Can you download a payed up for free after paying for it once?
I brough the itranslate - ultimate app from the app store on my iphone. I didn't get to back it up to my itunes after downlowding it as i turned my iphone off and the next day it was frozen and went through a big process but short story i got a working phone and restored back from backup i had but that didn't have the itranslate app as i hadn't got to do one with it yet. My question is I had payed for it so I should be entitled to it so if i went to download from the app store again would it download for free or charge me another $12 for an app i already payed for and have receipt from itunes saying i payed for it.
ok it just confuses me because I open itunes and click on store then account and under purchase history it does not have itranslate - ultimate listed (which i'm thinking maybe because i didn't get to sync the app with itunes) but i have the email receipt, and I don't want to go and download to see and find out i'm charged another $12

MMS requires data.
iMessage requires the same as email - internet access via an available wi-fi network or via your carrier's cellular data network.
You can disable SMS/MMS altogther with your account by requesting this with AT&T. You can turn iMessage off unless your iPhone is connected to an available wi-fi network. -

Can you download to a new MacBook without setting up Apple ID. It asks for owner pw. OS Mavericks was preloaded when purchased.
You need an Apple ID to download items from the Mac App Store. Other than that the only Password that may be required is the Administrator password when installing it.
If the computer was bought second hand, unless the computer was originally sold by Apple with OSx Mavericks pre-loaded, you have no license to use an OS associated with someone else's Apple ID, and you would have to format the computer, and install the original OS.

The hardware on the 2G does not support an iOS version higher than 4.2.1. If you want apps that require a higher version you will need to get a newer model iPod.

Do you mean NAM for Network Analysis Module? As that is a module/appaliance which requires a specialized designed hardware and cannot be installed on Softwares like for Windows/Linux.

The Apple store is correct. The warranty is not international, and Apple will not accept or return iPhones shipped from a different country. You need to ship the phone to somebody in Hong Kong who can take it in to Apple for repair, or pay a third party repair shop in the Philippines to fix it.
