad but it has happened again with most recent update. The bad thing is I didn't notice until I went to listen to the music on my ipad and it was available. Apple is becoming very unattractive to me. I am in search of a diffrent device.
