EVERY TIME I TRY TO DOWNLOAD A FREE APP OR UPDATE ANY APP. IT TELLS ME TO SET UP A PAYMENT PLAN BUT I ALREADY HAVE. THEN SOMETIMES IT TELLS ME TO TYPE IN MY APPLE PASSWORD BUT STILL NO RESULTS. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH APPLE AND STARTING NOT TO EVEN WANT MY IPAD ANYMORE. I Dont Know WHAT TO DO !! I ALREADY MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT ON MY CC INFO. SOO PLEASE HELP ME :(

iTunes Support wasn't of any use to me.
I have also been having another problem - with BBC iPlayer and other video streaming not working due to insufficient bandwidth, despite my overall download speed being consistently around 50Gb. This is also affecting AppleTV downloads
I am using Virgin Media as my ISP, and was wondering whether you do as well. This might be the common thread.

It started when tryung to update Twitter. Now the problem is with every app I try to update or download.

I have this issue as well. The App Store icon indicates there are updates available but when I open the app a popup says it can't connect to the store and the screen remains white. Do you have a different card that you could try, or does the 'none' option show on the payment's screen (you might not get 'none' if you owe money or if you have a payment coming up e.g. pre-order, auto-renewing subscription) ?
What are you getting the 'declined' message on, credit card, debit card ... ? If it's a debit card then I don't think that they are still accepted as a valid payment method in all countries - from this page :
You may be able to use other payment types in your country, like debit and Maestro cards.
which implies that they are not accepted in all countries, and there have been a number of posts about them being declined.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to exactly the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.

I have changed my Apple ID email but when I need to download apps on iPad or iPod it keeps commish up with my old email address si I cannot download or update apps or iTunes

I have changed my Apple ID to new email and new password. Apple confirmed changes. Now when I need to download apps or iTunes purchases it asks me to verify and put in password for my previous email and password, which it declines the old password as obviously the email is wrong but I do not get option to change email only to rest password. How do I rectify this.

Thank you for the question. Use these steps to change the Apple ID signed into the iTunes Store:
Sign in with a different Apple ID
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID.
If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.
Tap Sign Out.
Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Sign In.
Or if you don't have another Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID.

I cannot install or update apps on my iPad after updating to IOS 1.08

Tonight i updated my iPad to the new update out. i now cannot do any of the 19 app updates i need to do or cannot install them. i also tried downloading a tv series and that is not working either just has been saying waiting all night. does anyone low what is going on and how i can fix this.

Try resetting the device by holding the power and home keys down until the Apple logo appears.

After upgrading to Yosemite, i wanted to go on to iMovie, but i have to update. So i try to update but it refuses and tells me: "This update is not available for this Apple ID either because it was bought by a different user or the item was refunded or cancelled."
So what i understand is because i bought this mac in the US and I'm using it in the UK its not letting me update it. But what i don't understand is that i was able to upgrade to Yosemite with my mac knowing i was in the UK.
How can i update my applications?

Perform the following, stopping with the first one which works:
1. Open the Mac App Store's Purchases tab. If you're prompted to accept it and the other iLife/iWork applications into your Apple ID, do so.
2. Move them out of the Applications folder(they may need to be put into the Trash temporarily), and then see if you can download them for free from their individual product pages. If you're asked to buy them, see #3.
3. Click here, contact Apple, and wait for a response.

I cannot download my old itunes library to my new ipod - please help!!!!

Unfortunately in August 2006 someone nicked my Ipod mini - thanks! So my insurance co. replaced it with an ipod nano. I've installed the new software disk that came with my ipod nano and hooked up with the old itunes library to my new ipod nano. Simple huh? Not likely. It says I have too many tunes in my itunes library to download to my new ipod. However the mini and nano are both the same size -4G so why now is it telling my I have too many songs to download to my ipod nano? I have even deselected some from the library but no luck. My old ipod mini was not full to capacity anyway? any ideas?
It could be that my current pc is not logged to the internet - AOL fault currently being sorted but surely that should not stop me updating my ipod? The tunes are in the library the new 4g ipod (allbeit a nano and not a mini as was) is connected yet the **** thing says I have too many tunes selcted to download WHEN I KNOW I DONT! Help......... please does anyone have a clue where i'm going wrong its driving my nuts!

Click here and follow the instructions. You may need to completely remove and reinstall iTunes and all related components, or run the process multiple times; this won't normally affect its library, but that should be backed up anyway.

My phone tells me that I have 12 updates but when I press update all or update any individually nothing happens at all. It also does not ask me for my password any more but my iPad and mac book do.
I have signed in and out of the app store and the password is correct. I have tried both kinds of reboot but that did nothing. I have tried to update the apps by connecting phone to Mac book pro...it shows the apps being download on the Mac book and says it will sync them to my phone but it does not. Everything else on my phone works fine.
Any ideas ...Please!

Thank you, this has resolved both the iphone and ipad problem immediately. I am concerned that I may have a problem with apps that I bought under my old AppleID as they will not be recognised. Any suggestions for this please?
