Cant open my iphoto 11 on two mac in same time?

Hey!
Me and my wife have one mac book and one imac. Know i have boght a Time capsule to share same iphoto libery?
i have move my iphote libery to the TC (Time capsuel) and i can open it from my Imac. But when i try to open same libery in my wifs
mack book it says: "The libary is lookt stored on a lookt disk or you missing one promissions to do changes"
How kan i get one library and two user to administrat from two different computers?
I haw allsow one extarnal disk in the time capsule to use if it helps to saw the problem.

You can't. Only one user can open a Library at a time.
Note also: A strong warning: If you're trying to edit the Library (that is, make albums, move photos around, keyword, make books or slideshows etc.) or edit individual photos in it via Wireless be very careful. Dropouts are a common fact of wireless networking, and should one occur while the app is writing to the database then your Library will be damaged. Simply, I would not do this with my Libraries.

With the amount of information you've provided it's impossible to offer a solution. We can't see your computer so we need to know the details of your problem and setup, i.e.:
what version of iPhoto are you using?
what system version are you running?
what message do you get when iPhoto tries to launch? Post the exact message or a screenshot of it?
what fixes have you tried?
where is your library located?
did you apply any updates or upgrades just prior to the problem occurring?
are you running a "managed" or "referenced" library?
what type of Mac?
how much free space on your boot drive?

How old is your Mac? If it's very recent you need to update via the App Store
If you purchased at the App Store you need to update via the App Store
Otherwise you update via Softare Update
If you have moved iPhoto from the default location (i.e. into a Folder) then the updater won't find it. Move it back.
If you have renamed iPhoto, the updater won't find it. Change it back.

the options i have are :

Synching iPhoto on two Macs

I've read some older discussions on synching iPhoto between two Macs but is there anything new on this. I'd like to have the same library on both Macs.

Brie Fly is right. You can't do a straight sync. Doing so will make sure each folder in each library has the same files but it can't sync the database files that tell iPhoto which photos are where. Each library will just appear the same and may eventually have problems with all those "unofficial" files in it's library. You can use the paid version of iPhoto Library Manager to merge photos from each library into the other. It would not be automatic in that you'd have to know which are new. You might use the "Last X rolls" feature to do that. But it will copy them and maintain the rolls, album, keyword and other metadata information. I've not used it but many users have reported successful merges with it.

Select iPhoto in the Applications folder the type Command+i to bring up its Info window. That will tell you what version it is.
As a first fix attempt do the following:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete iPhoto's cache file, Cache.db, that is located in your
User/Home/Library/Caches/com.apple.iPhoto folder (Snow Leopard and Earlier).

3 - launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE 1: If you're moved your library from its default location in your Home/Pictures folder you will have to point iPhoto to its new location when you next open iPhoto by holding down the Option key when launching iPhoto. You'll also have to reset the iPhoto's various preferences.

FCE plays back video tracks in a "top-down" manner: that is what's on track 3 obscures what's on track 2 which obscures what's on track 1. You can control scale, position and opacity of each clip on each track so that you can get the layering you seem to be after.

You can have multiple nodes open on a tree, so I guess you could open them all up on a button click.
Another option that might be possible is to use individual Accordians for each section and then use the click function to close the others.

New Camera RAW in Photoshop CC 2014 won't open multiple Panasonic RAW (.rw2) at the same time from Windows Explorer. If I select 2 raw files and click "Open" Camera RAW will only open 1 raw, then when I click "Done" it will close and open the second, sequentially. Previous Photoshop CC and RAW worked fine, it would open mulitple RAW at the same time. How do I fix this?

If it worked for you that way previously there isn't much to comment about. I just tried opening multiple images from Windows Explorer with Photoshop CS6 and Camera Raw 8.6, and the first image would open and when I clicked cancel then the second image would open. But if I wanted multiple images opened in Camera Raw to work on them simultaneously it was necessary for me to open them from Bridge. I just did it as an experiment because I normally use Lightroom. Anyway, IF it was a feature at one time to work as you described, it doesn't seem to be that way now.

Itunes can only provide what the owners of the distribution rights to the music provide.
If the owner of the rights do not provide it, then itunes cannot sell it.
You would have to ask the owners of the distribution rights in each country why they do not provide them at the same time.
