Cannot find tab to burn photos to cd

I have an e-Machines T3958 desk top computer, Im using Windows XP Service Pack 2 Version 2002 and there is 56.1 GB of free space on my C drive. I have and have recently had to re-configure my computer before the re-configuration I could use the Photoshop Starter Album 3.0 without any problems. However since I have re-downloaded the program I am unable to burn any of my photographs to a CD. There seems to be no tab for CD burning. I really like the Photoshop Starter Album because I can do so many things with it. For scrapbooking purposes this program is great and I like the fact I can burn personalized CD's that have significance to the person I want to give them to. What am I doing wrong? I'm not a computer wizard but I can navigate my way around. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I have A HP a1010n with DVD and CD reader writer and have downloaded and using Adobe Photoshop 3 starter edition, I havwe downloaded all of my photos and organized them the way I want to burn to a CD or DVD and cannot seem to get it to work. I have the burn to CD tab and click on it and it asks to add pictures which I do, 2931 pictures at 581MB. It says burning to disc and works for a while and then comes up and says it had to quit and for me to check my connections to the CD drive. This happens in either bay I try to record in. I have the latest updates. Any ideas on problem solving will be greatly appreciated.

Cannot find "file to sync photos"?

I'm am trying to update my photos. But everytime I try sync my phone it prompts with an error. can't find the file. phone cannot be synced. Why?

The file syncing issue now seems to be resolved & the ipod connects to the PC without too much argument now
the only outstanding issue is that I have seom videos within my pictures. Previously these existed within the Pictures folder, but I could still play them
However now this doesn't happen & in the Pictures folder I just get the first frame of the video, without being able to play them. I don't know why suddenly it won't play them
They are all in mp4 format. as most are home videos I wanted to keep them in the Pictures folder rather than move them into the official Videos section

Log in to icloud.com with your Apple ID. Once you're logged in, click on your name on the upper right corner. Click Advanced and then Reset Photo Stream. This will delete all your photos in the album Photo Stream in your iPhone 4S so make sure you have backed up (copy to Camera Roll or new folder) all those that you want to keep.
This is the only way to do it with iOS 5 (not the beta releases)

I cannot find my photo's on iphoto's and I did not delete them where could they be?

I was transferring photo's from a camera to my Mac and now I cannot find any of my photo's that were in my Iphoto's libary, I did not delete them, where else could they be? Or can they be recovered if they have been trashed?

First, don't try to find and reimport or move photos via the My Photos search in the left hand pane of a Finder window. That's a sure way to further damage a library.
Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
2 - run Option #4 to rebuild the database.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button and select the library you want to add in the selection window..
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the Library ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

I have been creating a photo book using a lots of photographs on iPhoto, and then I took another photos by using new iPAD which I want to integrate with the original album/book on iMac. I was able to import them from iPAD's iPhoto to iMac's iPhoto. However I cannot import or transfer or sync anything from iMac's iPhoto to that of my iPAD.
So my iPhoto page on iPAD contains only 3 or 4 newly created albums, and no other info. That means no syncing....
I am supposed to be able to work on this project on either of these iPAD and iMac, correct?
I am puzzled. I appreciate for your advice and help.

It doesn't appear under the iPad device on the left-hand sidebar of iTunes, you need to select the iPad device on the sidebar and then select the Photos tab on the right-hand side of iTunes e.g.

There are two places I would check, the fires would be in iTunes in the movies sections. There should be a Rental tab in that section. If you do not see it then check out the following article to see if the file has been downloaded to your computer.

Its a program that allows you to import the music from your ipod to your computer. Just remember to NOT SYNCING the ipod with itunes before saving your music or photos or all will be deleted. Good Luck

Were the photos taken by your new iPhone? If so, did you not import them off your phone to your computer (as you would any other digital camera) before the restore? If not, restoring wiped the data off the phone and your pictures are gone.

If you're trying to add photos to photo stream on your PC, you drag them to your photo stream uploads folder (normally My Pictures\Photo Stream\Uploads).

Here are the steps I though I took this morning:
Backup iPad
Connect to iTunes and downlaod newest version of iTunes and then newest iOS
restart Vista Laptop
upgrade to newest iOS
I knew somethign was wrong when it took about 6 hours to upgrade the iPad
at the end it errored with this message error (-50), but the upgrade worked
I was expecting to see all my photos but didn't see them
I have tried a restore to a back up 2 times. The first time took 3 hours and just sort of timed out - it kept saying that there was an hour to go
I tried it again 2 hours ago and same message.
They are very valuable to me and so now I am panicking

When it is time to upload the pic or pics, I cannot find them,eventhough each has a name and all are in an i photo album. On my old computer I would "save as" and then could find it easily in my computer. In the new mac I just got, I cannot easily find the pic when trying to upload. The following is from a post by Terence Devlin on accessing photos for use outside of iPhoto. It's the definitive treatise on the subject.
There are many, many ways to access your files in iPhoto:
You can use any Open / Attach / Browse dialogue. On the left there's a Media heading, your pics can be accessed there. Command-Click for selecting multiple pics.
(Note the above illustration is not a Finder Window. It's the dialogue you get when you go File -> Open)
You can access the Library from the New Message Window in Mail:
There's a similar option in Outlook and many, many other apps.
If you use Apple's Mail, Entourage, AOL or Eudora you can email from within iPhoto.
If you use a Cocoa-based Browser such as Safari, you can drag the pics from the iPhoto Window to the Attach window in the browser.

You can download a free Services component from MacOSXAutomation which will give you access to the iPhoto Library from your Services Menu. Using the Services Preference Pane you can even create a keyboard shortcut for it.

Other options include:
1. Drag and Drop: Drag a photo from the iPhoto Window to the desktop, there iPhoto will make a full-sized copy of the pic.
2. File -> Export: Select the files in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Export. The dialogue will give you various options, including altering the format, naming the files and changing the size. Again, producing a copy.
3.Show File:
a. On iPhoto 09 and earlier: Right- (or Control-) Click on a pic and in the resulting dialogue choose 'Show File'. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
b. On iPhoto 11 and later: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and go File -> Reveal in Finder -> Original. A Finder window will pop open with the file already selected.
