Cannot use Creative Cloud in new Mac after using Migration Assistant

I used Migration Assistant to set up my new Mac (new computer is a Retina MacBookPro; so was old computer). I could not open any of my CC apps. When I open Creative Cloud Desktop App it is completely blank (no tabs for Apps, Fonts, Files, etc. -- No means of installing or updating apps). I uninstalled Creative Cloud and reinstalled (several times) but got the same results. I have also deleted all the Application Folders for CC apps that cam ever with Migration Assistant.

Uninstall... run the Cleaner... Restart your computer... Reinstall

How to download Creative Cloud on new computer after deactivating on another computer?

I need to switch a Creative Cloud license from one computer to another. I deactivated the license via the CC Desktop App and then uninstalled it from the first computer. Now I want to download it on the other computer and activate. The Adobe website does not make it easy to figure out how to do that. Their standard help page only got me as far as deactivation from the first computer. Can someone tell me how to download it? The company I work for already has a license paid for.

Although I'm not 100% sure, I would say that as long as your registration is consistent with your NZ information, you should be able to purchase CC. This includes an Adobe ID associated with NZ as your primary country, a NZ shipping/billing address, credit card information, etc. The only problem I might see popping up is being on an IP address originating in Qatar, since internet access is required for registering and downloading apps.
Just to be safe though, I would try contacting customer support.

Cannot install creative cloud on new windows 8.1 pro install

I am trying to install the creative cloud app and when it starts, it says initializing installer, then downloading (xxx) and then it just stops and closes out. This takes all of less than I min.

HT4796 I can't see where are the folders that I had in my old PC on my new Mac after the migration. Even when I see it on my Mac using the search box, it doesn't appear with the right order of my old PC. I need some help, please.

I used the Migration utilitie from Lion and eventhough I know the folders are there (with a quick search I find images etc) the proper order is not displayed.

Hello, I recently purchased an IMac. I have had the Iphone since December and was using it with my old PC.
I have moved my Itunes Library to the mac, but when I plug in my Iphone to the mac it will not add songs. Is there something I have to do to get my iphone to work on my imac? How can I add songs to my iphone?

Try to play a song with iTunes that was purchased from the iTunes Store, and you should be prompted to authorize.

Is it possible to use Creative Cloud both on Mac and Windows on a second computer with one license? At home I work with Mac, and out I work with Windows.

In 2.1.5 of the Software License Agreement it says that you have to own tow separate licenses if you use Mac and Windows on one computer. Is this not also the case if you have two computers, one operating with Mac and one operating with Windows?

Macs with a FireWire port will also boot happily from an External drive. You don't even need to open the MacBook.
Some users buy a drive they would like to have as a future Internal drive, and also buy an external enclosure. They get the External set up the way they want it, then swap with the Internal drive.

After trial failure of using creative cloud, when a subscription for 1 year was bought

I first took a trial version from creative cloud but soon after i bought a subsription of 1 year, i downloaded other programs with no problem.
I just have for In design / photoshop and illustratir trial versions ..
In design is now out of trial version, and when i rinstall it from my creative cloud , i still can t use it !
i guess i will have the same problem with photoshop and ilustrator

I think you have the same issue. I started with a trial, then signed up with a different email address. I then signed into app manager with my new id and it would allow me to install apps that had not already been downloaded BUT it had removed the launch app choice for the currently installed apps and just showed it as installed but greyed out.
I was able to launch the apps manually, sign in with my new id and use them (ps, il, ae) but even after the new authorization the app manager doesnt recognize the change.
There is no uninstall option for app manager and if you run setup again it just launches app manager rather than re-installing it.
It took 9 hours to download them all..... I dont want to do that again.
Does this sound like the same issue as yours?
Hopefull somone can tell us how to get app manager working correctly.
