Cannot start Panorama in PS Elements 7

Question

I cannot use Panorama in PS Elements7. When I choose File->New->PhotoMerge@Panorama Photoshop will stop working and a window will popup with below error message:

I'm using Windows 7 64bit on a Dell desktop.

I fear your library for scripting support is corrupted. You need to replace the exisiting ScriptingSupport.8li file with a correct one.
If you can't find the correct file, you can reinstall PSE7 to replace the corrupted file.
Uninstall PSE7
Make sure that following folder has been deleted C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 7\
install the PSE7 again
P.S: Location of ScriptingSupport.8li is : C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 9\Plug-Ins\Automate\ScriptingSupport.8li
