Cannot download registered Photoshop Elements 13 (Windows English from store)

I cannot download the product  Photoshop Elements 13 (Windows English) and Adobe Elements 13 (Windows English) bought yesterday and registered to my account because the only options provided are for upgrades from trial versions. It is of course impossible to speak by phone to my regional store in Ireland as they do not provide telephone support for my products so I am having a very circular and unsatisfactory  customer service experience. How can I resolve this fundamental isssue?

    Now, as i wanted to download this version again, i make the experience, that i can only download elements 12.
    Is it really impossible to download the older version again ?

    I purchased the Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 & Premiere pkg on Friday night because the price seemed right $74.99 for both vs $119.99 or $149.99 depending on where you looked on the site for the pricing.
    The information to download this package has been nothing but a nightmare since I've begun, and the serial numbers provided via the e-mail from the Adobe store are not being accepted by the licensing portion of the download.

    When I click on the download page, this is the page I'm directed to. I've already downloaded the Akamai Download manager to no avail. When I reach the spot that requires me to type in my serial numbers, it tells me that they're not valid for Photoshop Elements 13, and when I switch the numbers, and use the one I assume is for the Premiere 13, I get the same message.
    Why is there no one at Adobe I can discuss this with?

    Thank you to all who have tried to assist me. I have since resolved this issue with Adobe by returning this product. I plan to use the Apple version that originally came with my computer in the near term.
    I was very disappointed to that at time of purchase no query was made as to which operating system I was using. When I finally reached tech support/chat at 12:00 am Monday morning, after waiting 2 hours, they were able to determine that someone at Adobe had sent me the wrong OS serial numbers for my computer. I was sent Windows OS serial numbers, but use a Mac. That was the problem.
    Somehow, during the download, Adobe's registration process was able to determine I was trying to run their product using a Mac, but my registration serial numbers were for the Windows OS.

    Yes. Microsoft advises that version 8 of PSE will work with Windows 8. The best option is a new computer with W8 and then do a clean install of Elements. Some difficulties may arise if upgrading the operating system on top of existing software. In those circumstances make sure you have your original disks or your download package, in case a re-install is necessary.

    If you have a 64 bit machine then there shouldn't be any problem while installing any 32-bit software.

    I am trying to download the trial of PSE 13 which consists of two files. The first downloads ok but on the second I get this message:

    Same thing happens if I try to download the files individually and also in different browsers. Any ideas?

    Me three.   I have been trying for hours, and have used three different browsers. 
    I have just noticed that the URL it is trying to use is looking for ...win32.exe under a directory called win64. That sounds like a stupid typo mistake.  I manually modified the URL to this instead (and it downloaded something)...

    Thanks for response.  I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again. But this time, it's not English version but the other that I cannot recognize. How can I do? I forgot to save the serial number, where can I check it?

    The language is tied to the serial number.  Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

  • Need Help to re-download my Photoshop Elements 12+Premiere Elements 12 to a new laptop Win-8 64-bit

    When I purchased the special deal of Photoshop Elements 12+Premiere Elements 12, I owned a Windows Vista (32-bit) laptop. When I downloaded my purchase, all went smoothly, no problems w/Photoshop when I used the mouse's wheel-scroll feature, it helped me zoom in to specifically pinpoint areas in pictures t/b fixed, etc.
    I now have a NEW laptop ... Windows 8 (64-bit). I re-downloaded my Photoshop Elements 12+Premiere Elements 12 onto my new one. Options to download the Premiere Elements showed I should use the "bottom" option to download for Win-8/64-bit - did that w/no problem. There were NO OPTIONS showing that the Photoshop Elements 12 had to ALSO be using a specific way to be downloaded? Consequently, I think (?), the problem that I'm having in using the mouse's wheel-scrolling feature may have been affected by using the "normal" format to download???
    So here's my question:  Because I bought this combined deal, should I have ALSO used the bottom option showing installation for 64-bit Premiere Elements 12??? I WOULD APPRECIATE A TIMELY RESPONSE - NEED HELP ON GETTING MY PHOTOSHOP WORKING PROPERLY, NOW!

    Oops!!!! I accidentally found my answer within my Photoshop Elements 12 "Preferences" folder! Only one part of my question remains --- what about how to download it as a 64-bit option, or does it matter at all?
    Sorry to have panicked about this, but when I started using it, the cursor movements seemed unstable so I thought it was because of downloading for a 32-bit instead of my current OS-64bit!

    If you registered PSE before, go to the main page of adobe.com, sign in and go to your account and you should find the serial number there in your purchases.

    Yes, you can download Adobe Photoshop Elements 9. The only thing that you need to do is go to this LINK http://prodesigntools.com/photoshop-elements-9-premiere-elements-9-dir ect-download-links.html and download it. You need to follow the ADOBE download instructions.
    First, you need to sign in with your Adobe ID. Second, go to the LINK I gave you and find Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 (PSE 9) Direct Download Links, them give a click to File 2 and download it (it takes time), them when it is done (downloaded) another click to File 1. After you finished downloading File 1, it will ask you to enter your Serial Number of the product. After you put the Serial Number of the your product, Adobe Elements 9 will be in your computer.
    If for some reason you don't know or you don't remember the Serial Number of your product, go to your Account and Sign in with your Adobe ID, then go to "My products and Services" and it will tell you the Serial Number of the product.
    You will find "My products and Services" on the top right side of the screen, where it say "Welcome xxxxx". Remember, to see "My products and Services" first you need to Sign in with your Adobe ID.

    If you have a windows 7 64 bit system, then the Camera Raw.8bi plugin goes in
    Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7.0\Plug-Ins\File Formats
    (the path adobe gives is for a 32 bit windows system)
    Also, use the Camera Raw.8bi outside the folder named Win64
