If you bought it on your phone then it should have downloaded onto that. If you go into Settings > Sounds can you set it as an alert or your ringtone, or if you go into the Contacts app and select one of your contacts, if you tap the Edit button on their details can you set it as the sound for them ?
Ringtones are a one-time only download from the store, so if it is on your phone you may want to connect your phone to your computer's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases so as to copy it over to the Tones of your iTunes library so that you can take a backup copy of it.

You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option from the Quick Links section in the top right corner of the iTunes homepage in your iTunes application on your computer.
You can re-download content purchased from the iTunes store (availability varies depending on location) using the purchased option which is revealed in the iTunes app on your iOS device by tapping the more button at the bottom of the screen.
If the problem re-occurs, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.
Try deleting the problematic book (electing to remove original file if/when prompted) and then re-downloading the file from the iBook store.

I have an iPAD 2 with WIFI/3G capabilities. Currently I am unable to download movies and music purchased from iTUNES. The only thing I can download with no problems are APPS. I don't have a laptop/desktop with iTUNES, so that is out of the question. Here is the kicker, my friend who has an iPAD 2 with WIFI only, is able to download anything and everything using the same WIFI connection. Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Check settings, general, restrictions. Make sure I tunes is set right. Otherwise, log onto your account in I tunes, and make sure there is nothing strange going on with your accout. If it works in the app store, it should work in I tunes.

Anyone know if you can assign the same ring tone to all members of a group WITHOUT having to go into each member of the group & do it 1 at a time? Thus you can have different ring tones for each group. You can do this on most other phones out there.

It's a ringtone that you've just purchased, and you downloaded it from iTunes on your phone and the purchase went through successfully (and there isn't a Downloads tab in the iTunes store app with it still downloading) ? It should show in Settings > Sounds > Ringtone (and Text Tone), and in the Contacts for setting for individual callers (tap the Edit button on a contact). If not then have you tried a soft-reset of your phone to see if it shows after the phone has restarted ?

All content is tied to your account id, but if she has access to your account then she can have the book on her iPad - if she syncs via a different computer and has her own iTunes account then you could copy the book onto a flash drive from your computer and copy it onto her's, authorise your iTunes account on her computer, and then do File > Add To Library to add it to her iTunes library

If they were somehow deleted from iTunes on your computer, subsequent syncing will also delete them from your phone. If they aren't on your computer or your phone you have no choice except to create them again.

Why can't I find a downloaded CD from iTunes on iMac and iPad via iCloud

Yesterday I downloaded a CD for the first time from iTunes to my iPad. I thought all of the settings to connect to iCloud were in place and correct. However, I cannot now see the CD tunes on my iPod or iMac. What am I doing wrong? Where can I check if the CD has in fact arrived in iCloud. If I have the idea that iCloud should be sending this purchase directly to my iPod and iMac is this wrong? Can anyone help?

Videos and movies purchased from the iTunes Store are by demand of the content owners copy protected and cannot be edited, regardless of what the software is you attempt to use. There is nothing anyone here can do to help you with that. If you need to be able to edit videos, you'll need to purchase and import the DVD - such importing is despite the content owners' efforts still legal for class use (as with any copyright issue, confirm fair use issues with your district's legal office) though we can't discuss methods here - which you'll then be able to edit.

For some reason the above questions I asked are designated as solved. They definitely have not been solved!!! I cannot get my calendars to sync between my iPhone 6 Plus and my iMac program iCal. Apparently I don't know how to use this forum. I hope someone will be able to understand my message and have an answer or suggestions on how to take care of this. It's important that my calendars on my phone and computer match at all times. I have missed appointments because of this.
