    There are a number of things you could do. One would be to network the to computers and transfer your iTunes folder from one to another.     If you are using iTunes (an assumption on my part because you are using a Mac) transferring music becomes more difficult.  If the music doesn't have iTunes typical DRM protection, you should be able to drag and drop songs to a music folder on your phone after plugging into your computer.  If everything is exclusively in iTunes, there is also an app in the Play Store called Double Twist that I've heard works really well (never used it personally) and even has a wireless sync mode.

    No it is not. The only information synced regarding email accounts is the email account information only and this is in one direction only - from your computer to the iPhone via iTunes.
