It is a folder which I have created. Name is "SAP".
I copied some of my office stuff and then deleted the contents inside the folder. But I couldnt delete the folder SAP.
This is happening after the Mavericks update.

Remember, any purchased item from the itunes store is forever associated with the Apple ID used to buy it. So when you get prompted for an ID/password and it doesn't accept it, then you are using the wrong ID.
Go to Settings>iTunes and App Stores, be sure it's logged into the ID you have set on the iphone (since that one seems to be connecting with the right ID). If you've done this, then you might wait a bit to see if the "cannot connect to .. store" message has to do with internet connections.

On the MacBook, open up the Preferences dialog and go to the Sync panel. Click the Manage Account button so it shows more options, then click on the My Sync Key link to show you the Sync Key.
The sync key is the same as the secret phrase, it was renamed in recent versions of Firefox Sync.

Get on a computer with iTunes. Click on your email in the iTunes Store, and hit account. Change billing info to None as card type, make sure billing address is correct, and hit done. It will then save, and allow you to make your purchases.

I cannot print to my Canon iR C2880i after Mavericks update

I am no longer able to print to the office Canon iR C2880i after I updated to Mavericks. I am able to ping the printer using Network Utility. It says my driver version is 1.0. I know it needs to be something else, but I cannot figure it out. Please help.

This would suggest you are using the Generic Postscript driver included with Mavericks. If your iR C2880 does not have the optional Postscript printer kit installed then it will not print. So download and install the UFR2 v10.3.0 driver.
Note that when you create the printer, ensure you select either the Line Printer Daemon-LPD or HP Jetdirect-Socket protocols. IPP is not supported by the either the Canon PS or UFR2 driver.

I have recently installed a free update of Mavericks on the App store. However after installing this, the Macbook Pro that i've installed on will not boot beyond the Grey start up screen. I was running Snow Leopard on a machine with intel core 2 duo processors 4 Gb of RAM and over 100Gb of free memory.
I have attempted a safe boot (holding down shift while while holding the power button down), and Reseting the NVRAM by pressing 'command', 'option', 'P' and 'R' at the same time.
I do not have an installation disk or a time machine back up.
Does anyone know how to get passed the Grey start up Screen?
Any Suggestions would be mucho appreciated.

Apple's servers are very picky about the format of the address. If you live in the USA, then the server is expecting the style that the US Postal Service uses. One way to do this is to use the USPS ZIP Code lookup service;

Enter the address to look up the ZIP code and then copy the exact USPS output into your iTunes account information.

You would get the redemption code, or perhaps even the serial number, from whomever you purchased the software from, apparently Amazon, so talk to them. This wouldn’t be the first time they’ve sold something that didn’t have all the numbers needed to license it.
