__CFServiceControllerBeginPBSLoadForLocalizations timed out [Console Error]

Question

Hi All,
First off, the issue I'm posting here has been posted before:

This topic has been closed, but the issue doesn't seem to be solved however...
I'm still seeing numerous messages like the one below in the Console. Something is definately not right, and I suspect it's causing the machine to sound an alert every time I use the command key (command-N, command-W, command-C, etc.).

Does anyone have an idea what's causing this, and — more importantly — how it can be solved?

FWIW, the error message first occurred to me yesterday, when I was about to open a file with Vim (MacVim) from the command line (not saying this error is just related to MacVim by any means). In my experience, the result of the error never seems to interrupt or slow down anything; it just appears (in my case) on the prompt a few seconds after opening a file with vim (in my case aliased to MacVim). Looking at the system.log, I can now also see that there are many other apps/processes who's invoked the same error.
I'd very much like to know if this is a known problem and what possible directions there are to circumvent this. (I've checked if if I have any pasteboard-affecting apps running and the only ones I could think of, would be LaunchBar and Keyboard Maestro, both of which I quit (along with their daemon processes), alas no disappearing of the aforementioned error message.
