Adobe is suppose to be one of the best in the business. HOW can it take
4 months to solve a simple install on a simple Windows 7 normal typical
mundane computer. I AM NOT ALONE. THEY SIMPLY CANNOT BE WORKING ON IT. I
think it is a lie they are telling you and me and everyone else on the
forums. I just got two emails extending my service for 3 months.
Extension of non-openable software is just plain STUPID. I am in the
graphics business and would like to convert to AI but am willing to give
up on that at this point with my experience so far. AND no one ever
calls back. No one can fix. They just apologize and take money every
month. After 4 months of frustration why don't you just send me a AI in
a box or give me a temporary serial number until your brilliant
engineers are "working on the problem" can fix it. 4 months is ample
time AND I AM ONE OF MANY per the forums.
I don't even believe a finger has been lifted to "work on it". WELL now
I suppose your extension is a RESPONSE of sorts. One that extends my
inability to use AI. thanks a ton.

ICal 'Show time in month view' Month view missing text!

Hi I hope you can help me!
Since syncing to .mac last week my calendar has developed a problem which is happening on both of my Macs.
Some of my entries and particular words are not displaying properly when I enable 'Show time in month view'. Words at the end of the entries are missing! (they are fine with the times disabled). Can someone please offer an insight into this as I just bought my Mac and use it for my business.

ICal is not showing event time in month view

For some reason, the time of my events stopped showing in iCal. I get the event, but the time doesn't show unless I click on the event. The time does show in week view, but I prefer to use month view. This has not been an issue in the past, so I don't know what happened or if I clicked on something accidentally. I tried going to iCal preferences, but I don't see anything that allows me to select "show time in month view" which has been suggested by other usI'm using OS X Yosemite. Thanks.

It appears that it is dependent on the size of the calendar window. If it is too squished to display, it won't.

Printing time range month view

This is driving me crazy. All I want to do is print the start time and the end time in month view. The problem is that I only get a start time for the event. Or if I try to enter the time in the even manually I get a time and a time range. The only way i found that works is to check the all day box then enter the time range manually in the event (3:00-5:00). When I print it works, but it screws up the snyc to my pda, and the list view. Any ideas?

I don't know whether this a "solution" or a work-around, but I did find a way to resolve this problem. I recently started using iCal by transferring appointments from a BlackBerry using the BlackBerry PocketMac software. Although all of the appointment times appeared on the monthly calendar, most of the appointment times were replaced by ellipses when the monthly calendar was printed. It turns out that the times would print only after re-entering the appointment manually. This had to be done completely from scratch, i.e., not by editing the original appointment, or by cutting and pasting the appointment back into the calendar. This is a complete pain, but seems to work. I'd love to hear a better solution...

That means an iCal invitation has been sent. Click the small envelope icon on the bottom right of the the screen to view the notification.
There is also a little one in the line of one of my calendars?
That represents the current time of day in the Day/Week view.

I do not want "time in month" view to print. I have unchecked the box in preferences, and it does not show on the screen in month view but still prints. Any suggestions to turn off when printing? Old iCal versions did not print "time in Month". Unwanted Example: "7:30 Class 7:30-9:40" Wanted Example: "Class 7:30-9:40"

Hi,
I'm new to iCal. I want to print my schedule in Month view but as it is right now, it only shows the start times of events in each day. Is there any way to make it show both start and end times for the events in month view?
I searched the help files and searched online but nothing came up.

Hi, this we can do by collective invoicing.Configuration steps:-
Transaction VD02 - Change Customers - tick Billing and filled in the Customer Code, Sales org., Distr.channel and Division then hit enter.
Look for field name Inv.list sched. - you must filled in the Factory Calendar that you are currently using.
You can simulate the collective billing in transaction VF04 - Process Billing Due List.
During simulation, if the billings cannot be combine, the system will give you this message,
Different header fields                             $000000001                    $000000002
Combination criteria in the billing          xxxxxxxxxxxx123             xxxxxxxxxxxx125
Criteria to satisfy for collective billings:-
Billing document type is the same.
Reference document type is the same.
Item category in the reference document is the same.
The system combines into one billing document all transactions for the same customer and same billing data. If the header data and the header partners for the specified deliveries or sales orders are identical and if the requirements for splitting do not apply, one billing document is created for all the deliveries or sales orders.
example-The system determines that deliveries 1 and 2 had the same bill-to party, and therefore combines the deliveries in one billing document.
Delivery Order 1     - |

Delivery Order 2     - |

Times In Month View Not Show Correctly

If I create an event for the AM, iCal displays it as being in the PM under month view. If i go to edit it, it shows up properly in the edit view.
Anyone else having this problem?

Hi.......
Go to the planning view of the Process chain >> right click >> Maintain variant >> click on date and time >> Click on the Periodic values below >> Click on Other period >> Give the day number............come out give date and time............save it....come out and click on the schedule button in the top.......
Then again right click on the Start process >> Display scheduled jobs >> Select the job >> Click on the JOb tab in the top and choose Repeat scheduling >> the again go to date and time >> Click on the Periodic values below >> Click on Other period >> Give another day number............come out give date and time............save it....
Then come out and press refresh..you will see that the Start process is in red colour............It means that the chain is scheduled for two different timings................don't get confused............it does'nt means error...........now again right click on the Star process >> Display scheduled jobs...........there you will find two released jobs............which means that you chain is scheduled for two different days..........

If your son actually ordered and paid for it in-store then he was given a ship date that it would either be arriving for in-store pick-up or a beginning date that it would be shipped to your house ( Jan 10th - Jan 18th ) etc. Since it was paid for upfront the only thing that would stop you getting it would be if Toshiba stopped producing it and Best Buy totally ran out at all its stores - otherwise Best Buy will do its best to fullfill your order. You can usually talk to someone directly by calling the store and they can check the status of your order for you. Hope this helps a little.
