Can you download Upgrade to Acrobat 9 onto a new computer?

I have Acrobat 6 on my old desktop PC, and received an email inviting me to upgrade to Acrobat 9 for the discounted upgrade price. I plan to buy a new PC very soon, so I prefer to buy the upgrade and download it on my new (soon to be purchased) PC. Can I do that, or do I have to have the actual old version on the computer onto which I download the upgrade ?

Please be careful here. I imagine you are referring to Adobe Reader, for reading PDF files.
Adobe reader is freeware from Adobe website, they have never charged for this software.

No. You can only music to your iPhone from one computer at a time. If you try to load music onto it from a 2nd computer, it will erase the current content on the iPhone and replace it with whats in the iTunes library you are connected to,

If you do not have a back up of the crashed hard drive you can download an app to copy from the iPhone to iTunes on the new hard drive.
I have used Pod2Mac. There is also Pod2PC.
There are numerous choices, some free, some payed. Do a Google search.

For one, every time I try and download it it takes a second and then says "thank you for downloading iTunes!" and after that there's nothing, no results, no download. I read the instructions, and I looked on my toolbar. There appears to be no pop-up control and I can't find anything relating to it. I have Windows 8, in case that makes a difference. I need all my old music from my old Mac, which has been wiped clean by IT at my old job. BUT, I did have iCloud at that time and I thought all my music would be accessible through it. I don't understand the Cloud! And I'm thinking spending $24.99 on iTunes Match was a waste of money because I still can't access my old music.

When you are done with this issue, consider the computer back at the office may still
have access to your iTunes account, and it should be de-auhorized. You can do that
remotely, but be sure you carefully do not mess up your other computer iTunes libraries.

The sync is one way - computer to ipod. The exception is itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for this very occasion. Have you failed to do this?

And we are assuming your mean all your PURCHASED music from iTunes? Or are you talking about moving an entire iTunes library from an old computer to a new one.....

If the music was purchased in iTunes, then you would just have to redownload those purchases in the iTunes store in iTunes. If the music was pulled from CDs you would have to pull them from the CD's again.
