Cannot create Trusted System in NW 7.1 CE

Hey to all,
I've installed NetWeaver Composition Environment 7.1 SP 4.
Now I want to set up single sign-on between my Java Stack and an ABAP system. When I try to create a trusted System in NWA after choosing the system (which is provided from SLD on an NWDI system) and providing username and password I get an "Internal Error." with the following information in the log file (default trace):

Thanks a lot Soujanya ...
I successfully deployed the application.
But i m stuck with the authentication part, Even i successfully implement the Form based authentication using UME.
But, how can i use my own realm and database for the authentication.

    Hi,
Have you tried assigning authorizations to the id from which you are creating trusted system?
If no, please do it and check.
Also check in SU53 after getting the authorization error.
Also check the connection between two systems in SM59.

  • Cannot create a system restore point [service cannot be started in Safe Mode (0x8007043c)]"

Is there a solution to years old error message "Cannot create a system restore point [service cannot be started in Safe Mode (0x8007043c)]" I have been trying to create a restore point or image on an external hard drice, but I get the quoted message
and the system is NOT in safe mode.  I have reviewed all the previous suggestions on this forum to no avail.  Are there any new suggestions.  My computer had Windows 7 installed and I have no source to re-load the OS.  Ralph

    Hi,
So actually you're not in safe mode (not black background, no "safe mode" on the left-bottom of the screen), right?
I think something is causing your PC thinking itself is in the safe mode, run sfc/scannow and chkdsk /f/r, check if the two tools can find any error.
Or perform a startup repair in recovery console, check the result

  • ERROR IN CREATING TRUSTED SYSTEMS

    Dear Gurus,
When creating the trusted systems between to sap systems, we are getting the below error.
"No authorization to log on as a trusted system (Trusted RC=0)."
We created the trusted system entry in SMt1 and the RFC check is working fine(both test connection & authorization test).
Even i am able to login to the remote system. But when i check the system in SMt2, i get the above mentioned error.
Could you please let me know on how to resolve the above error.
    Thanks & Regards

    Hi,
    Trusting Transaction SMT2
The trusting transaction SMT2 (or SM59 ® RFC ® Trusting Systems) constructs a list of all trusting systems that have been established for this trusted system. Here, a logon and authorization check for the current user and client is performed, using the destination TRUSTING_SYSTEM@S00 that has been automatically created.
This basically corresponds to transaction SM51, if you use Remote Login to perform a logon on a different application server.
If problems occur while setting the destination TRUSTING_SYSTEM@S00 (such as host name or service information), you either have to create a new destination for your needs, and then enter the host name or service information using SAP router strings, or adjust the network settings of the server. To correct the problem in transaction SMT2, you have to adjust the network configuration of the server. As this transaction is only to be used for test purposes, in this case you could also choose to ignore the error.
To perform a logon as a different user or client, you have to create a new RFC destination with a trusted option set.
In this scenario, the following error text in SMT2 can be ignored:
No authorization to log on as a trusted system (Trusted RC=0)
If the host name contains the character '_' (as in "my_host"), then the generation of the related trusting system destination may lead to incorrect settings. This problem can be corrected by implementing Support Package SAPKB46D09 (see below). For earlier releases, the changes required to correct the problem can be made manually.

  • Cannot Create a System Image

I am attempting to create a system image of my c:\ (Windows 7 Professional RTM) drive to a network drive. I keep getting the following message when the process completes:
"New bad clusters were found on the source drive. These clusters were not backed up. (0x8078007D)"
I tried running CHKDSK C: /R /F from an administrative command prompt. This necessitated restarting Windows and running CHKDSK prior to starting Windows. Following completion, I tried running the image creation again with the same message.
Obviously, I do not want to try a restore since that could totally hose my system.
I looked at the target drive and it does appear that a number of files and folders have been created, but whether these are any good or not, I am not in a position to say.
Is this a documented bug, and is there a know fix?Windows 7 Professional RTM dual booting with Windows 7 RC (using RC to test Office 2010 in a test environment)
    2 GB memory 160 HD
    Networked Gateway Laptop
HP Officejet 6310 All-in One inkjet printer
    Verizon FIOS Internet Connection

Ran a scheduled backup tonight to my external USB drive. This backs up a data partition and creates an image of my c:\ drive. The message box said that the job had completed and had a green progress bar (the attempts from the prior post had a red bar), but when I looked at the Event Viewer, it had the same messages - see below:
I created this originally by creating a backup job - the images from above were from the Create a System Image option on the right pane.

  • HT201316 cannot create recovery system

Trying to upgrade from 10.6.8 to mountain lion. While it is installing an error message appears stating that it cannot create a recovery disc for mountain lion and then stops and reverts back to 10.6.8

I have got the same problem as talbotshort.  I apologise for sounding dumb, but how can I boot Mountain Lion from my Snow Leopard installer? Do I need the disk to get the Snow Leopard installer?
I hope you can help me, thanks.

  • Cannot create source system in RSA1

    Hi,
    I have a BI System:
    Netweaver 7.0 unicode
    BI_CONT  7.03
    Windows 2003 server
    SAP_BASIS: 700_016
    SAP_BW: 700_18
I have an ECC 6.0 system:
    Netweaver 7.0 non-unicode
    Windows 2003 server
    SAP_BASIS: 700_015
I go into RSA1 on my BI system
    Click on Source Sytems
right-click on SAP and choose Create
I then fill-in the necessary ionformation and click on the Green check.
I am asked to login as an admin user.
I receive a popup sating that user already exist in source system, I choose Continue.
I receive a popup saying RFC destination already exists in source system. I choose USE.
I get this error at this stage: Error in source system JCB275.
So, I check RFC conenctions, they all work fine.
I finally find an error in SM21 in my ECC 6.0 system:
    Run-time error "DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND" occurred
    short dump generated.
So, I go into ST22 and try to get more info on the short dump (I only copy/pasted some info):
    Runtime Errors         DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND
    Date and Time          06.02.2009 09:56:18
The current ABAP program "SAPLSTRD" had to be terminated because it has
come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
During background processing, the system attempted to send a
    screen to a user.
    Current screen: "SAPLSTRD " 0351.
If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    keywords:
    "DYNPRO_SEND_IN_BACKGROUND" " "
    "SAPLSTRD" or " "
    "SYSTEM-EXIT"
    Client.............. 700
    User................ "BRUNEERI"
    Transaction......... "RSA1"
    Call Program........."SAPLRSAC"
    Function Module..... "RSAP_BIW_CONNECT"
    Call Destination.... "JCB275"
    Source Server....... "svr60dbw_DBI_11"
    Source IP Address... "10.16.33.3"
I search SDN and SAP notes to no avail.
Note that this ECC 6.0 system is also connected to another BI system and it works fine on that other system.
    thanks to all

    solution found:
config needs to be opened on source system ,if not, a popup tries to tell you that config needs to be opened, but it cannot because the frontend is not active on this connection.

  • Cannot create Portal System and Alias in System Landscape in Portal

    hallo all,
i want to install vc, therefore i need to create an Portal System and Alias.
this i should do in system landscape in the portal
(System Admin -> System config -> System landscape )!
but when i open it, it is loading and loading and nothing happens!
can someone tell me, what problem that could be?
ep 7.0 is installed and i want to connect to ERP 2005 ECC 6.0.
    regards Vartan

    Vartan,
The VC needs a portal in order to run - it needs to borrow the core portal and J2EE functionaliy as the VC components only bring in VC specific applications.
One question to ask, based upon personal experience, is what browser are you using here please? For instance, I've hit this issue when working from Firefox (1.5 or 2.0) but not when I'm running the same link in IE 6.0.
Just a thought. Let me know how you do.
    Cheers,
    Tim

  • Cannot create queue system device

hi all, I try to create a queue system device. Here's my code:
    Fchg32(request_buffer, TA_OPERATION, 0, "SET", 0);
    Fchg32(request_buffer, TA_CLASS, 0, "T_DEVICE", 0);
    Fchg32(request_buffer, TA_STATE, 0, "NEW", 0);
    Fchg32(request_buffer, TA_CFGDEVICE, 0, "/IBPS2/training/tuanta/mib_mess/device_file", 0);
    Fchg32(request_buffer, TA_LMID, 0, "SITE1", 0);
    size = 5;
    <b><i>Fchg32(request_buffer, TA_DEVSIZE, 0, (char *)size, 0);</i></b>
    tpcall(".TMIB", (char *)request_buffer, 0, (char **)&reply_buffer, &len, TPSIGRSTRT);
The problem is the size, see bold line. Everything is ok when that line isn't included. But if it's included, I receive a error, like this:
LIBTMIB_CAT:50: ERROR: Could not create device entry specified.
In both cases, file device_file is created. What's wrong here? thanks!
    null

    The phrase should be "Fchg32(request_buffer, TA_DEVSIZE, 0, (char *)&size,
    sizeof(size));"

  • Cannot create Source System

    Hi!
I am now creating a R/3 Production Source System in a BW Production System.
I get en error message "Error in source system", and fail to create the source system.
I check the RFC connection & the user account ALEREMOTE, they are all OK.
Is this problem because of the setting in SCC4 of both of the R/3 & BW system?
    Any solution? Thanks in advance!
    Best Regards,
    Chris

    Hi Chris,
Step1 . Create RFC @ R/3 Prod and BW Prod
Ste2 .   In BW prod -- > Source Sys tab --> SAP Folder --> rightclk Create --> Give the Destination i.e R3 Prod name  and Enter Background user in source system and p/ws and same as source sys to BW , continue ... next screen enter user name and p/w -- popup will come --> select Use option.

  • Solution Manager EWA - cannot create session in satellite system

    "Hi,
I want to configure EWA self service using Solman 4.0. I succesfully did the following :
    a. Maintained SMSY and create the required trusted RFC connections from SM to satellite system. All connection and authorization passed in SM59. I used SAP_ALL/SDCCN_ALL role and assigned objects S_RFC*.
    b. Assigned the system to a logical system.
    c. Created the a new solution and activate "Solutions Monitoring > Earlywatch Alert"
    d. Activated and maintained required RFC in SDCCN in satallite system.
My problem is that the create EWA alert request (Red Flag with a specific session number ) coulnd be pass to the satelitte system even though all the trusted RFC and authorization is set. When i execute the SESSION_REFRESH in the satellite system, the session is not created.
Did I miss out any steps. Can any one share any help ?
FYI, there is no connection to SAPOSS yet, so i did not manage to run RTCCTOOL completed, but i doubt this is required for EWA self service."
I  have the same problem as Solution Manager EWA - cannot create session in satellite system
tried all of solutions,  but it does not help... Created the CM (high) for SAP, but get 1 response for 1 week from them:(

    Dear Sapbcer,
Have you tried the following option :
Execute SMSY and from the Server entry Execute the "Read System Data Remote" option in change mode.
Save the data captured and then try using Refresh Session Task from SDCCN of the satellite system. Do select the RFC for Solution Manager while performing this task.
    Hope this helps.

  • Cannot create InfoArea (Source System ID Problem)

    Hi,
I cannot create an InfoArea in our BW TestSystem due to the source system ID. I get the following message...
"Choose a Change Request with Target System CCX"
The Performance Asst. gives me the following protocol.....
    Diagnosis
The selected change request CC7K900485 has target system .
However, the objects you edit can only be recorded in change requests with the target system CCX.
The correct target system is determined from the package and transport layer to which the object concerned belongs.
    System Response
The selected change request CC7K900485 is not used to record the objects.
    Procedure
Either choose a different change request or change the target system of the change request CC7K900485.
From the prompt window for change requests, you can display all requests you can use by choosing Own requests.
Alternatively, you can create a new request by choosing Create request.
For more information, see the SAP Library under BC - Basis Components -> Change and Transport System .
I have been in the SourceSystem ID Maintenance (CtrlShiftF11) and noticed that all system ID are two lettered. Could you pls explain how I proceed with this problem.
    Thanks,
    SD

    Hi Srinivas.
Thanks for ur advice. I am on the Requests (Free Selection) screen after going through SE03 and can see the Request CC7K900485. Under that there are a lot of users with comments like "Development/Correction" or "Repair". Could u help me with how I can change the target system to CCX.

  • Solaris 9 - INIT: Cannot create /var/adm/utmpx (System Hangs)

    Hello,
I am unable to boot into solaris 9 after I did a init 0. I did init 0 because shutdown -y -g0 -i0 did not work.
This is the error message I get
    Hardware watchdog enabled
    INIT: Cannot create /var/adm/utmpx
INIT: failed write of utmpx entry:" "
INIT: failed write of utmpx entry:" "
    INIT: SINGLE USER MODE
Type control-d to proceed with normal startup,
(or give root password for system maintenance):
After it asks for the password it HANGS.
I entered the password, but NOTHING HAPPENS.
I can go into sc console though.
I also rebooted using Solaris 9 cdrom in single user mode. Checked the filesystem using fsck, and no faults were found. I also tried creating a new /var/adm/utmpx file but that did not work too.
    Any help would be appreciated,
    Thank you,
    Jacob.

    Hello,
Check for /var filesystem usage,if it is not mouted as seperate filesystem then check for "/" FS usage.
There may be chances you get to have this problem if your FS is full.
If everything normal then follow the below steps, which solved similar kind of issues in the past for me.
Logon to the system and when you get prompt just run fsck on your root filesystem.
Check /etc/vfstab file to ensure that you are running fsck on correct fs name.
After completing fsck just say "reboot". The machine will boot normally.
In b/w is this machine disks are mirrored?? if so then you may need to choose the disks carefully before you run fsck.
    thanks.
