Cannot use Passbook on iPhone 4

Hi, I have an iPhone 4 recently updated to iOS 6, I was checking the features of the new software and I tried to use the Passbook app, I access the app but when I tap on the button of App Store it redirects me to the store but then it shows an error that it cannot connect to the App Store. I called Apple and they suggested me a workaround that consist in the change of the date of my iPhone and then change it back to the current date, after that process it seems that it can connect to the App Store but it keeps loading and it doesn't show anything on the store... I live in Costa Rica, however, I'm using an Apple ID of U.S.A... Help!

If you go to http://passsource.com/ from Safari on your phone.  Create an account.  Then start creating passes.  They will show up in your Passbook app next time you open it.  I tested it out with a Target gift card - worked great. 
(NOTE:  I had changed the time to a year ahead and forgot to change it back before I tested this but I wouldn't think it would matter.)

    Any problem with a 3rd party app is the responsibility of the app developer. In this case, that would be FaceBook.
    Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

    In order to print using Air Print you will need to make sure your iphone 4 is connected to the same wi-fi network as the printer is. Also, what is the make and model of your router ?

    My MMS worked on my Iphone 4S (IOS 7.0.2) but when I use the same SIM card on my iPhone 6(IOS 8.0.2) it does not worked.
    I have checked that MMS messaging is enabled, have reset the network settings and restart the phone. But I cannot send/receive MMS on the iPhone 6.

    contact the phone carrier...  or try doing a reset, hold down the home/sleep button until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up.

  • Cannot use AirPlay with iPhone

    Since I have gotten the Apple TV, I have never been able to use AirPlay directly from my Verizon iPhone/ my partners ATT iPhone/ nor my iPad. My phone recognizes the Apple TV 2 is set up, and even shows that its playing, yet there is no audio coming out. My MacBook Pro is able to stream just fine to Apple TV 2. Is there a possibility that this is a defective unit in need of replacement, or am I missing something?

    Try restarting all the devices including the router. Check your network for interference.
    Intermittent problems are often a result of interference. Interference can be caused by other networks in the neighbourhood or from household electrical items.
    You can download and install iStumbler (NetStumbler for windows users) to help you see which channels are used by neighbouring networks so that you can avoid them, but iStumbler will not see household items.
    Refer to your router manual for instructions on changing your wifi channel.

    I have an ATV3, which I have updated today to the latest OS version. I also have an iPhone 6 on iOS 8.0.2, an iPad 3 on iOS 7.1.2 and an iMac still on Mountain Lion
    Today I tried for the first time to use Airplay to connect the iPhone to the ATV, but it just simply won't connect. When I select it in the Airplay menu and then press "Done", after a few seconds pause the list of Airplay devices refreshes, and the connection to the iPhone isn't made. I've tried both with and without Airplay Mirroring from the phone but it makes no difference.
    I can stream quite happily from both the iPad and iMac. I've also reset the ATV to factory settings and started again, and it's made no difference. So is this an iOS 8.0.2 bug? Anyone else having issues with Airplay on this OS version?

    I am having this problem too on my iPhone 6 and iPad air both on 8.0.2.  No app will link with my Airplay devices, but my computer sees them just fine. 
    I have found a way to enable it though.  Reset your ATV or Airport, wait 4-5 minute until it fully loads and pings it's services, then bring up Airport Utility on your iOS device.  Once it finds it use the pull-up tray. 
    Not the most elegant solution, but it worked for me just now.  Not sure how long it will last though...
