Certification Hands-on Requirement

Question

Trying for 11g Database OCP certification. I'm so very confused as to which training format will satisfy the requirement.

Only instructor-led inclass or instructor-led online formats of this course will meet the Certification Hands-on Requirement. Self Study CD-Rom and Knowledge Center courses DO NOT meet the Hands-on Requirement.Does that mean only

Purchase Online Training on Demand US$ 3,250 5 Days English This is a newer format recently introduced and the simuation may be more ambigous.
It is currrently proably safeest to assume it will not satisfy, as I currently know of no authorative document that indicates that it will.
-- It may be that course completion cannot be verified sufficiently and may make it unsuitable.
Can someone please verify? Or suggests someone I should contact?The certification forum modaterator usually monitors this and willl usually give a quick authorative response to a qestion like this, but she could at any point in time be taking holiday etc.
