It's possible they'll make an exception for you. An exception is more likely if the app is defective in some way or doesn't do what the developer advertised and the developer has been unable or unwilling to help you.

You can't. All sales are final. You cannot get a refund unless the app does not function as described.

"None" should be located right next to where you chose what kind of credit card you are using. You should be able to find it, if you go to your account and click 'Edit Payment Information' Then where it says what kind of card it is it should be right after PayPal. But if you can't find it, can't you just highlight the information and backspace it?

This is a multi million dollar law suit waiting to happen, any one out there with the time and money to take this giant fraudster on will make a difference.- These fraudsters are pretty cleaver a couple of pounds from hundreds and thousands of people accross the world will make anyone a multi millionaire if not billionaire. They still make you go through hoops to get your money back- sending you an email, then you have to apply for your refund quoting the refence number they give you and it can take up to 7 days and maybe 48 hours to get the email from them, basically they hope you dont bother feeling happy that they agreed to refund you. Do note that the advisor's are so well trained that they will not argue with you, will not agree or disagree to anything you say, simply give you a reference number for the call and a reference number for the refund, thanking you all the way. I have a new iPhone 4s and downloaded some free apps formt eh app store. A few days later my phone had updates to install on the apps but kept taking me to the billing details on my phone. I deleted the apps as it was doing my head in. I recently downloaded the 'free' apps again and I have been charged for them!!! I had this problem as well. You can't delete them but you can hide them by swiping across from the cloud to. The other side then pressing hide

Solved! Music was in Itunes folder but not in Media folder within that. It doesn't seem like a very user friendly system so far!
