There is an initialization parameter called FIXED_DATE which lets you set a fixed sysdate for testing purposes, and you can alter that date using the ALTER SYSTEM command, but as implied by the name you are setting a data/time that doesn't change. Since the normal sysdate is derived from the O/S it cannot be altered through SQL

So I have a confirmation in date 30/6 for exemple, but I'd like to cancel it in posting date 1/7, but the systems takes the date of the original confirmation. Can I change it any way?

Dear Roger,
this is only possible in case if the bookin periode is closed. In this case it's allowed to change the booking date in CO13 and the date field gets automatically inputable, normaly it's greyed out.
As long as the booking periode is open, the system automatically use the date from confirmation.

You can use SimpleDateFormat class under java.text package.

Can I change the count date for a PI Document?

Dear All,
By mistake, I entered count date as 30-Sep-2010 instead of 01-Oct-2010 while entering count for a PI document.
Now, Can I change the count date to 01-Oct-2010 ?
The issue here is I am not allowed to post the difference today since the count date belongs to the previous period which is 09 2010.
pls suggest how can I resolve this issue?

Hi Shetty,
I am assuming your issues is around posting the PI document and the count date i.e.Posting period is in last month and hence you are stuck.
If your client is ok to perform posting in previous period then try MMRV and allow posting in previous period and complete the Inventory counting posting and adjustment (write off differences and revert back the settings)
Other option would be to used above suggestion post PI doc without difference. Then create new PI document with correct count date.

I don't think DOC DATES can be changed. You can only change the posting dates of the Goods receipt and Invoice documents as that is what matter for your financial consolidation.

N82 Self change the system date!!!

Hi to all....let's get to the problem at once....
my Nokia N82 was working flawlessly with the v30 firmware BUT when I upgraded to v31 it started to change the system date!!!!! I've search for a parameter in the menus but .... no such parameter...) it adds 2 days in the system date in many occasions.... I thing this is a mega-bug.... please tell me if anyone else have this problem.

I'm having the same issue, after upgrading firmware to v31.0.016 the system date "jumps" two days forward every morning if I set a workday-alarm and then switch off the phone. After the alarm rings I turn on the phone and it shows the correct date, but a few minutes later it jumps 2 days forward.
Because of this bug all of the services connected with system date (agenda, calendar, alarm, memo, reminder, calls register, ...) don't work correctly and are almost unuseful unless you manually correct the system date every morning.
I'm not going to leave the phone on (not even in offline mode) all night long as a workaround, because I paid lots of money for a working smartphone, and it's not working correctly now.
I reported the issue to Nokia, I'll let you know if they will suggest any solution.

I work with Phohoshop Elements 13 an i use Online-Album (Revel)
My Problem:
I would like to change the Creation Date of a Video-File (mts-Format). I don't no why but the date (in Metadata) is wrong and i would like it to change. If i change it in Photoshop Elements the Date (Edit... Change Date...) it seems that the date has changed, but in reality in the Metadata is still the wrong date (see attachment).
Why this ist important for me:
The Adobe Revel (Online-Album) takes always the date from the metadata which is wrong.
Any idea how i can resolve my Problem?

I just ran into the same problem. Except that after a while Adobe will undo the changes I have made to the date.

We can't directly set the system properties values using config/properties file. But, if you wish to use <b>Spring </b> framework, there is an option to load system properties through a config file.

How can I change the database & schema used by an Application?

I am very new on Essbase and I need help to find out how can I change the database connection (and schema) used by the database of an Application. The figure is that I need to point this database to a QA environment (currently it points to DEV).
If I do a right click over the properties of the database, I can see the following tabs: [ General ][ Dimensions ][ Statistics ][ Modifications ][ Compression ]. However, there is no option to change the database connection.
Is there a way to do this?

Are you trying to change a database connection of Planning application?
Essbase application do not have a relational connection.

follow this and check.
1. u can change your pricing date directly in the Sales order document. but the required delivery date u have to see. b'coz in std sap it is for 7 days.
2. u can change the pricing date in the sales document header level (VoV8) under requested delivery date/pricing date option.
3. while at delivery the selection date u should check. Its should be selection date= material availablity date/tranportation planning date.
4. posting date u should check while u r doing MB1C.
after all u create the order and see.

I accidentaly set my Nikon D50 to the wrong date and time recently (2005 instead of 2006) and only realised it when I had imported them into Aperture.
I can't seem to see how to change the date and time within the EXIF data - anyone know how to do this?

Use "search discussions" on this forum to look this up -- there was a lot of discussion a while back. As I understand it (but don't take my word on this), the long and short of it is that you can't change the date/time embedded in the master image. A much-requested feature. There's a shareware program called Timeature that lets you work around it. But the question gets messy when you get into what data will export with an image, and so on, so it's worth going back to those earlier threads.
