That is the expected behavior. You will also no longer be alerted to any updates for that content.
If any of the content is sold in the new country's store and you find out through the grapevine about an update, you can update the content for free, but you will have to go through the steps for buying the update as a new purchase. Then the store will notice in the final steps that you own this content and update for free. It is the end of the road for any content from the previous country that is not sold in the current country's store. You will not be able to update the content in the new store.

Is this feature available now in R12? how can subledger accounting handles this?

Can I change my account from US store to AU store when I still have credits?

Currently there are still $17.32 (US Dollars) in my account. However, I am living in Australia now, it is somewhat inconvenient when I need to purchase some local apps. Therefor, I want to change my account from US to AU.
There are few concerns I have:
1. How can I deal with the remain balance? Can it transfer to AU$?
2. How about the previous purchased apps? Are they still upgradeable?

Before you change country make sure you have downloaded and backed up any purchases from your previous country's store. You will not be able to redownload them again once you change countries and it won't be easy to change countries to the previous one once you lose your payment method for the former country (as well as a wait period). As long as you have them on your cmputer you will be okay.
