Cannot update payment info

i need to update my payment info but your site will not allow me to do this. all i get is a message saying...
We are still processing your payment.  Please check back in a few minutes or contact Customer Support.
i do not have a payment processing as my billing cycle is not for another week.
i also just saw that adobe took 1 dollar from my account??, could a adobe rep please contact me asap as this is becoming urgent.

Please try to update your billing/payment information by using some other browser.
Like If you are browsing through IE/safari then switch to google chrome or mozilla firefox. If that does not help and you are getting the same error message so please refer this link to contact customer support. http://www.adobe.com/support/download-install/supportinfo/
About the $1 charge, these transactions help confirm that the credit card used is valid and not reported as lost or stolen. The transaction isn't charged to your account, and once your credit card company verifies it, it's removed.

    I think that the expiry date will be shown as asterisks, and I don't think that the security code will be re-displayed either (similarly only part of the actual card number is displayed) - just in case somebody gets access to your iTunes account then they can't see your card details. If you aren't getting any error messages when you've entered them then that implies that iTunes has accepted them as being valid.

    I am able to make purchase for few times. And then suddenly, iTunes start block from make any purchase. I did tried re-sign in again and it is able to react properly. Not sure what is going on.     On your iPad tap Settings > iTunes & App Store then tap your Apple ID then tap View Apple ID then tap Payment Information.
    Select your payment type then tap Done.
    Now restart your iPhone.

    Not sure if this helps .. but it appears that whenever Adobe's payment processing backend has some internal issues, it puts the subscribers into some  HELL. The only way I found it to be working is - call the customer support from your country, and speak to a CSE.
    The same incident happened to me this month. Subscription failed warnings, and Email alerts. I logged into my account, but could not update credit card details. When I tried adding another card, it throwed errors. So I called the local Adobe Customer support, and gone through the painful IVR thing. But at the end I was able to reach a CSE and he helped in fixing the issue.
    The Solution:
    Call Adobe Customer Support.

  • Cannot update CC info--says zip code is wrong but won't save!!

    I just moved and when I went to buy a song in itunes it said my zip code doesn't match the bank info. So I go into my account and update the info with my new address so it matches my bank info and I press done and go back to buy a song and it gives me the same message. When I go back into my account again, my old address is there. This happens NO MATTER WHAT I DO--I tried adding a new CC, tried switching my payment info to Paypal. Whatever I do, it says it takes it, but if I go to buy a song, it goes back to my old account info. WHAT DO I DO??? I have been trying to buy this one song for 30 minutes!~!

    I would try switching your Payment Method to "none" and then signing out of your account completely (Store menu > Sign Out). Then, sign back in and go to enter your CC info again. You might want to contact your financial institution to see if they've switched your billing address over in their systems yet. If they goofed something, it might explain why iTunes is rejecting your info.

It is requesting that I put payment info into my "Computer" which has already been done and in use for quite awhile and on a ,onthly basis. I don't understand how to do this. OK on computer.     Trying to update payment details on Creative Cloud. It comes up with: There is a problem with the card information entered here. Please enter a different card or contact your bank.
    We also need to update our VAT number and there is no way to do so. We have checked the number and address on the card and it should all work but it still comes up with the error. Help.

  • Cannot Update payment .. support so far have hung up or referred me to phone again

    I have a working perfectly good card .. funds available etc ..
    On my CC account I have been informed it was unable to be billed.
    For the past 5 days, support have told me that the phone people will sort this .. so far I have held for 3 hours ... only to have the calls disconnected or passed to another department that then hangs up on me. This is the UK support number ...
    All the payment account update shows is : 
    We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later.
    So how on earth do I pay adobe or give them my details as I cannot for the life of me figure out how this company can blame me for payment refusal when it is impossible to rectify the issue. This has been ongoing since the 18th of September now!
    Oh I would also like to point out that the live chat team blamed me for the above message on 3 occasions ... although using 4 different browser types over 2 operating systems.
    Seriously I had no issues with a box and disks! Now I have an issue where there is a big deadline that will no doubt co-incie with the day adobe cancels my ability to use the CC.
    If there is an Adobe support agent reading these, can I say very clearly that so far in terms of customer support I feel completly let down ... last night I was promised to be transferred to the billing department within "a couple of minutes after a 25min hold .. only to hold another 30 mins to hear the phone slam down.
    PLEASE LET ME PAY FOR MY PRODUCTS!!

    Why can't you all who work at adobe support figure up that the paymentproblem are not a issue for one dumb costumer. It's a problem in your system. Are you not wondering why so much CC's  can't pay because of wrong Credicard-details, they can't change? It's cross over the community. It's nothing about a wrong browser (is it not Adobe which can handle websites over system- and browserboundries?) It's nothing about to find the right link in the clickdjungle. Them who get the fail do not can update the card-details already have found the right way but get " Sorry its our fault, please try later". Hey you are Adobe, who will sell us systems who are wordleading to build websites. Or you not?
    If the folk on telephone not able to fix it easer, its not a game its business or have you changed the direction? Then tell it.
    I have still 2 weeks to get my carddetails fixad. And if not it will be suspendet, like other who already have contacted Adobe about that issue?
    If thousend of Creditcardnumbers are stolen and the cardissuer are changed all that card for security reasons maybe you get thousend askings about to change payment details.

  • Cant update payment info for Photoshop CC

    I have a subscription to Photoshop CC Photography Program. Recently changed my Credit card after the ADobe Security Fiasco and now I get an error message each time I load up Photoshop CC telling me my subscription is about to expire in XX Days. Now currently down to 3 days.
    I have updated my card details and it seems the site forgets the new details and defaults back to the old ones.  I have tried different browsers and still no joy.
    The online chat service is next to useless as the whole process takes ages and they dont have a solution.
    Im based in the UK so can anyone help please?
    I use Photoshop for work so if it ceases working while I try to sort this out Ill have to claim compensation from Adobe as its their fault the issue occurred in the first place!
    I also gather from other posts that I'm not the only person with the same problem.

  • Can't update payment info for CC

    My Credit Card expiration date needs to be updated ASAP!  It will be rejected on Mon. Aug 5th when Adobe tries to bill it again. 
    Each time I log in to "Manage Your Account"  at https://creative.adobe.com/account/plans  I get the dreaded Error Message, "We're sorry, something seems to be wrong on our end. Please try again later." 
    It's been like this for a long time. What should I do?

    I'm having the same problem with no luck.
    They bill me 3 times from abril to June but since July I receive an email said that the can't charge my credit card, I check my statement and there is no trouble, enough credit is available to make my payment. Trying to update the credit card information to see if the recurring payment resume with no luck at all and receiving the same message
