Change Pointers are not getting populated in BDCPV table.

Hi All,
I am trying to create IDOC for Activity type master - KL02 through change pointers. For that I have done following things.
Message type - COAMAS
1. Created Custom message type - WE81 - ZIN_COAMAS_TCSMOBILE
2. WE82 - Config for Mess Type and Idoc type combination
3. SCDO - Checked object type LSTAR and have required tables in that object.
4. BD61 - Activated Change pointers - Generally.
5. BD50 - Checked Active for ZIN_COAMAS_TCSMOBILE
6. BD52 - Added fields for I want to create Change pointers
7. BD60 - Message type and ref Mesage Type and function module config.
8. BD64 - Created distribution model for my Message type
After doing all this settings the change pointers are not getting created in BDCP and BDCPV tables.
Note - The entries are going in CDHDR and CDPOS table for activity which i change through KL02 for class LSTAR
Can anybody figure out what need to be done in this case?

Hi All,
          Solved the problem myself.
          In BD52 I have given
          LSTAR               CSLA         KOARS
          LSTAR               CSLA         LSTAR
          LSTAR               CSLT          KTEXT
          Here the data of activity are stored in TCLA and TCLT tables. So intially while doing config in BD52 I have given TCLA and TCLT table names.
          But I debugged the KL02 and found that change pointers are not created for TCLA and TCLT table. further looking into CDHDr and CDPOS table I found that for COAMAS message type in these two tables table name was CSLAB.

--> BUT CSLAB is structure.
After putting these entry in BD52 the problem solved.

0CML_DELTA : Change pointers are not active

Hi All,
I have successfully did the delta init without data transfer for datasource 0CML_DELTA and 0CML_DELTA_CAP. Now, While trying to load delta, I am getting an error "Change pointers are not active" for both the datasource 0CML_DELTA and 0CML_DELTA_CAP.
The position datasources are fecthing 0 records.
I have activated the change pointers in BD61, even though I am getting the same error.
Anyone faced the similar issue or have any clue about the problem.

I resolved it. I was activating change pointers in BD61. But fot CML we need to activate in SPRO--> SAP Banking --> Loans Management --> Basic settings --> Installation parameters ---> Define general installation parameters.
Then it will work.

UWL : New tasks are not getting populated in the UWL

Hi Experts,
I<b> configured my uwl to my backend system , the completed tasks are getting populated in the UWL but the New tasks and in progress tasks are not getting populated in the UWL.(some thing strange).</b>
When i am trying to configure the universal worklist system ,its givin me a caution message as <b>System SHDCLNT012 does not support optimized delta pull</b> . where SHDCLNT012 is the system alias name.
Is this the problem for not populating the new tasks in the UWL?
Please provide me the solution..

Hi Sateesh,
This message will appear if either the background jobs are not scheduled, or UWL cannot tell that the background jobs are scheduled. The message no longer appears once you ensure the background jobs are scheduled to run via the user id UWL_SERVICE and that user is mapped to my portal user ID UWL_SERVICE.

Deletion change pointers are not going to ECC after C5

Hi,
My issue is that I am running C5 after Planning run.But deletion change pointers are not going to ECC.Because of this we have duplicate of orders in ECC.We are running CCR to bring back the "Planned orders with deletion change pointers and deleting again using RRP4.Why deletion change pointers are not going along with creation change pointer?Help will be highly appreciated.

Hi,
Check whether you have enabled the " delete events" check box. This check box will be valid if you are publishing the planning results thru background job.
If you set this indicator, the system deletes all selected change pointers without sending them first.

Change pointers are not generated when creating a material master

Dear Experts,
Change pointers are not generated when creating a material master.
However, when a change is made to the already created material, the change pointers are created according the fields in BD52.
Am I missing any settings?
I need to create change pointers immediately when I create the material master in MM01.
Please suggest.

XREF3 field not getting populated in BSEG table while posting MIRO

I have one query in MIRO tcode.I have activated xref3 field in MIRO tcode using enhancement LMR1MF6Q.Now when i try to post document with some values in xref3 field on screen ,value is not getting populated in BSEG table.Please tell me what else needs to be done to achieve this ?

MIRO was developed to allow users to process vendor invoices within the
context of the MM procurement processes as simply as possible.

to the absolutely necessary. For example, the following fields from the
accounting document are not available in Transaction MIRO (this list is not
complete):

Have a look at badi MRM_ITEM_CUSTFIELDS.
This badi will create a new tab at item level in order to display the new fields.
I haven´t used this badi so i cannot talk from experience here.

SRM 7.0, PO details are not getting populated in Contract History Tab

Hello Folks,
I am stuck with an issue and would need your help regarding that.
Scenario: (Extended Classic Scenario) SRM version 7
A catagory Contract is created.
Shopping cart created with Contract as the source of supply.
Once the SC is approved PO is generated.
Now if we open the contract and view the History tab, under Tracking PO details should appear.
However we are not getting any details of the PO in the Contract. Could you please suggest where to look, to resolve this issue.

Since we are in SRM 7.0 ECC 6.04 Ehp 4, with PI 7.11 + ROS and no SUS.
doent the system uses ESOA Service for PO replication.
We did CCTR / CPPR scenarios too. Both are sucessful.
Do we need to impl BADI PUR_SE_PO_INTERFACE_OUT_SELECT
But thats for Service hierarchy and Service POs - We dont have Service hierarchy or SUS in our SLD.
IF PO replication also uses PI, what configuration do i need to do?

Change Process are not getting triggered

Hi,
I have changed the first name of the user in OIM but the same is not getting sycned in DSEE.
When I have added the Change First Name Process task from Resource then it got successfully completed and the user's first name got changed in DSEE.
Automatically Change First Name process task is not getting triggered. It worked for me earlier but now it is not working.
Could you please let me know the reason for the same.

Unable to proceed in change document are not updating in CDHD, CDPOS tables

Hi all,
This is a question related to Change document.
I created one custom Change document object ZBUDGETS.
As I am trying to place a trigger on FMIT (Total Funds Management) table I created a Change document object ZBUDGETS.
I included some of the authorized fields from FMIT table on which we placed the trigger.
And of course all those fields are change document enabled in the data element level. I generation of the update program was completed. And I got the function module zbudgets_write_document along with some include programs and structure.
Everything is fine, But i am unable to get this change document generated information to these tables are CDHDR and CDPOS.
the problem is when I make any expenditure like PO Posting, it will be logging in the FMIT table and the respective fields also updating. With this the Change document object should trigger and it should send the record in CDHDR and CDPOS tables. This is not happening. If the records are getting updated in the CDHDR and CDPOS tables I can use those include programs and function modules in my program to retrieve the changes in FMIT table.
Since I am unable to proceed further since the documents are not updating in CDHDR and CDPOS tables.

CDHDR and CDPOS will not be populated with entries only by creating the change document object.Change documents will be written to CDHDR and CDPOS tables only if the function zbudgets_write_document is called in the transaction which updates FMIT.
You need to find an use exit in the transaction updating FMIT and call the function zbudgets_write_document in that exit.

1.Loot at acreen should be inside At-Selection screen output event.
2.The values inside quotes should be in uppercase for screen-name. Ex. Screen-name = 'R1'.

Values not getting populated in the SMOPCCAPRO

Hi,
We had added a new field to CPGProduct in component CPGOE_ABLOCKS. But the extension field was not included to the BOL structure automatically.
So ,we had used the SAP note 1472567 to add the include structure INCL_EEW_MKTPL_PRD to structure CRMS_MKTPL_CPG_PROD which inturn would rectify our BOL structure CRMS_MKTPL_IB_CPG_PROD.
The field which we had added using AET was added in tables CRMD_MKTPL_PROD and SMOPCCAPRO. But we are facing an issue that the values are not getting populated in the SMOPCCAPRO table on save.The values are gettign populated in the CRM table.
Do we need to implement any other SAP note on the midleware side too to rectify this issue as i infer some interface structure would be missing this field which results in the truncation of value from being passed to the CDB table . Any pointers in this regard would be helpful.

Hi Swapna,
as the CDB table has been extended with the new field I assume that you have enabled the mobile flag for the enhancement.
Then it will also extend the mobile BDOC and the data should be transfered automatically.
If this does not happen there's an error somewhere. Either the middleware is not set up properly or the mapping routine does not transfer the fields properly.
I recommend to raise an OSS message for this.

After checking all the options it is very much important to run a report "RSR_GEN_DIRECT_ALL_QUERIES" IN SE38.
This is the report used to generate all the changes to reflect in BEx
It will aolve your problem if am not wrong.

Currency Field is not getting populated in 0FI_AR_3 Data source

Hi Friends,
I have unchecked the currency fields DMBE2 , DMBE3 and curresponding currency type fields HWAE2
and HWAE3 in the data source 0FI_AR_3 and activated the DS.
when i am checkin the data using extract checker rsa3 , the fields DMBE2 and DMBE3 are filled with the amount but the corresponding currency types are not getting populated in HWAE2
and HWAE3 fields.the currency field are maintened in R/3 side.

I was checking this issue, and all the enhancements with fields need to
have a customer-exit to be populated.
If those fields are not delivered by SAP and are not in the original
datasource(RSA5) from Business content, this is related to an enhancement.
We can only see these fields in the datasource enhanced through RSA6.
To have the proper values assigned to those field, you should write an
User Exit program. This program must be created to fill the enhanced
fields as they are not filled in the same way as the SAP delivered
fields.More details about this process you can check note 576886.

This SAO Note is an example for some datasources regarding what should be
done.

Users details not getting populated in the portal tables..

We have implemented single sign on (SSO) and we do not create users in the portal as user/pwd come from OID.
Now becoz of this the portal tables are not getting populated.I require that all the users of the OID to be populated in the portal tables. How can I do it.I depserately require it.

You can use the function wwsec_api.activate_portal_user to create the shadow records in the portal repository.
