  • Cannot get adobe flash

I have a Samsung reality phone and when I go to the mediastore it says I need adobe flash, so when i hit the get flash it says my device is not supported. Does anyone know what is up with that?

Adobe flash is just not compatible for your phone. I have never heard of a case though of needing flash to go into the media store.

I constantly have to re-loading Adobe Flash Player. If I go to clear my History, Cookies and temp files I then have to re-load the Flash Player. Sometimes this has also occured for no apparent reason. I will go to use Flash Player and and I get a message saying that I need to update to the latest Flash Player. I go through this several times in a week.

  • This is going to be a tad long: Cannot Get Adobe XI to download

Okay, so I originally did the 30 day trial for All of the Adobe apps in Creative Cloud and once the trial was up, our company wasn't ready to buy.  When I tried to open a PDF, it would ask me buy the software so I couldn't open up any PDFs. I deleted Adobe XI and uninstalled all of the apps ( I may have just deleted Adobe XI instead of uninstalling it, which may be my issue).
Now I purchased a month-to-month subscriptions for Adobe XI. I re-downloaded Creative Cloud and it is saying I have Adobe XI installed, but I don't (or I can't find it on my computer anywhere). When I try to uninstall it, I get an error message to close safari, which I did and tried again. Then it said i need to close Safari Notifications? I "Force quit" all of my applications to ensure I didn't have anything open but this error message keeps coming up.
    Here are a few Screenshots:
The first one shows that there is no application for Adobe XI on my computer. (Note - I also checked my trashcan for the installed Adobe XI but it is nowhere to be found. May have emptied it since then).
The second screenshot shows that I have it installed somewhere on this computer.

  • I cannot get adobe reader to download on an Acer Aspire 1 using Win 7 and Mcafee virus scan and firewall?

as sta.ted above i cannot download the Reader software from the Adobe website.there is nothing saved in nthe Windows downloads folder nor is there any sign of the Downloads box. We hnave W7 on the pc so know what to expect. Have even tried saving it in ano9ther location. Stil no good. Currently have the new Firefox and Windows and Mcaffe dowloads are happening automatically. Any ideas? Using an Acer Aspire one netbook

Try to boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support (press F8 on the boot screen) as a test to see if that helps to download the Adobe Reader file.

If that still fails then you will have to use another computer to download the file and use an USB stick too transfer the file.

Goes through onstallation process, says installed but then not on the computer

    Hello,
If you have IE 9 or IE 10, click on the Setting icon -> Safety -> make sure there is no check on ActiveX Filtering
If there is check, click on Active X Filtering and then close Internet Explorer.
Launch it again and check for Flash Content (Youtube.com)
    Thanks,
