It depends upon which region you are in and the current policy of the copyright holder. Sometimes individual items are exemept even though repeat downloads are generally supported. Any purchased item could be removed from the store in future so you should really maintain your own backup.

I have had to erase my disk since then with trouble with Apple Store not recognising my machine and the reload from Time Machine has given complications . Can you please cancel my trial and return my Trial money.

No you don't. You log into iTunes with your Apple ID but you can use one Apple ID for iTunes and a different Apple ID for iCloud. On your device go:
Settings > iCloud > Delete Account and sign in with a new Apple ID
This will only change the Apple ID for iCloud and both devices will continue to download apps and backup to the shared iTunes account.

You can log out of the currently logged in account on your iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and logging out, and you then log in with a different account. I'm new to InDesign and have a question about documents with mixed page sizes in CS5. I'm preparing an illustrated book for print and was hoping to be able to contain all the pages (including the covers) in one document. My basic setup is 140 mm x 210 mm with a 3 mm bleed on each side. I've managed to add the different cover page (146 mm x 216 mm) and spine (10 mm) dimensions easily enough, but can you have multiple bleed specifications too? The bleed allowance I need for the case layout is 15 mm. I've scoured InDesign and the net, but can't find any information about this anywhere. It would seem rather silly to be able to have multiple page sizes in your document without being able to change the bleed allowance too. Here's hoping it's possible! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I'm interested in Illustrator and Photoshop, more immediately. However, will possibly be looking at a full individual subscription, at a later time. Is it possible to download more than one application, for a free trial, at a time?

You can, yes. But there is a complication: once you activate windows it will only be activated for one of the two methods you use. So, let's say you install into boot camp and activate windows. You can then install Parallels and it will find your boot camp installation, but when running in Parallels, Windows will report that it is not activated. Or, you can activate it in Parallels and when running in Boot Camp Windows will report that it is not activated. The reason for this is because Windows thinks it is running on different computers depending on how you boot it. This may not be an issue for you if you run Windows a lot one way and just occasionally the other way, so be sure to activate Windows in whichever method you use more often. Hope this helps!

Creating a new iTunes account does not remove any purchases made on a different account.

Or if you will want to use it in the stores and don't want to give credit card details : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method
Or if you are not currently logged into an account in game centre then you should have a 'create a new Apple id' link at the bottom of the login screen in it.

I purchased Adobe Acrobat X Pro months ago, and I need to install it on a second computer. I can only find one of the CDs in the case with the serial number. I can't view my order in the history because it was months ago. The history only shows past 30 days.

When you launch the trial, enter your serial number to convert it to a full version.
