Cannot download full versions of Photoshop and Lightroom

Hi, I purchased a plan for photographers as a part of Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition and cannot download Photoshop or Lightroom in a different way than as trials. You, Adobe, have my money already and everything else seems to be ok. How can I download the full versions??? This is really disappointing

you can only activate your adobe single user license products on (at max) two computers concurrently.

Uninstalling previous versions of Photoshop and Lightroom

I would like to uninstall previous versions of Photoshop and Lightroom in order to free up space. What is the proper procedure for doing so? Is it recommended to do?

Is it recommended to do?
It's not recommended nor is it not recomemnded. It's entirely your own decision. As Curt said, there are certain side effects, in addition to file associations also shared components possibly breaking down (PDF libraries), so if it's not that critical, leave them in place. otehrwise you may have to reinstall CS6 after you have removed the other versions.

Please download CC desktop app via Free Creative Cloud | Download Adobe Creative Cloud free trial and then start downloading Photoshop and Lightroom.
In case that also comes in .exe then download PS and LR via Adobe CC 2014 Direct Download Links – Creative Cloud 2014 Release | ProDesignTools

Cannot install full version of Photoshop CC on second computer

I purchased Photoshop and Lightroom CC and installed them on my MacBook Pro. It was my understanding that I'm allowed to activate my products on up to 2 machines. I downloaded Creative Cloud on my Windows 8 desktop and installed Photoshop and Lightroom, but both are installed as trial versions and asking for a serial number even though the Help menu shows me signed in with the account that I used to purchase my CC subscription. How do I activate the full, non-trial version on my second machine?

Lost Serialized Insert from PC Ultimate Software Suite-Cannot Install Full Version of Photoshop Elements 12

I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop which was bundled with PC Ultimate Software Suite, a collection of programs on one disc. It included Adobe Photoshop Elements 12, but I misplaced the insert that contained the serial key. I still have the sleeve that the CD was bundled with, as well as the CD itself. Is there anyway I can still download the full version of Photoshop Elements 12 without having to buy the program separately or buying Software Suite again?

If Dell provided the bundle you should contact Dell to see about getting a replacement or the serial for the disk.

It's so hard that Adobe has no contact form, no way I can see to contact them. The help is not helpful to me, it's more like an FAQ. So I'd also be interested in knowing how their customer support is from anyone who has had to use it. They don't have any obvious way to contact them for pre-sales support. When I see that I get suspicious that you will get no help once you hand your money over.

Since you are using Mac 10.6.8 you cannot use the CC version of Photoshop
so CS6 version of Photoshop would be apt for you.

How can I open grouped folder layers from the full version of Photoshop into my Photoshop Elements 10 verison?

I have gotten a PSD from a coworker who asked for some help. He has the Full version of Photoshop and I have the Elements 10 version. I cannot open the grouped folders into individual layers and manipulate the current design that needs work. How can I get more functionality out of Elements and ungroup these layers?

Where do I download the full versions (not Cloud) of lightroom and photoshop?

I just rebuilt my computer, and need to re-download the full application package of Photoshop and Lightroom. I do not use the cloud version. Where can I pull down the files?

I was finally able to get through to phone support, and he provided the needed links to download Lightroom 5.5 and Photoshop 6.
I did go to the download and installation help before posting, which provided no help, I'm afraid. What is needed is a FAQ on where to find the "download the application" that isn't for the the Cloud version (which seems to be what Adobe wants us all to have - I understand the reasoning, but don't want that) and the "classic software-on-my-machine" version which is seriously buried on the site.

You could try using the DNG converter 8.7 on Windows vista:
